Great room nice and clean except for the strong odor of dienfectant upon entering. It was much too strong.

The three rooms I booked for a family of five adults were all very clean and very well equipped. None of the rooms were bothered by outside noise. The king-sized beds were very comfortable. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable,everything worked, attractive decor, close ro road, lots of eateries close by. We were well pleased.

Pleasant

While traveling home from our family vacation we stopped at Country Inn and Suites. We had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly, the hotel was very well kept, and the free breakfast was an added bonus. The kids enjoyed the pool!

Overall the hotel has a cozy feel when you walk through the front doors. A small library, a big fireplace, and several little sitting areas to enjoy. The room itself had 2 comfortable, queen size beds...stacked with fluffy pillows. Also, the breakfast was rather tasty. They had eggs, sausages, and baked red potatoes...along with the standard continental […] breakfast cuisine. The only pitfall was breakfast wasn't served until 7a, where many other hotels I've stayed in start their breakfasts at 6a. We had lunch at the Fieldhouse Pizza Pub...great service and good food. Can't go wrong with their wings and burgers. Yes, their are a few flaws dealing with some maintenance issues or the view was overlooking a weed filled field. Very nice but,,,I was shocked to find that when we entered the room there was a very distinct odor od some type of air freshener. I have heavy duty allergies and as we unpacked the scent would fade and then all of a sudden come back very strong very much like those air freshner systems that spray automatically every so many minutes. I scoured the room […] looking for such a unit and did not find anything. When we went to the desk I asked and was told it was just from the cleaning products used. I requested that they not use them the next morning as we were staying 2 nights. Supposedly a note was made. However, all night long I would get bursts of the odor and the next day it was the same. SO I am not sure I was told the truth. Fortunately it was a citrus order and that is not as bad as something floral would have been. Otherwise the place was very nice. Just concerned that someone with asthma may end up with a reaction to whatever they are using. With the number of people with allergies I would think hotels would use unscented products and no air fresheners! もっと読む

Hotel is very clean and convienent to everything including I-95. Very pleasant staff, comfortable rooms and good breakfast included. Seems like all Country Inn & Suites are consistently pleasant and good bargains.

We travel often, so finding a clean, comfortable, convenient place to stay is important. This hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly; the property is well maintained. Having free wireless and a hot breakfast was a great plus! We would definitely recommend this place!

very clean and the spa was so great

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. There will be future opportunities for us to visit the area and we will definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit.

Beautiful new hotel. Nice pool and hot tub, room was clean and big. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and hot. Made our stay very comfortable - I'll be happy to stay there again when we go back to Fredericksburg.

In particular Kelly in the kitchen went out of here way to add a little extra to make us feel super welcomed. Very nice room - probably the best we've had in this tier. Highly recommend

Exceptionally friendly staff...great at check in, recommended a good mexican restaurant close to hotel, nice hot breakfast.

Hotel met every expectation. Entrance was difficult in a very busy section of road.

Very Relaxing, breakfast was an animal house but great after the morning rush.

Our recent stay at Country Inn & Suites in Fredericksburg at the Warranton Rd. location was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating staff and the rooms and hotel were clean, very nicely decorated and had all we could ask for at a great rate! Thank you.

Overall rating would have been a 5 but the supposed hot breakfast was AWFUL! The staff was wonderful-in fact the woman at the front desk in the evening went out of her way to help me out when I was trying to get some things done for my meeting the next morning. hotel staff could not have been friendlier -- room was amenity filled and comfortable -- breakfast was well above average -- had a wonderful time and thought we got excellent value for our money

Nice clean, new hotel. The beds were VERY comfortable. The staff very nice and accommodating. Easy access to highway and main roads. I would stay here again.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL .THE KING SIZE BED IN OUR ROOM WAS EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE.THE BREAKFAST WAS O.K.BUT NOT EXCEPTIONAL.

Excellent service and good location close to I95. Comfortable rooms and great breakfast in the morning. Would stay there again.

Spacious room, friendly staff, good breakfast, always coffee available in the lobby, free wi-fi, good location. We will come back.

Excellent stay for the price. Good service, clean room, nicely equipped. Breakfast was a small buffet but the quality was good. Service was pleasant and went the extra mile to provide information when you needed it. Greaty stopping point when you need an overnite stay.

Of over 20 rooms we have booked thru Hotels.com this past year this hotel was the best in every category. Great staff, great rooms and great breakfast.

We stayed two nights, was very pleased with the hotel. Very clean, staff helpful and thought the breakfast was fine. Only thing they needs to have a few more places to eat in the area. Would stay again and recommend.

Gret hotel. Very clean and quiet. Great breakfast and cookies and lemonaide in the lobby in the afternoons.

Brand new hotel. Immaculate condition. One of the best "mid-range" hotels we've stayed in. It had more character than any hotel in this class. Overall, for business traveleres or families staying a few nights, this hotel is right on.
