クイーン2台の部屋で清潔感ある感じでした。エアコンが非常にうるさく、つけっぱなしでは寝られないほどでした。洗面所とトイレ、シャワーが一体型で、5人家族の我が家には、狭く、不便な感じがしました。子供が小さいので、洗面台に手が届かず、(これはほかのホテルでもそうですが)踏み台が欲しいなと思いました。裏にははきれいに手入れがされ、BBQのコンロや椅子とテーブルなどもきれいに整えられ、その脇にはプールがありました。プールも広くきれいでした。オフィスの部屋ではコーヒーがサービスで入れることが出来ます。スタッフは皆、親しみやすいいいかたでした。フェリーを予約するのにスマートフォンがうまく使えず、オフィスのPCを快く使わせてもらいました。部屋は、ベッドのほかにビジネステーブルと椅子、一人用のソファがありましたが、あまり広くはありませんでした。でも、冷蔵庫とDVDプレーヤーもあり、便利に使えました。近くにブレックファーストをとれるレストランやドラッグストア、シーフードレストランなどはたくさんありました。

The hotel staff was very friendly and informative and the hotel was located very close to the main street of twon, just one block away. It was very convenient for shopping and dining. The price was very reasonable and the continental breakfast was good also. One thing bad was the icemachine that was not operating.

メインST沿いにあり便利。外見は大きなモーテルだが、競争が激しい地域のためか、値段の割にサービスがよい。ジェットバス付の大きなバスタブ、広いベッドはよかった。朝食も、これぐらいなら及第点。インターネットがロビーか食堂でしかできなかったこと、壁紙の趣味が悪かったこと、水の自販機が使えなかったこと（24h営業の売店があるので大丈夫だが）などの分だけ、点数を引いてある。

"room was mildewy"
When we first got there we were directed to a room on the other side of hotel, it was humid, dark and smelled like mildew. I went back to front desk, explained to her it was unacceptable and we were immediately put into the main hotel in a cleaner room. Overall good experience. Rooms old but well kept. Service was prompt and friendly. Managers very helpful. Good central location to use as a starting point for Cape Cod tours. Rooms are old world but clean . Very courtesy staff. Great place to stay if on a budget . Rooms are large just decorated 70 's style . Only problem we had is last year had told them plug needed changing as anything you plug in falls out. Stayed in same room this yearand plug wasn't changed. Hopefully they will check all outlets in all rooms, as this […] is a safety issue. Outlets do wear out after so many years of use. Would stay here again . "Acceptable for a last minute reservation"

Our first room smelled very musty, and only had tiny windows, but we asked for a different room. The second room was fine (had windows, didn't smell). Behind the hotel, there is a little path that leads you right onto the rail trail, which is excellent. If you're looking to ride bicycles or rollerblade on the rail trail without having to worry about […] parking, this hotel is perfect.
