部屋は広く清潔でしたし、デザインや雰囲気も良かったです。スーパーマーケットが近くにあるので食材の買い出しにも便利でした。ワシントンに来るなら、またここを利用したいです。お風呂好きの私にはシャワーしかないことが唯一の不満です。料金がリーズナブルだったことを思えば満足度は高いです。

駅から近くて，近所にスーパーもあり，とても便利で快適．広くて台所もあるので，自炊も可能．私たちが滞在中は，近所で再開発の工事があり，うるさかったです．朝の７時から工事が始まるので，寝てられません．朝食は一人５ドルでした．また，スポーツジムも器具がなくて使えませんでした．でも全体的な満足度は高いです．

地下鉄の駅から近く，スイートで部屋は広くてよいです．同じブロックにドラッグストアがあり，また徒歩５分でスーパーマーケットもあり，自炊もできます．周辺が再開発中で，ちょっとうるさいのが難点．平日の朝７時くらいから工事が始まるため，のんびり寝てられないかもしれません．

今回は仕事で利用しました。チェックインはスムースに済み、部屋はとても広く掃除も行き届いていましたが、インターネット用の無線LANルーターが不調で、結局はずして壁から直接インターネットをしていました。朝食はシリアル、食パン、ペイストリーとジュース、ミルク、珈琲が食べ放題で、＄５ととてもリーズナブルでした。チェックイン前も、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれるので、助かりました。 　ただし、ダブルブッキングされた同僚が狭いホテルに飛ばされてしまっていたのが、残念でした。その後、彼はエクスペディアが用意した妥当なホテルに移れたとの事ですが。海外でまさかのダブルブッキングの時の対応が今ひとつというのは、旅慣れてない人に取ってはあまりお勧めできないのかもしれません。

何しろ広くて，開放感があります。 キッチンがあるので，近くのスーパーなどで買い込んでくれば，食事も作れます。 お風呂はシャワーのみなので，湯船が必要な人は要チェックです。

D.C.滞在は主目的ではなかったので、１泊のみでしたが、D.C.に来る機会があったらまた使おうと思います。街中にひっそりと建っているホテルといったイメージです。見どころへのアクセスは、レンタカーで到着したのと、D.C.散策はしていないので、なんとも言えませんが、地図で見る限り悪くないと思います。ホテルは綺麗で、建物の小ささとは違って、室内は広々しています。キッチン、カウンターがあって、長期滞在向けかもしれません。朝食はシリアル、ベーグル、ドーナツ程度でアメリカのモーテルレベルかもしれませんが、ちょっと歩けば、外食には事欠かないでしょう。ホテルの人に勧められたDim sumの店も良かった。

I saw many run-down shops and apartments in this neighborhood. I went to the convention center for my business but did not walk outside. Regarding the hotel front desk, I encountered a rude Hispanic young male clerk. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Overall a very nice place to stay. If I had stayed longer I could have taken advantage of the kitchenette. I could have passed on the $5 breakfast served downstairs and gone to Starbucks, but otherwise a nice place to stay.

Got the room on a steal for 200 for the night, pics where cool but I have been fooled before....was so upset with myself I didn't take more time ... room gorgeous and beautifully done ...bathroom was exquisite....if you can get it for a steal you should steal it for a week!!!

This hotel could be a great place to stay. However the first thing we noticed was a strange smell, as if a smell was trying to be covered up by an overly strong but equally disagreeable smell. I think the room must have been sprayed for pests right before our check-in. The smell was awful and stayed on our clothes and suitcase even when unpacking at home. As a final note, the hotel is across from a lot of construction. If you're visit includes sleeping in, pass on this hotel until after construction is completed across the street. The queen bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Luckily we were up early each day and the noise wasn't that big of a problem. If I'd been on a fun couple get-away, I would have really hated the noise. The location is great for walking. If you've found a good rate, I'm sure it's to compensate for the noise. Hotel was right down the street from the convention center. We were there for a vball tournament so perfect with the weird hours we had to keep. Clean, comfy and convenient. Be awarethe that most of surrounding neighborhood is condemned or under renovation, however I felt perfectly safe walking outside alone even at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location right next to the convention center. Five minute walk to Chinaown and the clubs. Security at the front door at night. Parking on the property is 30$ a night, but that's the going rate everywhere. Beautiful room with full stainless steel appliances and comfortable bed.Great hotel!!
