Can't wait to go back!

Hotel still has buffet Mon. - Thurs. 5-7! Nice! Loved being so close to Mayfaire! Spent the whole day there while my husband was in his meeting! Great shopping and dining! Will stay there every time we are in town!

This is a really clean modern hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The courtsey welcome home banquet was a delightful bonus on our first night (it is not available every evening but worth it if you happen to hit it lucky). My wife and I stayed here one night while shopping for a new home. Everything was clean and new. Staff were all pleasant, helpful, and informative. The free breakfast tasted good, and there was enough of it. The gym facility had a nice variety of equipment, and was clean. It's close to a grocery, restaurants, and other shopping needs. A+.

The suites were spotless , staff very friendly, great place to stay. Will stay there again.

Although noisey at times the overall stay was awesome. Up to date fixtures, clean and wonderful staff. Also great access to all the shops. Minutes from beach. Intend to go back.

We had a nice stay at the Homewood Suites-Mayfaire overall. Very clean & good service. Our chief complaint was the free breakfast in the morning. Hard to get seats and very long line at the waffle maker! We ended up getting out of line, grabbing a muffin & went on our way.

Not a "Cheap" place to stay by any means, but still relatively inexpensive compared to a number of alternatives in the area, and 2-3 miles from the beach (depending on which end you're headed for). The hotel has a pool, serves breakfast, and the rooms are set up like studio apartments. Our room was clean, and didn't appear to be outdated but was showing […] some signs of wear and tear. Breakfast, each morning, was a little different than the previous day... although it did seem that there were scrambled eggs each day (this is not a bad thing). Some days were hash browns, other days biscuits and gravy. The food was good for being a buffet style breakfast. Free Wi-Fi is a huge plus here, and I believe it has become a standard in the hotel industry. The Jacuzzi was relaxing, but it gets crowded at night. What I didn't like was kids running wild at the pool. Granted, I have a 9 y/o who wanted to play with them, but they were so rough and I kept asking myself, "Where are the parents?" and "Which one's going to get hurt first?" The parents were right there, sitting at a table, reading a book, or playing cards or chatting with their friends/relatives. Fortunately, nobody got hurt, but I tell you it was a recipe for disaster - slippery wet surfaces poolside and kids roughhousing, pushing, shoving, running, in a tightly enclosed area is just plain scary to watch. I watched a staff member come through with clean towels with a look on his face like "WHERE ARE THE FLIPPIN PARENTS!?!?" There's a lot of responsibility when it comes to liability at a pool, but I didn't see where any of the staff was willing to exercise any authority to get anyone to settle down. Needless to say, we didn't spend too much time poolside. Overall, not a bad place to stay, and I'd stay here again. I'd also see if I could find a comparable hotel right on the beach. もっと読む

There are dishware, utensils, pots, pans, a toaster, everything you could want or need. Even a bag of popcorn, ready to be microwaved. The room was clean, comfortable, and big. The staff was helpful and the facilities were nice. We had a great stay.

We did enjoy our stay and will stay there again . The pool was great place to enjoy the sunny days ,in the water and out .

Very nice hotel with excellent shopping, good restaurants and movie theater nearby. Nice new area of town. Comfortable beds.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful! The rooms were spotless. The complementary breakfast was really nice because there was a lot of variety. Hotel was terrific! The room was stylish and had a small kitchen. The reservation included a buffet breakfast but the hotel also added a buffet dinner from Monday-Thursday when we checked in. That was a nice surprise. The buffet was simple but good and included wine and beer! Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location, great breakfast and dinner(which is included!), staff is very attentive, and young son loved the putting green!! BEST experience ever at a hotel!!! Highly recommended!!!

Awesome and spacious

Great hotel in a good location. The rooms were clean and spacious. The served a nice breakfast - not gourmet but more than adequate. I would stay here again.

Staying at this hotel was amazing. The staff were very pleasant and did everything they could to help any situation. The pool was fun. The dinner and breakfast were delicious.

We chose this hotel because of the reviews, amenities, the size of the room and it is only a couple of miles from the beach. We have 4 children and our stay at this hotel far exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend this hotel to all travelers. The room was very nice. It also included dinner Mon-Thur. with complimentary beer and wine! We saved a lot of money! We never even used the kitchen in our room. We did use the fridge to store drinks and food for our trips to the beach. :-) The kids enjoyed the pool which has a kiddie area for small kiddos and the putting green area near the pool. We loved the hot tub and the relaxing canopy area outside had a t.v. and sitting area with a couch. We sat outside and grilled out one evening while the kids swam and we laid back and watched t.v. There is an exercise room that overlooks the pool. We did not use it though. This hotel is perfect. It made for a very nice vacation! There is also laundry onsite. Due to my handicap husband we needed of course a handicap room. Very spacious and allowed ease of moving a wheelchair around. Clean and very nice.

This has been one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The complementary breakfast was great. The menu items were different each day. Everything about the place was awesome...Margaret in the diningroom was so pleasant...the staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful...our suite was gorgeous...the colour scheme in the hallways are even welcoming... I would recommend this hotel to anyone

I was very pleased with this hotel. I didn't like the layout of the room. I wanted the sitting area/suite to be separated from the bedroom area. Other then the layout the hotel was great. This place was fabulous! Must be sorta new because it was clean and fresh. Great staff, great breakfast, great layout. Around the corner from restaurants and shopping, mid way between Wrightsville beach and downtown Willmington. Would highly recommend!

Homeswood Suites is a short walk from Mayfaire shopping and restaurants. For those who want to cook in their room, there is Mayfaire Fresh Market and Harris Teeter within a short walking distance. This stay occurred during a major water main break in Wilmington and the city recommended that the water be boiled before drinking. The Homewood Suites Wilmington is a new hotel built beside the Mayfaire Town Center about 10 mins from Wrightsville Beach. Room was clean with full kitchen, 2 very comfy queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. A/C could be controlled from unit or wall thermostat and worked great. Hot breakfast was included with eggs, sausage, bacon, pastries, fruits, cereals, […] and a waffle maker. Forth of July weekend so breakfast area was very crowded/busy(get there early), had to wait for a place to sit. Staff worked very hard to keep everything filled and somehow remained cheerful/nice. Housekeeping did fine but never left enough towels for the number of people in room, but were quick to bring more when called. Several shops, restaurants, and a movie theater within walking distance. A pleasant experience even on a holiday weekend, I'm sure this would be a great place to stay anytime! もっと読む

Die Zimmer sind top ausgestattet. Frühstück geht so. Bei uns gab es zusätzlich Abendessen mit Bier und Wein, weiß aber nicht ob das immer so ist.
