I give this place a 10/10 based on the customer service from all staff members we encountered. Everyone was extremely nice and willing to go above and beyond to assist us. Plus the free breakfast each day was AMAZING and the hotel and it's grounds were spotless. HIGHLY recommend.

Fabulous experience! In fact I recommended this hotel to someone today.

The hotel was nice and clean. The front desk staff was nice but there is room for improvement in regards to the housekeeping and room service/delivery(?).... Housekeeping knocked once and as I was approaching the door(no more than 5 seconds), she just came in. I requested another blanket for the pullout (The one already in the room had grass and debris […] on it DIRTY) and when the gentlemen (term used lightly) came to drop the blanket off he tossed it to me and said "HERE".... Great Hotel and Staff - My Family enjoyed it Greatly !!!

I have traveled extensively and stayed in many Embassy Suites throughout the US. My family had decided to just stay a night to get a feel of the new hotel. We found the customer service was dynamic. They were very warm and friendly. My 2 year old daughter hugged the representative as we were leaving. Breakfast was so yummy! The room was really nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I suggest ordering the huge lava cake from the room service menu. Soooo good!

The happy hour and breakfast was Great and the room and bed was extremly pleasant.

We found a pair of men's underwear under the chair when we got in the room and a used condom rapper under the bed. I was really not happy with cleanliness of the room.

This Hotel was awesome! The Staff were very friendly. The Hotel decor was very nice and upscale. The manager's reception was very nice and the drinks were great. The breakfast was amazing. They had a buffet breakfast and cook to order omelets. Really enjoyed my stay. Just minutes away from City Center. Will defintely return to this location.

Night front desk agent, Ernie(?), went out of his way to assure the hotel met our needs...hunted down utensils for our purchases in their market when we arrived around 11:30pm. I would definitely stay there next time if I visit Houston.

We stayed here with two kids over couple of days visiting. Pros: 1- Hotel is new and clean 2- Staff were polite and helpfull 3- Free Garage Parking, (not controlled) 4- Free Breakfest, with a good selection 5- The Embassy have the largest rooms to offer hands down for this type of cost, two rooms (one bedroom + one sitting/sofa bed)!!!! 5- All and […] All a good value Cons: 1- The hotel is right on the freeway (you cant tell from the pictures), our room was on the 5th floor and still sounded like you were attedning the Indy 500 even at midnight! 2- Marked parking slots are too tight for an SUV, I had to fold my mirrors, and the car next to me had to let the passenger off before he could park. 3- GPS will miss the entrence on the access road, look at the skyline once you get within 2 miles and look for the Radission sig, the Embassy is right behind it. もっと読む

The check-in process was fast & easy. Every staff member we came across was friendly & courteous. The free breakfast was...free. Nothing to write home about, but it had a small variety of things (they do need another toaster!). The room itself was nice and clean. My only complaint would be that our refrigerator door didn't close, but we didn't need […] to use it, so it was no big deal this time around--and that was not the hotel's fault, it was the manufacturer's fault for not providing an adequate seal. The room was perfect. Bed was comfy, room and bathroom were very clean, and the staff were great and friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

For the price, this is the best hotel stay I've ever had. When I got in at 1:00 am I was greeted with two free bottles of Dasani water and a quick check-in. The hotel looks brand new (built in 2010?) and the decor was great. Because it's Embassy *Suites*, you get a suite, not just a room. My king suite had three rooms with two big LG TVs, microwave, […] mini-fridge, huge bathroom with amazing tile/glass shower, and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in (no joke). I'm buying new pillows and a mattress topper after I write this review because I keep thinking how much better that bed felt than anything else I've slept in. Breakfast was free, and it was just some lame continental breakfast -- there's a super-friendly kitchen staff on hand to make custom omelets and everything. Plus there's a 24-hour fitness room with free weights, and an indoor pool and hot tub open until midnight. This hotel is a top tier 3.5 star hotel. It is definitely one of the better ones in the area. Staff was courteous & helpful. Buffet was decent, but you cant beat FREE!!!

Quick check in at 11p.m. Room was spacious & bed was comfortable. Breakfast options were great.

Had an issue maintenance was there in minutes. Lady at front desk with long black hair was excellent and very helpful which made every guest feel special. Many Thanks!!!

this was a suprise to see the nice new hotel. it was clean, very well managed and was very affordable compared to other Embassy Suites in the Houston area.

I had a 13th floor room with a view, real nice. The hot tub is HOT but doable. I will be back, the only thing that bothered me was I was unable to get a real comfortable nights sleep. I am a big fan of Embassy Suites and my wife and I were having work done on our house in Houston. After a tiring day and no water, we were looking forward to our night’s stay at the relatively new Embassy Suites not far from our home. The front desk personnel were not very friendly. Room met expectations. Breakfast and evening cocktails provided by the hotel made traveling from the hotel not neccesary. Would stay there again.

We stayed here for a weekend and was pleasantly surprised at the value for the money. The area was very convenient to shopping and medical. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodations were superb! We will definitely stay here again.

Ordered food for all 4 of us from your restaurant and the food gave out to us cold. Not what we expected for a 4star hotel like Embassy

Great hotel! My kids and I had so much fun! The registration team was so friendly and the manger's receiption host was fantastic! I was unimpressed by the maid service. The towels had HUGE holes in them and the maids never cleaned out the coffee pot or filter, so it made me wonder how they ACTUALLY cleaned the rest of the room. When we arrived til the time we left the staff was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was lovely. I can tell anyone who wants to relax when they come to Houston to stay there, I will definietly be coming back. I normally wouldn't rate a hotel this high but "DANG" they earned it.

Great customer service! Room was well taken care for and clean. Friendly staff!

our weekend was great. Managers special had great drinks and appetizers. the breakfast was one of the best. the made to order omelet was the best. had a variety of breakfast items. overall was a great mini vacation.
