The hotel was fine, the room was comfortable with all the amenities you would expect. The service was not good. When I called to confirm my online reservation, the lady was rude and seemed like she had no idea what I was talking about. We had questions about the room rates and she did not explain it very thoroughly. When we checked out, there was a […] mess of confusion about my payment and I ended up getting charged twice. It was on a Sunday, so I didn't get refunded the pretty sizeable amount I was owed until Tuesday....VERY annoying. "a little noisy"

A convenient and comfortable hotel, well maintained with courteous staff. From the map it looked as though we could walk along the river's edge but there is no pathway or any access at all. It is very close to the airport however which is handy and also to shops and restaurants. "Great hotel"

My wife and I traveled to Fairbanks a day before our Alaskan land tour was due to start, so we needed to stay in a hotel for one night before transferring to the Princess lodge.
