The promise of two beds was not available, and we were only given a king bed. So do not always rely on that when you reserve a room.

hotel was nice,but did not get the two beds as requested and confirmed by hotel.com.then your stuck with what they tell you they have.what do you do then.this is the second time that I have run into this with hotels.com

The Hotel was very nice. We were looking forward to the pool most of all! We were a bit surprised that it was so chilly for an indoor pool. It was small but nice. The hot tub was nice and hot and we enjoyed it! We were pleasantly surprised to find that they offered an evening buffet Tues thru Thur evenings! The evening and morning buffets were wonderful […] and there was plenty to fill our tummies!! We liked having the option of cooking in our room too (although we didn't take advantage of that option). This is the second Staybridge we have stayed in in the past 3 months. We love the size and set up of the 2 bedroom suite. It's like coming home. The kids had a great time in the pool. The breakfast is wonderful with great variety. Different foods served each morning. Overall we will be looking for a Staybridge anytime we travel from now on.

The Staybridge over exceeded my expectations by a mile. The room was large, comfortable and clean with all the amenities. Wifi was free and fast, the breakfast was outstanding, and who knew about the free "Sundowners" from 530 to 730 each night? The staff was very helpful and nice. All in all a great experience!

It was our first stay at Staybridge and the weekend was not overly busy. My son was in a wheelchair and they upgraded us to help make him more comfortable- Nice touch and helped us immensely. Only callout - Pillows are a little lumpy

brand new room, very nice room. the only negative was the food. looked good, tasted awful.

This is an extended stay facility which means only "light housekeeping" is provided. Pillow had a mildew smell. Breakfast was great and the place is new and nicely decorated.

Wem haqve stayed here 3 timesd now and it never fials to impress us. Good price, great location

The rates were very reasonable Lower than Comfort Suties across the street. I was able to get right in that morning. The breakfast that was serve in the morning was great & the rooms were gorgious.

Room and facilities were great. We especially loved the access to grills in the courtyard to cook our dinner. Rooms were comfortable but the A/C was not well controlled. It was either too hot or too cold in the room, but that could have been beyond anyone's control as it was about 95 degrees and really humid outside. We were lucky to get an upgrade […] from a single to a two bedroom suite even though we didn't ask for one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Nice and well maintained property. However the beds left a bit to be desired.

this was really a great place to stay and the staff was just awesome, anytime I go to south bend this is where I'll be staying

The Staybridge Suites in South Bend, IN gives wonderful service from the time you check in to the time you leave. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. The hotel is clean, warm, and inviting and has a pool, workout room and home theater. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Wow! This was a BEAUTIFUL hotel and brand new. I wish we could have stayed much longer!

So, the hotel itself is a very nice place, great rooms, excellent location, but apparently they were having a very bad day the day I stayed there. I showed up around 5pm (check-in is supposed to be after 3pm) and they had no rooms ready. Several families were waiting in the lobby. I waited over an hour and they still didn't have a room ready. I left […] to meet friends and when I returned at 10pm they did have a room for me, but Lord knows how long I would have waited had I stayed around the first time. Great hotel for the business traveler. Clean and comfortable room with everything you need to make yourself at home for a few days!

Nice hotel and very nice room. The sundowner included chips, burgers and soda. We did not have a rental car so it made it a bit difficult to get around as the hotel does not have a shuttle. Overall very nice stay and excellent staff.
