部屋は綺麗、清潔、快適、バスタブもありお勧めできる。Clean Up Serviceの未実施が1日あったが電話したところ対応した。チェックインアウトもスムーズで支払いの過剰請求などもなかった。交通の利便性がよい場所にある。レンタカーを持たない旅行には抜群である。次回のマンハッタン訪問の際も利用したい。 ＝気になったところ＝ 1：軽作業でドアマンからチップを要求されたが払わず。 2：WIFIが有料。宿泊者無料なら嬉しい。

3時check-inにもかかわらず、朝9時過ぎに部屋に入れてくれ、助かった。翌朝、上の階で工事が始まりうるさかったので確認の電話を入れると、すぐに部屋の交換のオファーをくれた。。。が面倒だったので断った。また、シャワーを浴びた時に排水溝からの水の流れが悪かったので、フロントに確認をお願いしたところ、その日の夜には流れがよくなっていた。以上、アメリカらしい問題はいくつかあったものの、対応は全てよかったので満足です。

場所も便利（駅や劇場に近い）だし、部屋も清潔でお風呂も問題なく使え、快適でした。ただ、２ベッドのデラックスルームに３人泊まる予定でしたが、部屋が狭くて簡易ベッドが使えず、急遽１人分の部屋を別に取りました。 利便性／清潔感／値段、どれを優先するかでホテル選びも違ってくると思います。 他の方のレビューにもありましたが、スタッフは一様に愛想がなく、冷たい印象でした。

近くに郊外バスターミナルや地下鉄駅がありホテルの位置も分かり易く便利な場所だと思います。部屋はそこそこ綺麗ですが場所柄か狭く、値段の割にバスタブがなく日本人の私としては疲れが取れず残念でした。電話も壊れておりメンテナンスが全くされてない様子です。 ミニバーの品物は非常に高いのでコンビニで買って持ち込みましょう。

We stayed there for 4 night with my parents in law. The location is good for someone who is new to the city. We could see the firework from the room on July 4th. The staff are very nice and prefessional.. The room is quite small but it is reasonable from the price. I would recommend this place.

新しいホテルなのでとても綺麗でした。 華美ではなくNYらしいというのか、シンプルで洗練されたインテリアで無駄がありません。 滞在中掃除された様子はありません。 ベッドメイク、タオル交換、消耗品の補充、ごみ捨てのみで埃は掃除した形跡はありません。 まぁ気にするほどでは無いですが。 快適な滞在ができたと思いますが、最後のドアマンの対応が悪かったです。

It was a nice hotel. Room was clean and up to date. Fridge filled with snacks and drinks (expensive by the way).

A quiet and comfortable haven close to Times Square.

Overall very pleasant. Great design, awesome restaurant and helpful staff. Convenient to conference center and Times Square.

It was very friendly and a very good location. One block from Times sqaure, right near the theater distric. The staff was great and there was a cheap garage located right down the street to park our van in for 4 days.

The hotel is located just off of Times Square. A very clean hotel and nice staff. Highly recommended

The location was a little sketch. The hotel itself needs a facelift. The concierge was not informative, the hotel restaurant waitresses were rude. The carpets totally worn down and stained. I loved the bedding. It was SOO comfortable and fluffy. Technology was very up to date with the television, the in-room computer, and even the radio with the iPod port. I definitely plan to go back again.

I was greatly impressed by the InterContinental. The staff was wonderfully attentive, the rooms were quite roomy relative to others in the area I've tried, the decor was very modern and upscale for the price. It's a definitely a bargain.

Though probably above the average visitor's budget, this hotel is perfectly situated for the theater district. It's a 10 block walk from Penn station or a 50 foot walk from the closest Metro stop. Walking distance to several Top Venues to see a Broadway show and across the street from the Birdland Jazz club. Very nice hotel, very nice bar, very friendly staff, we were upgraded, but had a small issue with the bellboy moving our stuff without us asking him and as a result the manageress lily comped us free breakfast for our stay- which was one of the best breakfast I've had in a hotel - very american high cholesterol heart attach stuff ..but taste good ! […] . location was perfect for theatres and times square and next to station entrance. rooms a little pokey though and no mirror in the room, no bedside light switch either . remote control curtains would be nice to have , as the view was really cool . もっと読む

Great location, nice room, near everything. The only negative factor was the shower curtain smelled musty.

We were completely impressed! The room was large, the bathroom was amazing, and the shower was awesome. Having stayed in several New York City hotels i can definitely say that this one is clearly at the top of the list. We will definitely be back.

Nice, clean hotel. Price primarily based on location as it was not cheap at all. Reservation suggested I had free wireless internet but that was not the case, which was a disappointment. Great location (based on desire to be at/near Times Square).

We all had such a wonderful time. After being at a seminar all day Friday this hotel was very nice and classy and we considered it as a getaway. Their staff was very friendly and helpful to all our needs including directions and other services. All of us would consider going back to stay just to visit the city.

It was a great location for a Broadway show. The room was ready when we got there and clean. It may be the best hotel I've stayed at in NYC. I go there 3 to 4 times per year. I'll definitely stay there again.

I love staying at this hotel. I stay there for business and for pleasure. The staff is amazing. The rooms are large by NYC standards and the restaurant/bar are so good.

The Intercontinental was a great base for our weekend in NYC. Parking was convenient, restaurants within walking distance, subway at the corner. The hotel bar was our first stop which kicked the weekend off. Thank you for the great weekend. Pam

Very clean, modern and for New York rooms are spacious. Few blocks off Times Square, very close to subway lines, staff very helpful and felt very safe in this area. Overall good value.

Lovely hotel.. So comfortable and nice distance from times square.. Feels separate from times square if all the hustle and bustle and lights get too much! Beds were sooo comfy and super soft pillows!!

Hotel Intercontinental at Times Square.We received an upgrade,service was nice.The porters went out if their way in the middle of the street to get us a taxi.I highly recommend!

I stay in Intercons all over the world. This one clearly exists just for out of town tourists wanting to be near the theater district - which it most certainly is. The physical plant is top notch - but the service level is definitely not what I've experienced in a five star hotel: no newspaper at your door, no turn down service, no afternoon housekeeping, […] no recognize guests by name. The staff was very very nice, just not trained to give the level of service one would expect from the nicest hotel in the theater district. The Todd English restaurant on site was dreadful. Albeit we only had breakfast for three, but for $110 I'd have expected fresh orange juice in the very least. No pastries - not even toast with an egg order. Needed to beg for coffee refills. if you are on the top floors the views are amazing. the hotel is very well located. the rooms are very well isolated, clean, but a little small. the service was very good.

Our room was very comfortable with lots of little thoghtful additions, like bathrobes and toiletries. Everything was easy to use and everything worked (not usually the case in city hotels these days). Staff excellent and friendly. We forgot something and it was mailed to us without delay.
