The hotel provides a welcome atmosphere for the business traveler with many features that are generally associated with much larger accomodation chains. The resturant and the hotel staff were always courteous and willing to comply with any requests. I would recommend this facility to anyone visiting the Northern Quebec area.

We were extremely happy with our stay. This is a quiet hotel, excellent restaurant with fine service, beautiful view of the river in front, super convenient to town, great parking, We were more than satisfied in every respect.

Reserved room based on travellers' ratings and we were not disappointed. Pleasant hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Willing to store our bicycles overnight while we toured elsewhere, and No Charge Internet access. What more could one ask for?

Very nice hotel and large room, good pool. The afternoon of arrival the woman in the reception was very helpfull and nice, the restaurent was nice. But the next day upon checking out the man Charles in the reception was totally different. He was rude, impolite not friendly at all and was just interested in getting us out.

Very nice location at Alma. Good for family vacation staying and biking trip. If light breakfast can be included that will be even better. Will stay there again.

Front desk was very friendly. Food in restaurant very reasonably priced but still a VERY classy ambience. I loved the security system in the elevator where you have to swipe your room card to get the elevator to take you to your floor. The pool area was VERY clean, very soothing, very peaceful. I loved the blue lights and the view in the HUGE windows. […] I also loved the octagon jacuzzi. (It could have been a little hotter. But it was awesome nonetheless!) My room was spacious and had a HUGE window with a beautiful view of the river (rapids) and the town. The bedding and pillows and towels were very luxurious. The hotel was close to everything. Loved, loved, loved! Too bad I couldn't pack up the hotel and the employees and bring home to Montreal!!! central location, great value

L'hôtel pourrait avoir une bien meilleure note s'il n'avait un problème d'odeur de tabac dans les 3 chambres Non Fumeur proposées. Soucieuse de nous satisfaire, la Direction nous a offert une suite dont l'odeur de tabac, traitée, était 'supportable'.

Hotel ubicado en una ciudad que no es de las mas bonitas de Canada.
