Our room was considerably smaller this time around, even though we booked the same type of room (queen suite). The woman running the breakfast was so kind and friendly, she makes sure that all the guests are comfortable and have everything they need.

I love it .the only problem was that when i check in the hotel the employees ask me for my credit card for security porpose, and he over charge my credit card by error and if i wouldnt check my account the same day .i would get the charge on my account. They have to be very careful when they check in the guest.

I was surprised at how clean/well-appointed the room was. I had a king-mini-suite, so it had microwave, fridge, bar sink. It was good. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I'd stay there again.

The Hotel is new and clean. The night manager was very helpful, as she needed to be since the Hotel doesn't show up on any of three GPS/Maps I used. The address is different than the listing and since it sits on the outside of town, landmarks at night aren't obvious. We had a first floor 'king suite' that had a very bright parking light shining through […] both blinds. Checkout is at 11am. At 11:01, I got a call from the desk reminding me of the time. While we hurried to pack and checkout, the cleaning people stationed their cart right outside the door and sat in the lounge chairs adjacent to it. Helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Nice breakfast. My only issue was that my GPS didn't recognize the hotel address. After I arrived the hotel staff gave me a nearby road to use as the address for the GPS.

The hotel is fabulous! The rooms, service, parking, breakfast buffet and amenities are as good as it gets for the price. The only things that could be improved would be adding a jacuzzi to the pool area and teaming up with a restaurant and pub to join them at the location to provide some night life for the guests! Great hotel, great experience.

Nice hotel if you are looking for a place to stay while visiting Hershey Park, which is about 25 minutes away. Great location with plenty of areas to eat in vicinity. Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was cool for an overnight visit. The rugs and top blanket had stains but it wasn't a deal breaker. Reasonable price and kids loved the pool.

The hotel was lovely - enjoyed the breakfast with its variety of choices - only negative comment was the number of red stains on the carpet in our suite. The linens etc were clean but the stained carpet was not pleasant. Overall a satisfactory stay - would book again.

Everything was good. Clean, comfortable, quiet area. The only thing is I would have liked to have better coffee at breakfast, the one they served was watered down. The breakfast choices were ok but would have like to see some fruit offered. Besides that nothing to complain about. We will be staying there again.

Overall, my hotel stay was good. But the rugs and shower curtains were old. The bed/ pillows were very comfortable and most of the room was pretty clean. The cleaning staff was very polite, and the other staff were alright. Breakfast was tasty. The surrounding neighborhood is kind of creepy maybe because I'm a suburban/ urban gal.

We just stayed one night, but we found everything acceptable given the price. Everything was clean adn there was free hot breakfast in the morning. No hassles or waiting.

The room had stink bugs which landed on us while sleeping. We had already killed 4 prior to going to bed. The manager said this was known and all of the rooms had them. The ceilings were stained and the drapery torn. The single chair was also old and torn.
