ソーテル マウンテン リゾート (Sawtelle Mountain Resort)格安予約

　イエローストーンの西口に隣接していると思って予約してみましたが、西口から２０マイル近く離れていて、結局、次の日は、イエローストーンに寄らずに２０号線をアイダホフォールズに向かう事になりました。 　値段の割には、朝食も付いてなく満足感はありません。周辺には、サブウエィとレストランがある程度で寂しい感じです。西口から次の日に２０号〜I15へと向かう以外の方には勧められません。

The hang rack is above the table, the bath sink is at the front door as previously reported. The beds are worn out! After a night the bed has a distinct sag in the center of it. A bit hard on the back. With a 2 night stay the ONLY house keeping is changing the towels, period. No trash removal, no bath or sink clean up, nothing! Just clean towels. THe manager is very friendly and lovely.

The picture of the room was Not the room that they had us stay in. Tiny bathroom no tub, the sink was inches away from the bed. The room was not clean ( it had used cups sitting on the night stand) The bed was harder than a rock. The pool was dirt and the hot tub was not working. It seems like this hotel was constructed out of cardboard. You can hear all sounds, produced in the building and in the neighborhood. Even hotel is located in a very quiet place, however when somebody arrives very late you are in trouble. On one of these nights that we stayed here a family arrived almost at midnight. We can hear as they parked their […] SUV, opened the doors, honked (stuff works till 8 pm, so they tried to find somebody, untill they found the key to their room), teenager kids yelled to each other. To be short, our night was totally ruined, as we couldn't get sleep after this invasion. Please be advised that it's not easy to find this hotel. Mapquest, Google and my GPS were not able to find Quakie Ln. It's better to look for Sawtelle Rd. instead of Quakie Ln. Sawtelle Mountain resort is located right behind the Subway. Small room, but the price was right for it's location in reference to Yellowstone. Good for passing through. Wouldn't recommend as a vacation destination.

the web site completely misrepresented this property. Room reminded me of a 70's vintage old motorhome. Room was small,bed uncomfortable,linens stained. The room we had in no way was shown on their web site. Didnt get continental breakfast as the office doesnt even open til 8am. The phone numbers they give for contact are not answered. Hard to find the hotel. Cannot find the hotel from their name or address from GPS. They should change the road to Sawtelle road, so we can find them in GPS. Condition of hotel should be improves, however, the service is quite OK.

Service was good. Room was clean. However, the room was small and the beds a bit hard. But, we enjoyed our stay there and would go back.

The setting really makes this a great place to stay. It's old, but charming. Service was great. Close to Yellowstone and cheaper than most.

I was pleased with the room, however, no AC, and my coffee maker was broke and I went to talk to the desk and they did nothing to get me another one.

This place is literally 20 min away from West Yellowstone National Park entrance. The ladies in the front desk were so nice and helpful. The rooms smelled good when we walked in and they were very clean. The location was great! Make sure to go eat at Henry's Fork Landing Cafe great food down the highway. :)

I would highly reccomend this hotel to any one that wants a quiet and lovely place to stay. The staff all were very helpful and polite. They were definately there to please the public that stayed with them.

Very nice place to stay with clean rooms and quiet surroundings. This place is about 22 miles from West Yellowstone and it may be a litter too far away from Yellowston.

The heater is broken and I can tell it have been like this for a long time. Old house so the sound proof is terrible. I got awake every morning by the Motorists.

Sawtelle Resort is in some of the most beautiful country in Idaho. The room we had was small, but clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is only about 20 miles from Yellowstone Nalt. Park, making it easy to visit the park and return to the hotel after a long day. If I ever go to Yellowstone again, I will stay at Sawtelle.

Arrived at 6:00 PM and went to our room and it wasn’t ready yet, OK I can l can understand that part but on the door of our room was a small note warning the guests not to drink the water. This is the first time I have used Hotels.com. I was having a hard time finding anything economical during the summer season and hotels.com was a very big help to us. Our timing wasn't the best but it was all the opening we had. Thanks to hotels.com we were able to afford our stay and enjoyed it very much.

Everything was ok for the price but was a little disappointed that both the indoor swimming pool and hot tub were out of order.

This was a trailer building. AC did not work. Basic bed, sink, shower.

The room was okay but not great. Thin mattress no curtains on windows, room run down looking, you come into the room and right by the door so when you are brushing your teeth or going into tiny bathroom you have to stand on the tile right by door. SERVICE IS POOR !! LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAILS - EVEN BASIC SERVICES

This hotel actuall showed up on my search for hotels near WEST YELOWSTONE. In reality it is 20+ miles away. This not abuntly clear in any description. For the money it was decent at best. I would have preffered to spend $20 more on a motel 20 miles closer. The hotel staff were less that friendly. They had a "Take it or leave it" attitude. The room was clean and the staff went out of their way to help us - two males and one bed, so they accommodated us with a roll away bed. The facilities are certainly not luxurious, but simple - ok for a couple of guys. I'm reasonably had our wives with with us, they would have wanted something nicer. For us, it was adequate.

This hotel seems to be under renovation, however that is no excuse for the other poor service. The pool was closed, the lobby didn't open until 8 AM, etc. We had requested a first floor room only to find a hole in the wall where the a/c was supposed to be. If you are considering this location suggest you wait until next year.

Other than the name there is no "resort" at this place!! The AC was broken and when asked about the same, the staff just nodded and said that "some work and some don't". Very unfriendly lot. Internet was part of the deal but it never worked and I got a similar response as the AC There is a wash basin right next to the bed. I chose this property because it sounded nice and had a pool for my two 11 year olds. When we arrived, the pool was unusable. Okay, we delt with that. Although the location of the hotel was within a few miles of Yellowstone, the hotel was not as advertised. We had no TV to watch. Even when Dish Network was installed the following day, there was no signal to pull it in so, after we'd finished running around for the day, we sat in our room with nothing to do. We were late to arrive and found no-one in the office. Taped a note to the office door telling us our keys were in the mailbox. Pool was being filled and we were not informed of this - found out by going to pool. The rooms were very nice, though.

This wasn't a bad location coming out of Yellowstone or a night before you enter Yellowstone if you simply want to stay 1 night traveling through. There is a subway and that is it for the area. The bed was o.k. Pillows were cheap and not comfortable and the room was warm even though outside wasn't that bad. The room was like staying in a trailer park […] and lacked several accessories including hair dryer. It did have a microwave but TV only picked up FX and rest of cable apparently didn't work; luckily that wasn't our purpose of being there but would have been nice to pick up some channels before going to sleep; perhaps, it could have helped me go to sleep since I didn't sleep well at all. The room was so small I had to open the door to turn over in bed. The tv. only had two stations and one of them was nathing but adds , and the other one you couldn"t let your kids in the room if it was on. the bottem of the bed sagging to the floor. Expect to get what you pay for. The TV is old and gets only a few channels. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable. However, it was a good price, considering the area. It was dark when we left Yellowstone. We tried to use the map provided with hotels.com. It was very difficult to follow and not nearly detailed enough for such a secluded place. I tried to call the hotel around 8:30 pm to get directions but the front desk was closed for the evening. We had to stop at a laundry mat and ask directions. The room is small and drabby for the money. The real strange thing was there was only 3 channels on the TV, all cable such as FX. Obviously coming in over a satellite but the other channels were blocked. Maybe they are getting a break on their satellite subscription but it seems silly to pay for all those channels and then block most of them out. I booked the room, then read the reviews. The reviews were horrible. That was not my experience at ll. The room was nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to return for another visit.

Great location in Island Park. Enjoyed out stay.

Not 2 1/2 *, it ways a no star at the best. Small room, no bath tub. The sink was next to the bed, you could wash your face without getting out of bed. TV was old 19", not a flat screen.
