ラグナ ビーチ リゾート (Laguna Beach Resort)格安予約

今回、デラックスの部屋を予約していましが、部屋のランクアップの連絡をもらっていて、当日、部屋が用意されてなく、ビックリしましたが、その後のフォローを日本人スタッフが良くしてくれて良い滞在になりました。 部屋は、くつろぎスペースの三角マットが子供の寝るところになるので、家族で行くにはとっても良いと思いました。

the intergrated resort was once the place to go, unfortunately along with the rest of the facilities, Laguna Beach Resort has not maintained its surroundings or rooms. It was disappointing to stay in the hotel with beds you could feel the coils and the smell of mildew. Furnings are extremely outdated.

We spent 5 nights at the Laguna Beach resort travelling from Singapore for a short break. Great location for a family with small to mid age kids. Our 5 year old daughter loved it (Pool, slide, activities, kids club, beach and outside food options along the beach and especially the baby elephant). For the parents it was a nice and quiet location to just […] recharge for a few days. Location is not very central so moving outside of the resort is a bit of a hassle. There are nice tours offered by the hotel though. Recommend the simple local restaurants along the beach stretch over the hotel food. Overall condition of the hotel was good. Rooms were in good condition and service was very good. Overall resort had a freindly relaxed vibe for a short 5-7 day stay. Longer I'd say it's a bit far off and can get a bit boring with no nightlife and venturing out does mean quite a tour. もっと読む

I love this hotel. You are treated with great respect, all facilities are working and enjoyable. there is something for every member of the family here. I would not really think couples would enjoy this place as much as families, as it is really an ideal family hotel. The Laguna Beach Resort was a lovely and relaxing holiday that was wonderful for families travelling with young children. We were all able to share one room, which is great isnce our kids are 3 & 4 and we don't need 2 rooms. Also, the hotel has a resident baby elephant, and a good sized waterslide at the pool, both huge favourites with our kids. Restaurants […] were great, and the breakfast buffet was equally appealing to us parents and our kids - it had a good range of western and asian foods. My only problem (a minor one) is that because it was the off-season, you only have a "choice" of one restaurant for dinner (with a Thai, and a steak menu) and one restaurant for lunch/snacks. You are able to use the restaurants at neighbouring resorts, however, and bill back to your room. We loved the fact it was away from Patong and therefore much quieter. Some people may like to be closer to the action, though. We hired a car, which made getting around to all the parts of Phuket very easy. You can park for free at the hotel. This hotel is very friendly for children with the acitivites they provide. Service minded staff. However, we found the location for this hotel a bit far away going on tours to see other parts of Phuket. But we can recommend this hotel for families.

We had a great time. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids club was excellent. They kept the kids busy and active with really exciting games and activities. My 4 year old bonded really well with a couple of the teachers. The thai restaurant at the resort, rimtalay, was excellent. THE HOTEL IS VERY OLD AND RUN DOWN, THE ROOMS HAVE LIZARDS COME INTO THEM ON A REGULAR BASIS AND THE HOTEL FOLKS SEEM TO THINK THAT THE GUESTS WILL BE OK WITH THAT. THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE, THERE IS NO BEACH VIEW AS IT IS BLOCKED BY ALL THE SHANTY HUTS BUILT BETWEEN THE HOTEL AND THE BEACH, THE POOLS ARE FILTHY & THE HOTEL SERVICES ARE OVER PRICED. THE […] AIR CONDITIONING SUCKS, THE BEDS HAVE WHEELS ON THEM AND AS THERE IS NO CARPETING THEY MOVE EACH TIME YOU LAY ON THEM OR EVEN SIT. THIS HOTEL IS 2 STAR AT BEST. THE MANAGERS AT THE HOTEL ARE NOT ACCESSABLE IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT AND THEIR GENERAL MANAGER, CHRIS, AND HIS STAFF HAVE NO TIME FOR HIS GUESTS OR THEIR REQUESTS............ITS A DISGUSTING PLACE. もっと読む

The resort was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, the quality of the food in the restaurants was okay but not great. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a good location for families and the events and facilities were great for the kids. The only negative was that the food and drinks are overpriced inside the resort.

This is a very nice family resort (stress family here) location at a decent price. Couples without kids may want something different as there is not much nightlife on the property. The pools (3 total) are very nice and shallow at 1.2 meters. One pool had a 3 meter section. The waterpark is really just a waterslide with a 360 degree turn and the 3 different […] pools. The beaches are clean with crystal clear water, soft sand, and mild waves. The hotel food was VERY good and room service is open 24 hrs. There are shops and restaurants on the beach where you can buy food and drinks for half the price of the hotel, and bring it in to the pool/hotel area if you like. They local shop owners were also very friendly. The baby elephants (2-3 years old) show up every day for pictures, rides, etc... It is a lot of fun for the kids to get so up-close and personal with them. I only had two minor complaints. 1) No ATM on the property? I had to take a 7-minute shuttle bus ride to Canal Village for access to an ATM. Not that far, but this is 2011. Put an ATM on the property! 2) The free breakfast buffet (also very delicious!) is only free for the first two adults who are registered to a room. Kids that are 12 and under are an additional charge of 350 baht. But...they don't charge for the kids to stay in the room, so it evens out. もっと読む

Pænt firstjernet hotel med en pris der er lidt i overkanten. Skal man have en voksenferie er det ikke sagen, men har man børn under 14 år er det det perfekte sted med masser af aktiviteter og flere gange daglig babyelefant besøg med mulighed for at ride på den. Skønt poolområde, mulighed for gratis catamaran sejlads i lagunen. Ligger i et stille og […] roligt område (bortset fra alle børnene på hotellet) langt fra diskoteker o lign. We enjoy the water slide, sailing, canoe. However, be prepared to stay in the hotel for the whole duration as you can only call taxi to the phuket town/patong area.

We have two little children. We stayed here 4 days. I think this resort is the best choice for my family, because my children are very happy here every day. The swimming pool, beach, lake, canoe, kid club, even little elephant are so interesting. Furthermore, the staff are very friendly and really helpful!
