IP ブティック ホテル、イテウォン (IP Boutique Hotel, Itaewon)格安予約

ちょっと困ったことも、すぐに相談にのってくれ、また日本語も英語も通じるので安心です。すぐ近所のレストランもグローバルに揃ってます。コンビニもすぐそばにあるし、過ごしやすいホテルです。難点をいえば、２つだけ。廊下が暗すぎることと、バスルームの水をはけさせるスペースがなく、またシャワーカーテンがないのでトイレ部分までびしゃびしゃになることかなーーー。でも、便利なのでまた利用したいです。

地下か隣にクラブがあるのか明け方まで騒音が１１階の部屋まで聞こえてた。シャワーの水圧が非常に弱すぎ。空調機能がいまいち。ウォシュレットのリモコンが故障なのか動かなかったが、便器本体真横にも操作ボタンが付いていたため使用できた。

おしゃれなホテルだとは思うけど、 床の絨毯などが汚い。 鏡張りの部屋なので、温かみがない無機質な感じ。 一回泊まったらもういいかな？

ホテルの内装外装はかなり奇抜ではあるけれど、スタッフも若く、非常に丁寧で親切でした。部屋も使い易く清潔です。レストランのディナーブッフェは日本のホテルのそれと比べると安く、和洋中韓と充実した内容のメニューでした。ツアーガイドによると、現地でも有名なホテルレストランだそうです。地下鉄駅にも近く、周囲は飲食に困らない立地です。次回も又利用したいと思います。

昼も夜も、基本的に賑やか。土曜夜は部屋までクラブの音が聞こえるくらい。 賑やかなのが好きな人にはおすすめです。 そうでないは人は週末はやめといたがいいかもです。 立地は駅まで大通りをまっすぐ5分程度だし、両替所もいっぱい、レストランもいっぱいで、とてもいいと思います。

白を基調に明るい清潔感のあるお部屋で、ベッドの寝心地もとてもよかったです。ホテルのスタッフ皆さん感じよく、快適に過ごせました。イテウォンには各国のレストランが多数あり、夜遅くまで営業しているので、ショッピングが終わってからでもゆっくり食事ができます。お洒落なカフェもあり、インターナショナルな雰囲気なので、明洞と違ったソウルを楽しめます。

今回2回目の利用になりますが、料金もお手頃な上、とっても綺麗で、オシャレなホテルです。 ただ、若干お部屋が狭く、スーツケースがベットの上じゃないと広げられないのが難点ですが、問題なしっ！って感じです。リピートしたぐらいなので。 電車を利用される方には、駅も近く、隣にはコンビにがあり、とっても便利。 イテウォン地区は、オシャレなカフェが沢山あったり、クラブもあったり、穴場的なショッピングも出来ます！ 1階にあるカフェレストランでは、平日ランチタイムと土日は、いつも地元のちょっとセレブな奥様方で賑わってます。私は、利用したことがないのですが、ショーケースから見えるケーキも美味しそうですよ！ 渋滞タイムを避ければ、タクシーでの移動もオススメなエリアのホテルです！

到着が最終便でチェックインが遅くなるため到着時に電話にて伝えたにも関わらず予約した部屋が埋まったためツインで追加料金がかかるとのこと。納得いきませんでした。 また週末だったせいか朝方まで外国人や若者が騒いで始発のエクスプレスバスに乗るにも一苦労でした。環境も非常に悪いです。特に週末はご用心された方がいいです。 2回目の利用でしたがもう利用するつもりはないです。

イテウォンという場所は多国籍のレストランが多く、食事を大変楽しめる環境です。明洞他、観光スポットも近いので移動も楽でした。ホテルは廊下がとても暗いので（真っ暗に近い）、お若い方向きに思えます。部屋はコンパクトで清潔感があります。バス、トイレルームの前がガラスで、ガラスで囲まれたトイレで用をたしている姿が（膝下くらいから下）見えるのが気になります。環境、利便性を重視される方へおすすめします。

全体的には満足できるレベルだと思うんですが、詰めが甘いのかな。 例えば今風のデザインホテルにしたいのはわかるのですがおいてある家具がチープだったり鏡を使いすぎていたり、廊下が暗すぎます。まるでラブホテルですよ。 仕事で良くソウルには行くのですが、取引先の韓国人たちはみなラブホやって笑っていました。 快適なのですが何となく？かな ただ値段は安いし、最近のイテウォンはオシャレな店が増え女の子同士で泊まるにはハミルトンよりは良いと思います。 ミョンドンのメトロとかイビスと同レベルかな。 ちなみにタクシーは気をつけて 昔のホリデーイテウォンの名前を出さないとなかなかわかってくれません。

ソウルの繁華街の一つに立地し、地下鉄の駅からも近くアクセスはとても便利でした。 ホテル施設は大変モダンで清潔でしたが、古いホテルを大改装したのではないかと思わせるような部分がところどころ見受けられました。 フロントの方の対応や朝食他、サービス全般も十分満足でした。 唯一最大のマイナスポイントは、廊下の声を初め隣のお部屋の声が筒抜けで、気が休まりませんでした。 地域柄　外人の方の宿泊者が多く、夜中でもTVや音楽を大きなボリュームでならし、しかも廊下でも大きな声で騒いでいて、熟睡することが出来ませんでした。 建物自体の欠陥だと思いますが、他の方には勧めません。

私が滞在したホテルですが、部屋の雰囲気的にはすごくよかったです。 ただ、壁以外ほとんど、トイレもバスも何もかもが鏡張りで少し、いやな気になりました・・・・ どこにいっても姿が映るので、気持ちが落ち着かなかったです。。。 ホテル自体はすごく良かったのに、少し残念でした。

When I read about this hotel it seemed very good and my expectations was really high. Unfortunately I was rather disappointed. The hotel is in an excellent area, and the room is clean, but apart from that I don't have much good to say about it. There is a club in the basement that makes a lot of noice, even to the 7th floor! The last day, the A/C stopped working and we were slow-cooked in our room before we could get stand alone unit in there. Enjoyed the stay...nice hotel....close to many restaurants...near train station. But room wasn't made up on 1 day and toilet flushes automatically throughout the night sometimes. Overall, still enjoyed the stay as location was good. Loved that the airport limo #6030 stops just across the street.

great location, gread surrounding neighbourhood and good for partying !!

We booked a standard double room for 4 nights in April 2012 but were upgraded to a junior suite during the whole stay. It was a pleasant surprise indeed! The hotel is new and well maintained. The frontline employees are able to converse in English and we had no problems asking them for directions to nearby places of interest. The cafe at the hotel lobby […] serves reasonably priced food. We are fully satisfied with the service and location of the hotel. The location is out of the center city area. The wifi access in the room was not that efficent. Small room, noisy location and need better care in terms of cleanness of the bathroom. However, very nice staff, always ready to help you.

there's a club at the basement of the hotel. noise could be heard on as high as 8/F. Luckily we're so exhausted after sightseeing and were not wakened up by the music. But we saw a couple yelled at the frontdesk concierge as they just couldn't sleep because of the noise.

Hotel is good, management nice but the hotel host a disco at the basement which work on Fridays and Saturdays. I stayed on the 8th floor just above the disco and could not sleep untill 5 am, having to wake up at 5:45!. THE SUBWOOFERS WERE SO LOUND THEN THE ENTIRE ROOM WAS VIBRATING. Great area, great service, great room, great bathroom wifi I totally enjoyed this stay (which made me get used to follow tripadvisor recommendations)

Unfortunately a nightclub recently opened in the basement of the hotel and the music continues even until 6am in the morning (!)

Can't go wrong with this hotel. However be aware of the glass walled bathroom, it's okay if you are sharing with a close friend.

Overall a great choice. Would recommend, easy access via airport bus but confusing. Multiple posts mention bus 6060, we took 6030 and all was well. Seems to be some confusion between tourist information vs the actual bus ticket selling counter. Front desk staff super helpful. Stayed on top floor with bay window, no noise.

This boutique hotel suffers like many with a style over substance problem. A supposed 4 star hotel! The staff are friendly and have decent English language skills, the lobby is very cool, but the rest of the hotel does not meet what I would expect for the price price. The room itself was in need of paint and new carpet which was thoroughly stained. It had the most poorly designed hotel bathroom I have ever seen. No privacy in the shower, toilet or sink if there are two people, a sink that was far too low, no electrical outlet for a shaver next to the mirror, and a designer spout that spatters the crotch of your pants when you wash your hands and no hook for a robe or a bath towel! The hallways were unexplainably dark, almost too dark to read your room number on the door. There is the usual claim to encourage "green" use of bathroom towels, but if you have your laundry done by this hotel, each and every item will be returned in its own plastic bag! This hotel was fantastic. Easy access from the ICN airport (limo bus 6060 with a stop right in front of hotel). The staff were always friendly and eager to help. Room was clean and very modern style. It is a nice hotel. I chose this hotel because of the good comments shared by the hotel guests. I was not disappointed, I had a good time there, very convenient to and from the airport. I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to you!

I booked this hotel because it was right in front of the airport limousine shuttle service... very easily accessible for a non-Korean speaker's first visit!! However, I soon found out that getting to most of the touristy places (e.g. Dongdaemon, Myeongdong, etc) typically took 2-3 train exchanges (with MANY flights of stairs in between) and up to 30min. […] Not a big deal if you've lots of time to spare and don't mind some exercise. But quite a pain if it's freezing cold out, and you're tired from all day shopping! Oh, not to mention, the subway is a good 5-10min uphill walk on the way home. Apart from the above, Itaewon is actually a pretty nice neighborhood to stay in. The food is GREAT compared to most of the more touristy & kiddy places in Myeongdong. Apart from breakfast (which was OK but not great) IP Boutique is a great little hotel. Couple of minutes walk to Itaewon and its restaurants etc. Very friendly hotel. Room was not huge but well equipped and very clean. Definitely would go back.

Hotel is in a great location in Itaewon. The staff is excellant and attends to any needs. Would highly recomend for any stay in Seoul

Typical Boutique hotel, nice design , looks fancy , very clean , really perfect for a short visit to seoul, but it has not fancy facilities , no spa,gym or pool or anything like this. The location of the hotel is what really makes this place great! It's right in front of the airport limousine bus, close to many shops/restaurants/clubs, and fun to walk around at night. The hotel was really nice, clean, modern and well appointed. The rooms were really well decorated and very comfortable. On our first night the fan in our bathroom was noisy and there was no way to turn it off. Clean hotel close to the Seoul metro. It can be loud at times due to the proximity to the street (I stayed on the seventh floor).

The hotel is in an excellent location! The decor is funky. The lobby appears friendly but staff ... not so much. The rooms are cool -unique and well decorated, the bathroom comfortable and large, but our room was not vacuumed when we arrived. IP Boutique is located in Itaewon - an area that has a lot of western restaurants/fastfood (McDonalds, BurgerKing, ColdStone Brewery, KFC) because of its proximity to the army base. The limobus from the Incheon airport dropped us off right across the street of the hotel (about an hour ride on the most comfortable bus). The hotel is very boutique-y - […] oversized couch and swings in the lobby, elevator that looks like a luggage, dimly lit hallways, and glass walls for the bathroom, which all add to the uniqueness of the hotel. The hotel rooms are a little tight (more like your average city hotel) but the comfy bed and bathroom makes up for it. We all raved about the toilet - heated seats, automatic flush, bidet and dryer. Hotels in America should have this type of toilets! IP Boutique is also close to the subway and bus stops. Korea is very tourist-friendly and there is a tourist information office about two blocks away, right in front of the Hamilton Hotel. Look for the tourist info people wearing red jackets. They recommended taking the Seoul City Tour bus, which is a hop on/hop off bus complete with headsets and description of key destinations in Seould translated in various languages (English, German, Chinese, Japanese, etc.). We highly recommend this as it was a great way to get a lay of the land. In terms of food around the hotel, we ate at the Maple Leaf Restaurant, a Korean bbq place our first night there. The food was tasty and service was great. We thought that the prices were reasonable but it ended up being the most expensive place that we went to. Also ate breakfast at Rick Copycats All American Diner (at the request of a friend who was a bit homesick) - also pretty pricey compared to other areas in Korea with so-so food. We would recommend going to other areas to eat if you're looking for Korean food. Itaewon is America-town, definitely friendly to those with no knowledge of Korean, and even those who have no interest in knowing about Korea. It's next to the US military base, so there is a lot of english spoken at all the shops and restaurants in the area. (Walk down a few blocks to Tartine Too instead.) Also, despite being in the most well-connected country in the world, the wifi at the hotel is absolutely unusable. The I P Boutique Hotel, Itaewon, is in a very convenient location for shopping. It is actually only about ~2000 Won more to take a taxi to shopping centers in Myong Dong and Dong Dae Mun than the subway and a lot faster time wise. As noted, the hotel hallways are very dark. excellent hotel with an interesting experience beyond the regular hotel chains

I have about 100 hotel nights every year and this was a posetive experience. Good location and nice design, very good beds, something you dont find at all hotel in asia.

This is a boutique hotel..located in a good area with direct airport limousine bus #6060..Staff speaks good english which is a boon. Subway station very nearby with scores of eateries and a convenience store right next-door. Room was great. Spacious and clean and neat style. Only bad things were hallways were creepy dark and Seoul drivers love to use their horns. Street view rooms were nice but you may want to ask for a side room. Otherwise, great hotel choice. Close to subway and right at end of Itaewon's shopping street.
