A good value for the price, and only a few minutes walk from Plaça de Catalunya (which the Aerobus drops you off at from the airport for about six Euros).... Except for the restaurant/bar across the street, the surrounding area gets pretty quiet at night, but I by no means felt unsafe. Both the common areas and the rooms seemed very clean, and the 24 hour reception was always helpful. When I first arrived I was put up in a small, dark room on the second floor. The windows didn't open, but you could see a dark closed in area with pipes and the elevator shaft, which were very loud if you're a light sleeper. I asked to be moved but unfortunately the place was full that evening. I spent the first night in that room and it wasn't too bad, but I didn't like that I couldn't see what the weather was like or anything out the window. The next morning they were able to switch me to a room with a small balcony facing the street on the front of the building with no hassle or extra charge. This room was infinitely better; natural light, room to move around, and a bigger bathroom. If you stay here, definitely request a room facing the street. Kim M - New York, NY さんのコメント ( 2013/04/13)
