フレデリックスバーグ のホテルをすべて見るWe went to the Richmond Race and didn't want to go all the way back home, so we booked at the Holiday Inn Express - We did not get there until midnight, but I have to say the room was awesome - very very clean and comfortable - I will for sure stay in a Holiday Inn Express again.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was a nice change from juice and a muffin. The only complaint I had was that the washing machines weren't working. The swimming pool was nice and warm the 1st day and got colder each day until it was too cold for the kids

Newer hotel. Very nicely appointed hotel. I liked the styling, the HD TV, the breakfast booths. Accommodating staff. Noisy bathroom fan though. I don't know why HIE makes all their bed s"short-sheeted" and no blanket. I had to turn the heat up in the room--no spare blanket available. I don't know why this hotel required a non-refundable reservation […] for a one night stay--a Sunday night. Even the clerk said the hotel was far from full that night. This was pertinent--the morning of checkout the area had heavy snow--so a non-refundable one night stay is a negative for booking next time when the traveler needs some flexibility. もっと読む

this place is new has a choice of indoor or outdoor pool hot breakfast that had everything the modern look was nice comfy beds and nice TV
"HOLIDAY INN FREDERICKSBURG"
Altough the hotel is brand new, and the staff friendly, I couldn't sleep at night, the pipes were bumping all the time, and I could hear the water flowing down when another guest would use the toilet or the shower. Good location for travellers though, very close to the 95 S. Good breakfast as well. But when you can't sleep ...

"very satisfied except limited parking"
For its price-class, this is an excellent hotel. However, we were there on a night the hotel was full and could not find a parking space. Some people parked at a shopping center next door and we parked at another motel.
We arrived late and tired, but we were very pleased by the room. It was clean, smartly appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the full breakfast the next morning before hitting the road again.

was very close to my family members and close to all restaurants and stores. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable and I plan to stay here on my next visit.

"BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE"
They had all my reservation info wrong, The only thing they had right was the name. My address and billing info was incorrect. Person checking me in said he corrected the errors and asked me for a credit card for incidentals. After giving him this, he assured me that I wouldn't be double billed. He understoond that the room was prepaid thru Hotels.com. […] Imagine my surprise when I found a billed under my door the next morning. I called the front desk and the "assured" we they would take care of it. When I got to the front desk, he tells me HE can't fix it, but Josie can when she gets in. I followed up with her a few hours later and she, here's that word again, "assured" me she had taken care of it. 5 days later, the charge appeared on my account again. I called to report this and she told me she would take care of it. I have no confidence that this will be handled. This woman was rude and short with me. The hotel was hard to find because the signs were not very good, but the hotel itself was great! Very clean, nice room.
