Very nice for the price!! Always clean! Comfy beds.

Well we had requested to check in early 5am, but when we got to the hotel was told no clean rooms for what we had requested, took almost 45 minutes to get a room, even though in the morning (around 11am) got the correct room. Otherwise the stay was very nice and very clean rooms.

The room was great. The fridge didn't work in our room but besides that, it was great. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

If you are looking for a place to stay while you tend to medical or dental work in Progresso, Mexico, or while shopping @ the Rio Grande Outlets, this is the place to stay. Walking distance to the outlets, Chili's or Whataburger next door (walking distance) and a short drive to Progresso. This is the second time we stay in this hotel, is comfortable but breakfast is not good and neither the attention on front desk

Great location. Restaurants right next to the hotel. Small pool. Nice place.

Super stay

Walking distance to the outlet, and restaurants (Chili's and Whataburger...outlet restuarants as well), easy access to the highway, Stripes gas station nearby. Great rates! Pool was very small, only 3ft deep all around but for a small hotel it is nice to have. Room was great, plenty of space. Attractive and clean facilities. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Well lighted parking. Will stay there again.

The door lock would not work because it needed a new battery--This is all that concerned me.

We spent 2 nights here. I was really pleased with what we got for the awesome price we paid. The hotel seems pretty new and shares the parking lot with the huge outlet mall, Chili's, and Whataburger. It's right off the highway. Our room was a standard King room. I called ahead to confirm and ask for a 2nd floor room which was accomodated. The room was […] pretty big with tall ceilings for a hotel, a flat panel TV, fridge and microwave. There was a pull out sleeper in the sofa and an eating table in addition to the desk. When we got there at 11pm, the room was HOT. It was about 100 degrees that day . I guess they turn off the AC until someone gets there. There were 3 switches on the wall and one seemed to be the "main" switch that gave power to the outlets that controlled the lights. At first I thought the lights didn't work even though I could see the lights from the clock and the fridge worked. Just an odd configuration, but was able to figure it out in 30 seconds. When staying in hotels, especially inexpensive ones, I always pull the sheets off and check the bed seems for bed bugs. There was NO evidence of bugs, the mattress was very clean. Whew!! The bed was super comfy and the pillows were awesome. We slept very well. The furniture was an odd mix with a home made looking cabinet hiding the fridge and microwave, the dresser was a faux marble top, and the cabinet, the coffee table, desk, table and chairs (yeah, lots of furniture ) were all painted in kind of a home done type of job. In the bathroom, I always throw a streamer of toilet paper to the fan to make sure it actually is venting air to the outside. It was venting very well. Good to know, cuz I've been known to bust a catalytic converter when in the bathroom. It took the room about 30 minutes to cool down, since it was so hot when we arrived. The location is great. The staff was friendly. I had a couple of issues - the guests above me had what seemed like a bunch of children - running and jumping throughout their room until 1am. I called the front desk and asked them to talk to them. On Sunday morning, I awoke to those same children bouncing off the walls at 7am. we were so pleased with the staff the breakfast and all that you can think off ////////the managers 2 ..across the super big outlets loved it

The room was so much more from what we expected to find. It was so convenient to have the hotel next to the outlet store and breakfast was just what we needed.

When checking, it was not what I expected...staff was very unfriendly. This was my second stay and nothinghas changed...won't be going back. The breakfast was terrible, coffee cold etc.

I stayed at the LaCopa Inn last September, and it was only a few months old then. It is a nice hotel, located near the outlet mall right on the highway. I have no complaints, and will stay there next year.

Continental breakfast was a joke. The ceral was stale. The "fresh" fruit was not so fresh. The bagels were rock hard. Do not bother complaining because they do not care. Upside was Whataburger was right next door as well as Chili's. Would I stay there again? Yes. Would I eat there? I think you you know my answer.

THERE WAS NO COLD WATER AND THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER WAS VERT LOW AND BAD . WE COULD FILL UP THE TUB FASTER THEN TAKE A SHOWER AND IT WAS ALWAYS VERY HOT (THE WATER).

Room was not made up after I got there well after 3:00 PM. Bathroom had a real funking smell. They charge way too much for their rooms. Parking was not available. Was told to go over the curb and park on the grass, while a semi truck parked sideways took up 4 spaces. Never going to stay there again.

Not as good as I'd expected. Swimming pool was filthy and smelled heavily like dirty mop water. There was no cold water in the shower and keys to room had to be activated on daily basis.

habia mucha gente y solo dos waffleras no pudimos aprovechar del beneficio

Acudi a hacer uso de la reservacion casi a las e 10.00PM y ya no encontre habitacion en la parte de abajo y me fue un poco incomodo tomar una de las hab. de la seg.planta sin embargo descansamos agusto

Hola, es decepcionante haber conocido este hotel y sabiendo que siendo tan reciente esta sumamente descuidado en cuanto a la limpieza se refiere, las alfombras estan supoer sucias y da asco andar descalzo en ellas... asi mismo , es increible que no cuente con cajones, tienes que dejar tu ropa en el piso o en sillas, por ultimo, en mi caso tuve que solicitar […] apoyo para que me arreglaran una regadera, misma que lamentablemente salia el agua a cuenta gotas, en realidad fue una pena hospedarse ahi, no lo vuelvo hacer ni aunque me paguen, Saludos !! もっと読む

El hotel es muy sencillo pero muy practico para quedarse e ir de compras al outlet.

La Copa Inn Mercedes me pareción un lugar ideal para ir de shopping, cruzas al Outlet caminando, puede uno dejar el carro en el estacionamiento, tienes las tiendas aglomeradas en un solo punto y la mayoría con ofertas, se evita estar desplazando uno de tienda en tienda y haciendo compras a la carrera, con dos días puede uno realmente volverse un "caza […] ofertas profesional" y deja uno las tiendas de preferencia para el regreso. もっと読む

inmejorable la ubicaion si vas de compras a mercedes.

Al registrarnos en el hotel nos dieron una habitación y al entrar, nos dimos cuenta que el baño estaba muy sucio, el piso y la tapa llena de orines, llamamos a recepción para quejarnos y nos dijeron que no podían limpiar pues el horario del equipo de limpieza había terminado. Habitaciones comodoas y limpias, excelnte lugar para las compras en Oulet

ESTA LIMPIO, PERO LAS PERSONAS DE LIMPIEZA NO DEJAN TOTALMENTE LA HABITACION, EL ESTADO GENERAL DE LA HABITACION ESTABA EN REGULARES CONDICIONES, FALTA MANTENIMIENTO.

Buen lugar para ir de compras..el mall está cerca, pero es recomendable que si quieren comprar algo en algún walmart, lo hagan ANTES de llegar al hotel porque está un poco "aislado" del downtown. En general, excelente; no tuve problemas. Lo recomiendo.

Excelente sitio para descansar después de ir de compras.

Tuve problemas con la regadera no tenia suficiente presion y la unica manera en q salia un poco mas de agua era solo con caliente asi q lo reporte inmediatamente y me dijeron q lo hiban a reparar cuando saliera del hotel eso no me parecio y tampoco me ofrecieron otra habitacion asi q fue muy molesto el poder bañarme

todo estuvo bien solo las toallas para el baño estaban ya muy deterioradas pero lo demas estuvo bien

pues el pagar por adelantado y en linea tiene muchos inconvenientes, al llegar la habitacion no era la que reserve, en Internet reserve una habitacion doble con cocineta y sofa y llegue y me dieron una habitacion doble, al llevar a la recepcion mi papeleria que imprme deinternet me cambiaron la habitacion con reservas y no solo eso me comentaron que […] ninguna habitacion tiene sofa que la informacion en Internet no es correcta. もっと読む
