香港島の中心地からはややはずれていますが、バスタブ＆シャワーも透明アクリル板でトイレと仕切られ、使いやすい。コンセント口もたくさん有り、部屋での居心地は良好でした。 MTRフォートレスヒル駅からも徒歩3～5分程度で便利ですが、まわりがややダウンタウンぽく、慣れていない人には夜遅い時間帯は歩きにくいかも。ホテルとしてはコストパフォーマンスが高いと思います。

妻と１泊、クラブフロアに泊まりました。場所は、中心街から２駅外れ、周辺は自動車修理工場があり、正直雰囲気はあまり良くないです。ですが、駅からは近いし、危険な感じではありません。部屋は古く、インテリアも及第点ギリギリですが、それ以上にスタッフが親切で素晴らしい、クラブフロアもお酒が飲み放題、朝食付き、アメニティもバスソルトやフルーツ、バスローブなど十分に充実して、破格のお値段でした。今度出張でも使おうと思います。

外壁からの火災が発生したと報じられた数日後に宿泊しましたので、少々心配しておりましたが何も問題ありませんでした。 このホテルの利用は3回目ですが、今回の印象として特筆すべきことは「スタッフがにこやかで親切」「日本語が通じるスタッフがいるようになった」です。ホテル滞在中の案内も日本語の印刷物がきちんと用意されていました。 次回もこちらに宿泊したいと思います。

家族（妻・子供６歳）の３人で２泊しました。海側の部屋でしたが、目の前が工事中ということもあり、少しがっかりでした。部屋も清潔さはありますが、整然としており、どちらかというとビジネス向けの雰囲気です。ホテル周辺は雑然とした雰囲気ですが、地下鉄駅にも近く、スタバ・マック・オリバーズサンドウィッチなどのカフェやＷＥＬＬＣ０ＭＥ（スーパー）などもあり便利です。コーズウェイベイ周辺を中心に観光などされる方には便利ですが、セントラルやカオルーンにも足を伸ばすにはやや不便です。

クラブルームに宿泊、クラブラウンジが見晴し、サービスともに最高でした。 ちょうど新年カウントダウンを、屋上で迎える事ができました。特別な日だけ、解放するそうです。 部屋は少々狭いですが、クラブラウンジが快適なので、ほとんどそちらで過ごしていたので気になりませんでした。

場所の利便性は地下鉄のフォートレスヒルから近く、良いといえば良いが、雑然とした近隣のロケーションには驚かされた。サービスに於いてもアメニティーが不足していたり、バスタブの排水が詰まったりした際のクレーム対応の悪さ、遅さには呆れてしまった。5つ星と思えたのは広々としたロビーと窓からの眺望だけです。

１５時にホテルに着いたのですが、部屋の掃除が終わってないので１時間待ってくれとラウンジでの飲み物券を渡されました。 せっかくの香港なので気も焦りましたが、まあ仕方なしと言う事で、１時間時間をつぶしフロントへ行ったら、再度飲み物券を渡され待つように指示。 これには腹が立ち文句をつけたのですが、対応するフロントのメンバーが３名代わり、どうにもならず結局２時間部屋待ち。 家族旅行の時間がもったいなかったです。

部屋は充分な広さがあり、クローゼットも使い勝手が良いです。 バスルームがバスタブの横に洗い場スペースがある日本スタイルなので 入浴時にストレスを感じることなく、ゆっくり楽しめました。 尖沙咀や銅鑼湾のような繁華街ではありませんが地下鉄駅にも近く ホテルの周りはスーパーや食堂、市場もあって 香港人の日常を垣間見ることができます。 ホテルスタッフのサービスに多くを求めないのが香港旅行の鉄則ですが、 それにしても、？？と感じることがありましたが あまり過剰なサービスが嫌な方や、リピーターには お薦めできるホテルです。

ホテルや部屋の雰囲気はとても快適なのですが、プラスアルファのサービスにちょっと欠ける気がしました。 例えば、ランタオ島に観光に行くとき、何か有用な情報があったらいいなと思って、一応カウンターで何かない?と聞いてみたのですが、ホテルがお勧めする一日観光のツアーがあるというだけで、何の情報も得ることはできませんでした。特に行き方が難しいわけではないので、何色のMTRに乗って、ここで乗り換えてーなどの簡単な情報だけでも教えてくれるような、そんなちょっとしたプラスアルファのサービス精神がなかったのが残念です。

香港到着日に利用しました。 『A１１』のエアポートバス『NO１８』のバス停よりすぐで深夜の到着でしたがストレスなく利用できました。 ホテル周辺は何も無い感じですが、客室は価格以上の内容であると思います。 本数は多くありませんが、セントラル方面へのシャトルバスがあり利用する事が出来ました。 もっとも、シャトルバスと時間が合わないとしても地下鉄駅まで徒歩圏なので不自由はありません。

great view from the 188 degree top floor restaurant (harbour/laser light show@ 8.00 pm/etc) easy to get to anywhere from there by taxi. avoid public transport, use a cab and it'll save you time and energy.

The hotel concierge did not retrieve all luggages from the taxi that had taken us from the airport. But they were very quick in recovering them. The staff are courteous and helpful. Perhaps some of them should know a bit more about what eateries are available nearby the hotel.

Went to HK with my wife for 4 days for a wedding, and stayed the whole time in the Harbour Grand. I was pleased to discover that there was a (free) shuttle bus from Hong Kong station to the hotel. There was also a well equipped gym: some dumbells, 3 weight machines, and a bunch of cardio machines. The location was pretty good too next to Fortress Hill MTR, a cheap ride to central and Kowloon.
