I found the hotel staff to be very friendly & helpful with anything my family needed. My toddler really enjoyed the indoor pool. We ate several times at the little cafe in the lobby and the food was very good and reasonably priced. Also, there were lots of shops, restaurants, gas stations and a grocery store close by which was handy. The hotel was really nice and the staff was great. The hotel is only about 12 miles from the city and there are restaurants and shopping areas nearby. My only complaints are that the mini fridge was really tiny and the bed was extremely firm. I would still likely stay there again.

I just wish there were mirrors up in the room. With the only mirror being in the bathroom, only one at a time could get ready and there were three of us.

This hotel was very reasonable and the customer services was awesome. Very clean and comfortable. I have no complaint. It was not very far from downtown Nashville and I would definitely stay there again.

The decor of this hotel is beautiful. The room are a great size for easy movemnet for two people in a room. The picture of the front of the hotel doesn't do it justice. The landscaping is beautiful.

Great hotel for the price. Have paid more for less at other hotels. New, modern,and clean! Starbucks in the lobby serves healthy food and great drinks. Within 15 minutes to Gaylord Opryland and Opry Mills Mall. Went there for Country Christmas and Ice. Plenty of shopping and dining near the hotel without all the traffic of Music City. What a beautiful "NEW" hotel. Staff was wonderful and very helpful, and our room was beautiful. Our breakfast each morning was great! So much to choose from and very tasty. We were only minutes away from different places we wanted to visit. Can't wait to go back!

The hotel was easy to find. The room looked clean but at closer look there was splattered toothpaste on the bathroom mirror and the toilet should have been cleaner. The bed was VERY comfortable. We were on the second floor and just as we were going to sleep the people ABOVE walked around their room for hours! We could hear EVERY step. The hotel was just wonderful. We had a very good experience. The prices were very good for the quality of hotel. Our room was 133 and the refrigerator didnt keep things very cold and I do wish I had brought my pillow from home but that was very minor complaired to all the good things we enjoyed.

Bathroom was filthy, King room was smaller than the double room next door. Couch was like sitting on a box. nightstands were the smallest i have ever seen in a hotel room.
