東京滞在の際は、ほぼ利用しています。羽田からのアクセスはまずます。駅から少し距離がありますが、新宿3丁目駅が最寄りのため、アクセスは良好です。場所が分かりにくいので、一度医大の通りに出てから探した方がわかりやすいかと思います。

二日間滞在での宿泊が割安だったので予約しました。立地は地図でも分かりにくい所なのでタクシーで行くことをお勧めします。場所が分かってからは、駅まで徒歩で移動しました。ダブルのお部屋でしたが、ソファもついていて広かったです。

特に問題はありませんが 新宿からは少し距離があります。新宿御苑から移動した方がよかったです。 場所は繁華街から離れた住宅街に近いところで、静かではありました。

リッチ条件がよく周りにはコンビニ、スーパ、郵便局がそろっていて、スタッフも丁寧に対応してくれ8日間滞在しましたがとてもよかったです。

とても快適に過ごさせてもらいました。浴槽がもう少し広ければいいなあ、と思いましたが、スペースの関係でしかたのないことなのでしょうね。あと、お風呂のカーテンが幅が短くて水しぶきが外に多少飛んでしまうので、もっと完全に浴槽を覆うだけの幅が（長さではなく）あれば、と思いました。全体的にはとてもよかったです。

綺麗でビジネスホテルとして必要なものは全てそろってます。 受付の方も親切で文句ありません。 場所が遠いのは新宿駅からのタクシー代まで込みの想定して 宿泊費の安さでカバーです。

浴槽に人毛が残っていた。排水が不調のせいだと思います。シャワートイレが動作しません。剃刀の切れが悪いのでシェービングフォームを持参されない方は使用を控えた方が安全。インターネットはケーブルが設置してあるがワイヤレスしか繋がりません。　　しかし静かで安全です。冷蔵庫の作動音が気になれば電源オフ可能。新宿ではかなり安価で手頃なビジネスホテルと評価すべきか。

JRや地下鉄からの距離はありますが、コンビニも近くにあり、大きい通りに面しているので 一度行ったらわかりやすいところだと思います。 初めて行く方で、夜にチェックインされる方はわからないと思います。 私も迷ってしまい、タクシーでホテルへたどりつきました。 ホテルは二つの棟があり、私は受付とは別の棟だったのですが、 以前マンションだったのかな？というつくりでした。 出かける時や帰ってくる時などは受付に挨拶などせず、 ルームキーで勝手に出入りできるのでわずらわしさなどを感じる方にはよいかと思われます。 部屋のつくりはシンプルです。 ベッドも大きいのでゆったりとくつろげます。 スーツがしわになってしまい、フロントに連絡をしたらアイロンを借りれましたし、 サービスは値段の割りに良いと感じました […] 。 部屋の掃除をしている時間帯はエレベーターが点検中となってしまっており、 横の非常階段を使ったということがありましたが、１日のみだったのでそれ以外は特に気になることなどはありませんでした。 もっと読む

よく利用させてもらってます。ほとんど、外出しているので、ホテルの居心地を求めていませんが、部屋は清潔に保たれ、空調の調節も操作が分かりやすいものになっていて、音も気になりません。

残念な点は、新宿三丁目駅からはやや近いのですが、さすがに新宿駅からは歩きます。また、行くまでの道のりは細道でやや心が折れます。タクシーなら問題ないと思いますが。あとは、部屋の冷蔵庫が小さすぎることです。それ以外は、とっても大満足です。スタッフの方も良い人でした。部屋もキレイでしたよ！

手違いでインターネットが当初接続できなかったがスタッフの対応の素早さと臨機応変さですぐに解決した。丁寧でとても親切な対応でよかった。椅子が多少使い込まれている感はあったがそれほど気にならない。　新宿駅までは１５分ほどかかるが道中居酒屋やデパートがあるのでそれほど長く感じなかった。　節約してホテルに滞在したい方にはお薦めです。

別館はとても静かで綺麗でした！スタッフもあいさつちゃんとするし、近くにコンビにもあり便利です。JRの駅まで少し遠いですが、15分～20分なので歩ける距離だと思います！

このホテルは新宿の活気あるエリアの便利なところに位置しています。部屋はきれいで、かわいくて広々していて無料のWifiもありました。ですが、料金がすごく高いです。私がやったように、交渉しなければ（4名の料金で4晩）。

ホテルは丸の内線の新宿御苑前駅まで徒歩圏内－地下鉄は使うのが簡単でどこでも乗り換えれば行ける。ホテルの近辺は殺風景だがホテル自体は申し分なかった。スタッフは親切で、そこにあるレストランは十分。部屋はきれいだった。私たちは2011年3月の地震直後に訪れた。出版されている地図を見ても、ホテルを見つけるのは難しかった。道にはほとんど名前がない。

ホテルはJR新宿駅から少し遠い。一番いいのは地下鉄に乗って“新宿御苑前”駅まで行くことだ（新宿から2駅）。駅の出口の標識に従ってください、出口１だったと思う。駅から出たら道を渡って、7区画ほど歩いたら（大きい交差点につくまで）その道を渡りずっとまっすぐ歩き、それから小さい交差点で右に曲がってください。左側に東京ビジネスホテルが見えるはず。そしてさらに歩いて行くと、右側にリステルがある。ホテルは新宿の主要部まで歩いて約15－20分だった。道に沿って、お店やレストランがある。

Great Hotel. FREE unlimited internet was a great feature for me to feel that I am not away from my family. The room was nice and clean and welcoming every time I come in. Staffs are very good. They were still helpful even though they are trying to understand what I say. I would stay in this hotel if I visit Tokyo again.

This hotel, was not a 5 star hotel, but it served its purpose. It was nested in a safe area and was only a block or two away from the main city action of Shinjuku. Everything from food to shopping, to the train station is right down the street. I highly recommend this hotel. Staff was friendly and quick.

Very basic, very small room but very cheap. The main problem was noise and the tiny bathroom. Location good. It was good to have a kettle, refrigerator and it had a bed.

We went by taxi from Shinjuku station and thought that it was isolated. Then we went for a walk and realised that it was really central. Shinjuku has great nightlife, go to 3rd avenue.

Great in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and proximity to convenience stores, a couple restaurants, and Tokyo metro, but a good 10 to 15 minutes walk from the major commercial area of Shinjuku and the JR Shinjuku station. Some of the staff were almost completely unable to converse in English. Worth the stay if reasonably priced.

It's cheap, so you shouldn't be expecting too much! The housekeeping people kept the room looking good everyday and the vending machines offered both Coke and Pepsi products.

Just what I needed, no more no less. Bed, and bathroom. Wish there were more english speakers though. Got kind of lost finding it but it really isn't too far from the Shinjuku station. ProTip: type hotel on your iPhones map app and search through the pins.

Great place to stay in shinjuku. About 15 minutes walk from shinjuku station. Great breakfast for 1.200 yens. I would stay at this hotel again.

Not the best immediate area, but it's really close to the awesome Golden Gai and Kabukicho areas, and not too far from Shinjuku and all it's bright lights.
