The room was very clean and the mattress very comfortable. The hotel staff was polite and understanding. The shower was a little low on water pressure, probably a water saving head, took me longer than usual to shower. A hot breakfast was a nice change to the regular continental breakfasts of norm. Staff was courteous and attentive. Parking lot was almost full upon arrival at 11 pm. Great place to stay. Was there on business but there were no must-see sights to see. The place was GREAT, staff was very helpful, rooms were very nice, well above what I expected for the rate, wish we traveled that way more often, would definitely become a regular!

I can't say enough about this hotel....clean, beautiful and very reasonable! Great experience!!

Overall good stay - had to change rooms due to the lack of cleanliness in our original room; representative who greeted us could have bene a bit more cheerful

Great hotel, great staff, and pet friendly. Would absolutely stay there again and again.....

The location was perfect for my purpose.

The sights of tiny Pembroke aren't much to praise, but my fiance and I were visiting my brother so the sights weren't on our list. The hotel, which must be new, far exceeded our expectations. The employees at the front desk were on top of our reservation and very helpful and nice. Our room was very large! Even though it contained a king bed, an arm […] chair and ottoman as well as a desk and chair there was plenty of space! Almost too much of it! We also had a very nice flat screen, one of the best TV we've seen in a hotel. The bathroom had marble countertops and the height of the sink made me envious. Wonderful, friendly, immaculate, great breakfast... did i mention that it is pet friendly & still immaculate & smells great. We happened to be traveling during the Christmas holidays & they have the place decorated so beautifully. I have already raved about this place & will continue to do so. Check-in was fast (less than 5 mins), customer service was great. She answer any questions I had, and told me when was breakfast, check out and if I need anything don't hesitate to call. The room AMAZING!!!! From the granite tops in the bathroom to the COMFORTABLE BED. One word to describe it: Speakless. The room was at the right temp, the ice machine […] and elevator was near by. The whole experience was Fantastic!! I would recommend and encourage anyone and everyone who will be traveling to that area now or in the future, The Holiday Inn Express in Pembroke, NC is definitely the place where you want to lay your head and rest in peace.
