カサカルマ ホテル (CasaCalma Hotel)格安予約

朝食のクロワッサン、フレッシュジュースが絶品。サービスも良く、きれいな発音の英語で話してくれるため、コミュニケーションも容易でした（街中ではほぼスペイン語しか通じないので、非常に助かる）。部屋の中にサウナが付いており、頻用していました。室内に湯沸かし器や無料のティーバックなどはついていませんでしたが、街中のカフェの値段も高くないので、問題ないでしょう。ホテル近くに飲食店が少ないのが、唯一の不満でしょうか。その分、外からの騒音は少な目です。

We stayed three nights at Casa Calma in January 2011, and we had a lovely experience. The room was spacious with its own personal sauna and jacuzzi. The breakfast (you could eat either in the dining room or your bedroom at no extra charge) was delicious....so many options of delicious things to eat! They also have a selection of affordable wine, so […] we were able to get a bottle from them and watch a movie one evening without having to leave to go the store. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Lovely boutique hotel with outstanding customer service and comfort. Excellent included room service breakfast. Good proximity to major sights in Buenos Aires plus very close (walkable 5-10 minutes) to Retiro bus/airport bus/train connections as well as the Buquebus ferry terminal.

Yes, this hotel is very well appointed and even uses creative interior design techniques to create a nature setting (by using flowing window gardens) to help the guests forget they are in the middle of a huge metropolis. Add very sound proof windows, great beds with down comforters, modern design, nice floors and great finishes and you get my approval. […] Yet there was something else: The difference is the staff and general manager. I used their hotel as my resting stop after the all day travel from the US and it was the only hotel I actually booked on what was a two week journey through Uruguay. When they saw me struggling to attain any info I could about where to go and stay they kicked into what I could only refer to as a "super travel agent" mode. They went on line to check availability, made reservations and hooked me up with hidden gem bed and breakfasts. And yes, they speak perfect English which helped with my pathetic Spanish. This is a true five star experience and I am no softie, you should read the punishment I put on the supposed five star Conrad Hilton in Punta del Este - ouch! Casa Calma is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff goes out of their way to assist your every need. The rooms are spacious and very modern and well kept. Their healthy breakfast was great. When we return to Buenos Aires we will stay with them.

Casacalma was one of the highlights of my Buenos Aires trip, but after 8 days there, it was clear that there are lots of things they must improve. The room was very nice, the bed was huge, sheets and pillows extremely soft. We would go back to our rooms every day to find little treats left by the staff, like cupcakes. Breakfast was served in our room […] at no additional cost... but (and there are quite a few "buts" here): - when going back to the hotel on most nights, we had to ring the bell multiple times (the door is locked and the receptionist must unlock it for you every time you arrive) because no one was seated at the reception. It was quite unpleasant, to say the least, to stand on the street at night, in the cold, in a not-so-nice neighbourhood, until someone would show up several minutes later; - it seemed that there was always something missing from our breakfast, everyday! Either the salt, butter, cereal, juice, milk, spoons... after so many mistakes, it's obvious that no one double checks it; - when turning the bathtub on for the first time, the water was bright green. The receptionist said they would check it... after arriving back at the hotel, we asked if it was checked, and the other receptionist basically told us to turn it on to see how it would be. Surprise - it was bright green again! So, despite being a nice addition to the room, the bathtub was basically useless to us; - we asked about tango shows one night, and were informed that a particular one would cost 250 pesos per person, for the show only. The next day, we decided on going to this one and asked for it to be booked... after confirming our reservation, the receptionist told us that it would be 130 pesos per person. While being pleasantly surprised, it was still quite shocking to know that the other receptionist had informed us a completely wrong price, almost double the correct one; - the hotel is located on a noisy street and we had a front apartment... despite not being a light sleep もっと読む

O hotel é exatamente como mostra as fotos! É pequeno, mas uma graça, limpo e aconchegante! O quarto é maravilhoso! É bem espaçoso, cama king, sempre limpíssimo, arrumado e cheiroso! Quando chegávamos à noite, sempre tinha um chocolatinho nos esperando com a previsão para o dia seguinte! De manhã colocavam embaixo da porta as notícias do dia em português. […] O espaço do café da manhã é pequeno, mas você tem a opção de tomá-lo no quarto sem custo nenhum! O café é muito bom, não sentimos falta de nada! Sempre tinha café, leite, achocolatado, bolo, croissant, geléias, doce de leite, salada de frutas, sucos... Os funcionários sempre muito atenciosos e prestativos. Tem internet grátis e na recepção tem um note que pode ser usado por hóspede também sem custo nenhum. Na recepção possui vários Dvds que também são emprestados, assim como bicicletas. A localização é ótima, tem tudo perto, fica a umas 4 quadras da Florida! Simplesmente maravilhoso, não tenho nada a falar contra o hotel.Atenção das pessoas para com os hospedes é algo de surpreendente, todos muitos simpáticos sempre com sorriso no rosto e vontade de explicar e atender cada vez melhor. Eu não falo nada de espanhol, mas eles sempre tentavam ao máximo se comunicar de modo que era fácil entender. Café da manhã […] excelente com duas pessoas ótimas nos servindo, Daniela e Vitória, inclusive vitória é muito divertida e fala bem devagar que até parece português.Os quartos com hidromassagem e banheiro super bonito, a unica coisa que não gostei, mas isso em toda agentina é a agua, logo compre na esquina uma agua eco de los andes ou nestle.Eles explicam como chegar em cada local e se é ou não perigoso. É um hotel pequeno, bem situado e de bom atendimento, que surpreende pelos quartos amplos, modernos e confortáveis.

O hotel, embora pequeno e com poucos quartos, é um paraíso perdido no meio da cidade. TODOS os funcionários são muito atenciosos e fizeram de tudo para que a experiência de ficar hospedado lá e conhecesse Buenos Aires fosse a melhor possível. Nos ofereceram um mapa e deram explicações detalhadas dos principais pontos turisticos e como chegar a eles. […] Se ofereceram e fizeram a reserva no restaurante de nossa escolha (Casa Cruz). O quarto é um capítulo a parte. Muito amplo, com hidro dupla, com máquina nespresso (capsulas vendidas a parte), possuindo o maior e mais completo banheiro de hotel que conheci. É no mínimo IMPRESSIONANTE o conforto e detalhes do hotel! Você encontrará desde uma máquina de espresso dentro do quarto até um guarda-chuva e tapete para ioga... pela manhã deixam debaixo da porta a previsão do tempo e jornal em seu idioma.
