オープリーから近くて お値段もリーズナブルで とっても良かったです。 子供は室内プールがとっても気に入っていましたこの時期の滞在で室内プールに入れる所はなかなか無いと思います。 ウエルカムコーヒーや朝食も付いていたので 私たち大人も満足できました。 室内も綺麗で特にバスルームが気に入りました。

近くのGayload Opryland Resort Hotelで会議があって利用しました。料金は安く、部屋は広くて快適、目の前にMcdonaldやレストランがあり、売店もガソリンスタンドの中にあって、それら全てに歩いて５分以内で行けます。会議場へは歩いて１５分はかかりますが、会議場のホテルは宿泊料金が倍以上もするので、多少歩くことを考えても十分リーズナブルです。空港からはタクシーで１５分程度、料金は25＄でした。私の滞在中は改装中でしたが、歩いて20分くらいの所にショッピングモールもあります。市街地ではありませんが、必要な物はほぼ揃っているという感じでした。朝食は付いていて、パンケーキマシンがあって自分で焼いて焼きたてが食べられます。お勧めです。なお、情報は全て2012.1.13現在の情報です。それ以後の変更等は把握していません。

ホテルの設備、受付、従業員の態度、利便性など、どれをとっても平均点以上で、快適に過ごせました。 また、次回も利用したいと思います。

"Nice hotel, not so nice breakfast"
This is a very nice place to stay and we will definately go back to this location. There is a lobby breakfast (and lunch and dinner I think). We were not aware that there was a charge for the buffet ( it appreared to be just another average lobby style complimentary breakfast). There was no one to take orders so we simply helped ourselves. There were […] only scrappings left in the egg pan, no bacon, no sausage, no biscuits. It was then we found out that if we did not have a coupon it was $10! The waitress appologized for the lack of service admitting that they were not prepared for the huge number of youth basketball teams staying there. When I explained that we made the mistake of helping ourselves before we realized in was not complimentary she did not charge us, thankfully. "The kids"
I went with this hotel for the pool for the kids...it was VERY cold. The hot tub was nice and hotel clean. Location is great.
"Nice area, disappointed with indoor pool"
Hotel and surrounding area was nice. Only complaint is that I picked this Hotel for the indoor pool for the kids. However, the indoor pool was cold, hot tub did not work, and the whole room was so cold I had to wear a jacket.

"Hilton Garden Inn Franklin - comfortable/satisfyin"

"Recommend, but with reservations"
The Hilton Garden Inn-Franklin is a lovely hotel - clean, friendly staff (kudos to Matt, the bartender!), decent location, but there are a few things that prevent me from giving it a high recommendation. First, it's difficult to find. It sits behind a strip mall, off the main road, with nothing at the drive to indicate it's back there. We passed it […] without seeing it, then turned around, turned on the GPS and finally saw it coming from the opposite direction. Second, the beds are hard, and I do mean hard! Although the mattress firmness is adjustable, you're sleeping on a single mattress that rests on a wooden platform. If you have the mattress set on "firm," you're sleeping on a rock. If you change the setting to "soft," you're sleeping on a rock with a thin layer of padding. Either way, I ached from head to toe all night long! Finally, the housekeeping staff isn't in any hurry to clean the rooms. We left for some sightseeing on Saturday morning and returned to the hotel around 2:30 PM for a rest before heading out again that evening. Our room hadn't been touched. We asked the housekeeper who was working down the hall how much longer it might be, and she said the girl who had our room was working on the floor below and should be up soon. So we went down to the lobby and watched TV for an hour or so before deciding to head back up. As we passed the front desk a woman was asking (apparently for the second or third time) when to expect at least some clean towels because they had to get showers to head out to a wedding. Our room was ready when we went back upstairs, but on Sunday morning when we checked out, around 10:00, there was not a housekeeping cart in sight on our floor. There's lots restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, with a Walgreen's just a few steps away, in case you forgot any of the necessary toiletries. "2 nite Hilton stay"
I recently spent 2 nites at the Hilton Garden Inn in Franklin, Tenn. The beds were very very comfortable & the room overall was just what I needed. The pool & hottub were clean & wonderful. The evening concierge was very friendly & helpful. I will recommend the hotel to others with high marks. Thank you for a very nice stay.
"Just OK"
This hotel was comfortable and clean. The folks working there were nice, but it wasn't anything amazing. We were very disappointed that they didn't have breakfast - unless you paid $10 extra per person. We didn't pay the extra amount, but the food looked good. Room was average - nothing special, but not horrible either.
"Great Anniversary stay"
The staff was amazing!!! We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location..plenty of food choices and our room was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton.
Very nice hotel and staff. Breakfast was good. It had the basics, but also some things I did not expect (English Muffins).

"Fantastic Hotel and Price"
This hotel is top notch. The decor is fresh and new, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms and property were clean and well maintained and the hotel amenities are in line with industry standard. A great hotel we will visit again!

This is a very nice hotel, close to shopping, and very clean. The staff were terrific, both at the desk and in the dining room. The location behind stores was difficult to find but perhaps help keep the noise from the road. We really liked the breakfast which was very good for the price.

fire alarm at 12;15 . Sat in parking lot til 3:00. Stood in line to check out and get voucher. Stood in line 1 hr to check in at embassy suites. check in at 4:30 have to leave at 6:00.

"Hilton Garden Inn, Frankliln/Cool Springs, Tenn."
Great location, very nice upscale surroundings, close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel has a wonderful outdoor lounge, with fire pit and water effects. Quiet, off the inerstate but easy access. Highly recommend this hote.

"EVERYTHING WAS GOOD EXCEPT THE BED"
THE HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN AND IN A GREAT AREA BUT THE BED WAS HARD AND I FOUND IT VERY DIFFICULT TO SLEEP ON. OTHER THEN THAT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AND I ENJOYED MY STAY.

We was very comfortable at the Hilton. It was warm an inviting to all of us. It was very quite, Staff was very friendly. We are looking forward to going back in the summer. The area around the motel was great. All kinds of things to do. It was not that far from downtown Nashville. The breakfast buffet was great.

My three night stay was very nice. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Good location near the Galleria Mall and I-65. Tons of restaurants in the area and a beautiful residential area. 15 minutes into the city. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Sleep number beds in each room...very nice!!!

Very convenient location to convention I was attending. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice. Only complaint was A/C unit outside my window made loud noise. Overall satisfied with stay.

This area is convenient to most activities. Easy access to the highway. You can be in downtown nashville in 20 minutes.
