きれいでとっても気に入りました。

It was nice. Hotel is great and has the parking and conveinence of transportation to and from the airport. AC was set way too low, so room was freezing when we arrived. Restaraunt very good.

Liked it think its weird that the bathroom light is not in the bathroom but on the other side of the door and not the way it opened. Other than that perfect

We stayed here because they had a special reduced price. We normally stay in at least a 4 star hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised with our room...couldn't ask for anything more! It's newly renovated and the location was perfect for our needs. If you're looking for a hotel close to the airport, this one is great!

Overnighted at the Holiday Inn (not the Express) after missing our flight out from D.I.A. this past xmas. The room was clean and comfy and the service was great. Very close the the airport and places the eat and a grocery store not far away. The hotels.com price was a steal!

I made the reservation online and requested adjoining rooms. I checked in and the receptionist said we had requested adjoining rooms and gave us two rooms. When we went to the rooms they were across the hall from each other. I went down and he then told me they had no adjoining rooms. We were looking for a conveniently located nice affordable hotel to stay at the night before our flight left from Denver airport. This hotel exceeded all our expectations. It does not offer "free" breakfast but those are usually terrible anyway and ultimately factor into your total hotel cost. Very nice hotel for the money. Staff was great. Indoor pool and hot tub was a real hit with the kids

The hotel itself was conveniently located. All the staff I ran into were extremely helpful. It is one of the few hotels on the Tower strip that has a restaurant, although the food is "not so great diner" quality. The restaurant is a sports bar and has numerous flat screen TV's over 3 rooms. My room was clean overall but as you took a closer look, the […] linens and such were a bit "sketchy" with permanent stains and such. Ask for a west facing room as you will see the Rockies and the east facing rooms overlook a parking lot/another hotel. website lead me to believe parking was free during our extended stay (4 days), but we had to pay $20

I was in Denver for a quick trip regarding family illness and everything about my stay at the Holiday Inn made the trip go smoothly. I even had a view of the mountains from my room. The staff were particularly helpful in finding a charger for my laptop that I had left in my room. Great place, great staff.

In the review section, I noticed several criticisms regarding the complimentary airport transportation, but dismissed them as maybe being the exception, rather than the rule. Unfortunately they're accurate. My daughter had to wait one hour and ten minutes for the hotel's complimentary shuttle, at 1:00 am in the morning. This is totally unacceptable. […] During her three phone calls to the front desk, they kept saying, "he's on his way, will be there any minute", which was deceptive and dishonest. The hotel shuttle service was awful. we arrived on a saturday night at 9p and there was only 1 small shuttle bus running and it only came every 30 minutes. we saw multiple shuttles for other similar hotels going by while we waited and waited. in fact we had to wait thru 3 shuttles before there was enough room for my family of 3. once we got to the […] hotel, the person at the front desk was clearly bored and did not care about her job. so that was disheartening. there 2 nice things about this hotel was that the pool area was lovely and there was BOTH and indoor and outdoor hot tub (loved it!). the room service breakfast was also delish. もっと読む

The Holiday Inn and Suites was a great place to crash the night before our flight took off from Denver. The hotel seemed brand new. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Inconvenient shuttle bus service (needed to wait for 50 min at the airport). Only 1 person at the reception desk for about 15 people that arrived along with an airline crew. However, the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is nice, clean but the staff can be rude. This is also where the airline crew stay here as well and they seem to get preferencial treatment. If you are taking their shuttle back and forth from the airport, you have to sign up and don't be late.

Hotel is new, staff is helpful, pillows suck and there aren't enough of them. Restaurant has above average food and excellent service. Restaurant is a sports bar and has lots of TV.

Beautiful room, nice staff, but the pillows are WAY TOO BIG. I slept on a rolled up towel instead. Hotel presented four well packaged pillows on the bed, but they should consider buying two more that a person can actually use to sleep on.....right now the pillows are "rocky mountain high"--tooooo high! Other than that, the place rocks!

It was fine. Wish the restaurant was higher quality.

As good as it gets for an airport hotel. Restaurant/bar sufficient for an ok meal, esp pre or post flight when anything is fine.

The bed was fairly comfortable but both of us found the pillows unsatisfactory. There were lots of them, but they weren't comfortable. Get new pillows. Otherwise the room and bathroom were quite comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The atmosphere was clean and modern. Staff was excellent. The only issue was that the hot tub outside was not heated and inside the jets weren't working properly. A quick fix would make things SUPER!

I was very happy with the service I had. All the staff were very helpful. They have a 24 hour open pool that I decided to use around midnight. I went to open the pool door and it was not working so I went to the front desk and they had two people working. They both worked on getting the door open for me right away. Very nice staff. Great place to stay if you need to be near the Denver airport. Decor was nice. Place was very clean. It's a non smoking hotel. It was so easy to determine that the room we stayed in had never been smoked in. Other places say they're giving you a non smoking room. You can tell the rooms have been smoked in. For an overnight stay near Denver airport this hotel is just great. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, classy decor and good price. Throw in very helpful and friendly staff plus Enterprise car rental on site and it's an easy recommendation.

Hotel room was very nice, comfortable bed. Front desk was very attentive. I was impressed mostly by the fact that there was a teenage softball tournament going on and there was a bunch of kids running around but they kept them all on the bottom floors so I never heard them. I'd definately stay there again.

This is a great hotel, everything was clean and in great condition. I love that the hotel offers 24 hour airport shuttle. We had to leave at 4 am and had no problems with getting picked up that early. It was very convenient and I will definitely stay there again.
