カンクンには２泊ホテルエリア、２泊ダウンタウンに宿泊しました。4500円程度で泊まれたので、とてもコスパは良いと思います。部屋はとても清潔に保たれています。シャンプー、石けんなど簡単なアメニティもついています。wifiもサクサク利用できたのは嬉しかったです。ただ、難点としてはエレベーターが無いこと、部屋に冷蔵庫がないこと。大きいキャリーバッグだったので階段だけでは少々苦労しました。交通の便は良し、市内観光するには非常に便利な場所です。ホテル出て50m左手方向には、「Mercado 28」という民芸店アーケードがあります。品数はたくさんありますが、すごく安いとは思いません。（交渉次第では安くはなりますが。）また、ホテル出て右手方向にはYaxchilan Av.という通りがあり、そこにはレストラ […] ンがたくさん軒を連ねています。コンビニも近いですし、食事をするには困りませんでした。500mほど歩いたところにバスターミナルもあったので、空港へ行くにしても、郊外の観光地に行くにしてもとても便利で助かりました。またぜひ利用したいです。 もっと読む

２泊しました。なぜか部屋から外ではなく、通路に窓がありカーテン閉めても光が入ってくるのです。なぜだか？？？　がしかし、テレビ・ベッド・シャワー・エアコンOK！OK!　文句なしです。　　チェチェン観光は朝早く出て夜帰ってきます。ダラス経由の日本行きの飛行機は７時出発ホテル送迎は４時３０分。そんなホテルは寝るだけで、朝早くから夜まで外で遊んじゃう人には良いホテルですよ！近くにOXXOって言うコンビニがあります。夜の酒場も近くにあります。　メキシコ最高！ただし、海辺でのんびりしたい人にはここじゃないよ。

カンクンのセントロにあるのですが、目の前の道路は交通量が少なくうるさくないのでかなり快適でした。ホテルのフロントは２４時間体制でいつでも親切に対応してくれます。部屋は思ったよりも広く、清潔で、シャワーやトイレなどもきれいで使いやすかったので満足しています。値段も手ごろなので一人旅行には最適なのではないでしょうか。ホテルゾーンなどに行くバス乗り場まではちょっと時間がかかりますが（7～10分程度）近くにはOXXOというコンビニも近いので便利です。ちなみに、Wi-Fiがロビーでしか使えないので、そこがちょっと不便かもしれません。

古いホテルを綺麗に改装したようなホテル。他の部屋はわかりませんが、私が宿泊した部屋には必要最小限のものしかなく、少し狭い日本のビジネスホテルのような感じです。インターネットはフロントでケーブルを借りて、部屋で無料で使用することが可能です。 部屋自体は水回りも含めてとても綺麗です。ただ１点困ったのは細かい蟻が結構いること。我々はさほど気にしない方なので平気でしたが、苦手な方は注意した方が良いです。我々も一度お菓子を机の上に置いていた際に集団襲撃を受けました....。気を付けていれば（お菓子を放置したりしなければ）特に問題ないと思います。

特別料金だったので最安価格帯で利用させてもらいました。 その値段としては清潔だと思います。 土産物屋とお得に美味しい料理が楽しめるレストランが入ったマーケット28(Mercado 28)、週末にイベントが催されるパラパス公園（Parque de Las Palapas）、バスターミナルにも近いので、色んなものを見て回りたい人にお勧めです。 無線LANは2階の部屋では受信できませんでしたが、フロントでLANケーブルを貸してくれて有線で接続できます。

空港からのトランスファーがあるとのことだったので、このホテルに決めましたが、夜到着する友人への送迎に関するメールを受け取ってないといわれ、ねばっても当日では手配できないと全然ダメでした。結局私が空港まで迎えにいくハメになったので、もう少し機転のきかせた対応が欲しかったです。部屋の内容などは、満足しています。

新しく真っ白な壁とピカピカの床。真夜中まで開いている賑やかなレストランは少し離れた場所にあるので、夜は静かで熟睡できました。バスターミナルまでは１０数分歩きますが、そこまで行けば、大きなスーパーマーケットもあります。チチェン・イツｱー遺跡に出かけたりリゾート地に行ったりと楽しみました。

格安料金でしたが、部屋もきれいでスタッフも感じがよく不自由を感じませんでした。１階にあるレストラン（カフェ？）も手ごろな値段でスタッフも感じよくよかったです。バスターミナルからは少し歩きますが、ペインテオーチョ市場が近くおすすめです。

This room was far nicer than we expected. The bed and pillows very very comfortable, sheets were nice. Bathroom and shower were beautiful. Free WiFi was a plus! Lots of steps. You do have to ask for hangers and a blow dryer. Great for the price. Cab to the airport was about $25.

Room service doesn't clean the room if you are inside. Receptionist after 3 pm said you must go out if you want your room to be cleaned. I asked why. She replied, "I don't know but you must go out".AN EXTREMELY RUDE LADY. Locker is out of order. They even didn't say it is not working. Toilet is often dirty but room service doesn't like to come immediately to clean. Wash basin is round that spills water on the floor. The staff and the manager were very friendly. the room was spacious and clean. internet connection was spotty and had to be in the lobby to ensure a good connection. Also there was an issue with noise as you could hear noise coming out of the lobby throughout the night.

There on business, have stayed there in the past. Rooms are a bit small but very clean and loved the wifi access in the room. Free parking was also a plus. Great restaurant down the street, 100% Natural and easy access to mercado 28. Would stay there again.

Suites Gaby is a no frills hotel, but clean and in room a/c. Our room had a window looking out into the hall - a bit strange. The front desk was very helpful, the location is great for getting to the local and the turista markets. Not too far from wal-mart for cheap Kahlua!

I completed my third visit to Suites Gaby in Cancun in January 2013. As before the my hotel room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. This isn't a luxury hotel and tends toward the economy spectrum so the contents were nice but not opulent. The telephone, plumbing, television, internet connection, and A/C all worked as expected. The location is near Market 28 so it's close to plenty of dining locations. If you stay at this hotel make time to visit La Parrilla Restaurant about two blocks away, it's a quick walk. La Parrilla has mariachi musicians nightly and the food is good. Each time I've been there the clientele has been from diverse locations. This last time I met Canadians, Russians, and Japanese. Overall I got what I expected from the hotel. Remember, this is an economy hotel. My per-night cost was $45 plus taxes during the high season. I plan to stay there again when I go to Cancun. もっと読む

Room was very clean. They decorated toilet nicely. Right next to Mercado 28. The only thing is that the AC never cooled off. It cost $200 pesos to get a taxi to get to the airport, which was great. 25min to the airport. Very reasonable price. Would definately stay here again. Wireless available only in the lobby

We stayed I cancun for 8 days. For one week we stayed at OMNI hotel . And one day at gaby. Vet nice location and you really feel that you are in Mexico. Would have wanted to stay longer there as there were many restaurants around to try. The room The only thing is that they did not have Internet and also receptionist does not speak english.
