今回、マイアミを8日間色々な4つのホテルに泊まりましたが。一番良かったホテルでしたね。トイレも綺麗で部屋も綺麗オーシャン付近でうるさくもなかったです。価格は高いですけどもおすすめです。

I loved the look of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and polite. No complaints.

newish (2 years old), clean, conveinent - just far enough away from the insanity of central south beach. Great to have a balcony.

The hotel was clean and the room was nice and big, a big rest room and a little balcony. There is a bit more action around street 8-15, but it's a short walking distance, plus that it's nice not to live where the party is. Superb sandwiches 100 m uptown!!! (Can't remember name, situated at the other corner at same block, Ocean Dr. Also Walgreens and […] other stores very close. No problem taking big towels from hotel to beach. Maybe you can get a cheaper hotel with the same comfy, but this was good. No problem parking just outside the hotel (April midweek), maybe worse att weekends though. This was our first trip to Miami. I was pleasantly surprised by the location - just a block from the water and all the craziness of Ocean Dr. north of Fifth so you could easily walk to everything but not be kept up all night. I liked the design of the hotel - very spare and modern. Unfortunately, our room had seen better days. The shower door was broken […] so you could not close it all the way, the toilet bowl was stained and scratched, some of the tile around the shower surround was chipped. There were a few ants in the bathroom and bedroom - maybe that's common in this area. The woman at the front desk was fantastic - very friendly and helpful. I wish I knew her name. I've stayed at the Sense for two consecutive stays. The hotel is located right south of the very noisy part of Ocean Drive, enabling a good nights sleep without compromising with the location. My wife and I loved our stay at Sense South Beach. Its in a great location close to all the action, but far enough away if you are looking for a little peace and quiet. The room and balcony was amazing! Great relaxed atmosphere, and attentive staff. Will be staying there again!

Sense is a lovely little hotel in a great location - close enough to the action but tucked in away in a quieter area of SoBe. Loved the tempurpedic mattresses and rooms were clean and comfortable. Pick up a hotel chair and towel, walk across the street, and you are on a lesser crowded stretch of beach. Great hotel close to everything that is good,very well run, also very green frendly but not over board.

Recently stayed at Sense and was very disappointed. I paid a rate that would customarily be charged at a 5-star hotel and got very little in return. No mini bar (there were snacks); no robe; a chair (the one chair in the tiny room) which had ink all over the seat; bad lighting choices ... the carpeting in the hallways is dirty and frayed; the pool area […] is depressing. Only problem we had was a rattling water pipe. I asked at the front desk and was told that it only rattles when the person in the next room uses the shower. He offered us ear plugs. It was a bit of an annoyance, but not a big deal.

The hotel is in a great location--a block from the beach and just around the corner from great shopping on Collins Ave. A Walgreens (with a good liquor store attached) is just across the street. The lobby is vacant now, and the staff minimal. The rooms are small, but clean, and modern. The staff is pleasant, but not eager. Its a reasonable place to go, but nothing to write home about.

Awesome hotel and great staff, Alex who checked us in was fantastic, chatty without being over-bearing. Recommended a great Peruvian restaurant that was a great start to our vacation. Only stayed one night as a stop over but fab location and great for popping to South Beach to watch the sunrise. Would go back without a doubt.

The hotel price is what made us pick Sense, but you typically get what you pay for. It seems like the hotel wasn't completely finished or needed some repair, we couldn't tell. The hotel staff was nice. The rooms are kind of small but are decorated nicely. The beds were extremely comfortable. Not in the heart of South Beach, but only a couple blocks […] from the action! We went to Sobe to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. This hotel was perfect for our needs. It was quiet, clean, and very classy, yet close enough to all the action to walk or take a short cab ride to any of the clubs, bars, or restaurants. It is also right across the street from the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the rooftop pool was nice […] although we didn't have time to use it. Everything looks like it's been recently updated. Clean, efficient, no frills - but modern, comfortable, and upscale. Works well for the one night we needed it!

The hotel was conveniently located a block away from all the south beach action. We loved our room especially the two balconies connected to the bathroom one that was, Roof top pool was a real nice addition to the stay. I would suggest this hotel to others. Staff was very friendly and informative!

Truly enjoyed our visit to South Beach. Hotel is an ideal location and the staff was excellent.

Staff were warn and inviting, provided numerous helpful tips for navigating the area and enjoying food, and the rooftop pool created the perfect intimate offbeach location for a couple or small group of friends! Can't wait for the in-house restaurant area to be set up.

Very good hotel, biggest disappointment being no fridge in room. Managers said it was damaged a week ago, but no replacement yet. Bar fridges can be bought for under $100 and should be replaced immediately. Great location, helpful staff. Secured parking VERY expensive.

Found this hotel to be in the perfect location, right on Ocean Drive (the quiet end, if there is such a thing!). The price was excellent compared to other hotels just a few yards away. Room was clean and beds are so comfortable. I thought the rooms were of a good size for South Beach. Staff excellent. The employees were all very friendly.

We stayed one night before driving to Key West. We were struck right away by the helpful and friendly staff - from helping us find a street parking space to recommending places to eat, the service was great. Our room was a good size and clean with a comfortable bed. Our room and the hotel lobby area had obviously been redone recently and looked nice, […] though the hallways were a little sketchy looking. The location was good, just south of the main strip and a short walk to the beach. The surrounding neighborhood seemed okay, though there was a lot of road work going on so it looked sort of rough. Stayed here with some of my girlfriends and had a fabulous time. We weren't looking for a hotel that had a lot of frills, but we did want a nice clean modern hotel close to everything. Sense was perfect for our needs. There is no restaurant, bar, room service etc. but we didn't want any of that. We enjoyed our stay at the Sense Hotel. The room was very nice. The staff was very good. The location on South Beach was great. We were in the front of the hotel and didn't hear any noise from the street. We missed having a coffee shop or restaurant in the hotel,but there were plenty of choices right outside the hotel. The only problem we had was […] a party in the hallway around 2:30 or 3:00am We should've called down to the front desk but we didn't. They had a swimming pool on the roof. no room service, no bar

The hotel being newer is a plus as in South Beach places can be pretty run down. The staff was wonderful. There were a few minor glitches (no washcloths or hand towels). The design is good. It isn't the Ritz Carlton but I had a decent stay.

I booked this Hotel the night before our stay based on ratings and was glad I did. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and accommodating did I mention affordable as well.... it was close to the beach and down town. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again,.

I'm a local yet stay in Sobe hotels often. This hotel is new, modern, spacious, and affordable.

Sense was a very nice hotel! It was clean, quiet and all of the staff was very accommodating! The neighborhood was very peaceful, across the street from the beach and blocks from the happenings! Stayed for one night prior to a cruise. Service was friendly, room was clean, bathroom has a very large glass shower stall, close to the beach but a bit of a walk to shopping area.

My stay at Sens Hotel was a disappointment despite the rave reviews on your website. First, the girl at the front desk had me listed for a one night stay when I had a reservation for three days. Second, I booked a room with an Ocean View. Although my room faced the ocean, the view was of the building across from our hotel. We called the front desk to come to our room and investigate the sound. 45 minutes later, no one showed up so during the second call, we spoke to a different person at the front desk. He let us know immediately that our room was located under the swimming pool pump. This hotel has a pool on their roof and we were knowingly placed in that room. Minutes later, the sound was gone and we received another call from the front desk letting us know that they would turn the pump off at 10:00 pm and turn it back on at 7:00 am! I was totally dissatisfied with the inconsistent customer service at the hotel. Our last night there, the girl at the front desk was unable to get to the 4th floor because the key wasn't working in the elevator. Only then did they offer us another room to sleep in. This hotel did the bare minimum to make us comfortable in unreasonable settings. All I kept thinking about was, gone are the days when the staff of the hotel is there to make your stay pleasurable and maybe even go out of their way to do so. Alex was a grat help and he was there till midnight. He explained our room was the only one without airconditioning and gave half off discount for the 2 of three nigth we were without air conditioning. and the first night stayed in aug 26th 2010 he upgraded us. Great location, great rooms and even greater staff!! Began upon pulling up to the hotel. Friendly cordial helpful front desk staff met us at the car and the vacation began! Recommendations were spot on and made the weekend even more relaxing.

Average "nice" hotel in a quiet location on South Beach, but not worth the $$$

great location - near prime 112 and devitos - gorgeous brand new rooms - super comfy beds and a wonderful front desk. Make sure you ask for Alex at night he goes above and beyond!

Ett nyrenoverat och fräscht hotell i nära anslutning till nöjeskvarteren på Ocean Drive, men i ett lugnt läge. Man skulle kunna anmärka att hotellet såg lite halvfärdigt ut, lobbyn gav inget positivt intryck, och vissa detaljer i rummet verkade inte klara. Men inget fel på bekvämlighet eller service.

Waren für 3 Nächte im Sense South Beach. Einkaufsstrasse, Restaurants und Strand innerhalb 2-3 Gehminuten erreichbar und trotzdem ruhig. Das Receptionspersonal (ausser dem Herrn bei der Abend-/Nachtschicht - war super) meistens unmotiviert und nicht gerade freundlich.
