年末に２泊しました。 エグゼクティブルームを利用したところ、朝食は４０階のラウンジでとることも出来、落ち着いた雰囲気でよかったです。また、シャワーとバスタブが分かれていたのも、ゆっくりとお風呂につかることができたのでよかったです。 MRTの駅からちょっと遠いことだけが難点ですが、また高雄に行く機会があったら利用したいホテルです。

アメニティグッズやバスローブは素敵でした。バスルームも広くバスタブとシャワールームの間が広くバスマット一枚では足りない程でした。フライトの為にあ朝食前にチェックアウトしたら、チャンとお弁当が用意されていました。

夜遅くに着く予定でしたので、知名度の高いホテルとして選びました。また、５つ星とのことでしたので、滞在中もストレスなく過ごせると思ってましたが、まさに大満足でした。 また、高雄に行く機会があれば、このホテルにするつもりです。 移動はすべてタクシーにしましたが、ホテルのロゴを見せるだけで絶対に帰って来られる、という安心感も一人旅の私には嬉しかったです。

普段から仕事で使っているので、自分的には何ということもない話ではあるのですが、仕事で泊まるホテルとしては、高級過ぎるくらい豪華です。立地条件も高雄では最高と思います。今回はケンティンに行くための初日と最終日に利用しました。日本語を扱うスタッフもいますし、それ以上に日本人のスタッフもいます。TAXIのコーディネートを直接お願いしたところ、価格交渉も含めて完璧に用意して頂けました。 当サイトからの予約は始めてだったのですが、予約票を印刷して持って行った方がベターですね。EXPEDIAという予約名が何なのか？困惑されて英語で問答になりました。

URLなどのイメージから、多少リゾート感を期待していましたが、実際には中高級ビジネスホテルといった感じです。プールは帽子着用であり、ホテルで100元で購入せざるを得ませんでした。お金の問題ではなく、ホテルURLで事前に情報提供をして頂きたかったです。とにかく大きなホテルであり、ロビーも沢山の人でごった返しており、落ち着いて過ごすホテルではありません。

41階のオーシャンビューの部屋だったが、部屋からの眺めは良かった。40階に小さなレストランがあり、ここでの朝食は落ち着いた雰囲気で良かった。

今回初めて高雄を訪れ4/29-5/1まで２泊しました。 地下鉄駅からは若干遠いですが下層階がデパートで バス停も間近でとても便利です。 朝食も和洋中それなりのメニューが揃い満足しました。 今回と同等価格で宿泊可能ならまた宿泊したいです。

The Grand Hi Lai is considered the top luxury hotel in Kaohsiung. Unfortunately, it doesn't fully live up to the hype. The rooms are outdated, it's a hike from the MRT station, and there's no seating in the lobby except for the pricey cafe. It's like staying at the Waldorf Astoria in NYC - there's a sense of grandeur and reputation when you walk in, […] but the rooms are lackluster, dark, and in desperate need of updating. The beds felt VERY cheap and uncomfortable. One tip is to take the free shuttle from the front of the dept store below the hotel to the MRT station. It only runs until 10PM though. The valet staff were very courteous. The worst part of the stay was check-in: they couldn't find our reservation, and when they finally did, they said that breakfast was not included even though it was when we made the reservation. They then made us wait for 40 minutes for our room to be ready, but there was no seating in the lobby except for a single two-seater bench a few steps from the desk. They knew I was waiting there the entire time, and when I went back to the desk after 40 minutes, another woman held up my key packet as if it was ready a long time ago...as if they made me wait for nothing! They then insinuated that I was lying about the breakfast and made a big stink about it...for a "five-star" hotel, you would think they would make a small nod and just give me the darn breakfast certs, especially since some of the front desk staff thought I was right. もっと読む

Good location, shopping center located in same building. Good selection of food. Breakfast had a wide selection. Hotel offer bike if you want to ride around the neighborhood or along the river. Great for runners as scenic river is close by.

Its right next to a department store with lots of restaurants near by. Window view is marvoulous and service is great, my second time here and will definetely come back

Excellent location for my specific purposes. As the hotel is connected to the mall, you dont need to go far to do your shopping. Also, the foodcourt at the basement level offers fairly good selection if you are tired of hotel food. Good location, there is a very big shoppping mall next to it. Night market within 10mins by taxi. Hotel staffs are very friendly, mostly can converse in English.

Overall are nice hotel except the hotel gave us not the room type as we paid. We are on business travel so I have to stay in the same room with my collegaue. We requested for Twin Bed but the hotel original gave us a room with 1 King Size Bed and 1 Sofa Bed! Finally we asked for another which spent quite a long time to settle again. I have had problem with your Internet and this causes me to reconsider staying with you again. Also, what does a banana & orange cost? In the past I have always stayed in H.K. Central and daily there was fruit in the room. This is IMPortant to me so I go out in the street and purchase. I would highly recommend this hotel in every way. Their service was exceptional and the rooms above and beyond my expectation.

舊了一點

房間設施感覺很高級典雅, 浴室也很乾淨. 打開電視還有貼心的把客人名稱打在字幕上,整體感覺很好. 不大滿意的則是無限網路收費挺貴的(雖然我用不到),但是對於外國旅客來說則是不大方便.

農曆年全家前往高雄度假 雖然飯店人很多 無論是住房/退房處理速度都很快 唯一電梯等待時間稍久 因為前來用餐的外客不少 飯店內詢問旅遊相關資訊 每位服務人員都很親切的回應 對於這次高雄之旅 感覺相當美好~

An sich ein teuer gebautes Hotel mit viel Marmor. Leier sind die Fenster aber viel zu hoch, Unterkannte etwa 1.50m über Boden. Wenn an nicht vor dem Fenster steht hat man keine Aussicht. Buffet reichhaltig aber das Meiste ist fad und hat denselben Geschmack

整個住宿與服務及整潔度都很好，但距捷運站有點距離，雖然可以搭接駁車，但需要等待時間！

Superfint hotel i centrum af Kaohsiung. Et hotel af en meget høj standard, til en yderst attraktiv pris i forhold til Europæisk prisniveau. Hotellet rummer flere gode restauranter og serviceniveauet er også højt. Vil ikke tøve med at booke dette hotel næste gang turen går til Kaohsiung.
