The stay at this hotel was very satisfying! The management was attentive and personable. The housekeeper was very friendly, I felt like a friend was taking care of us. What I want to emphasize is the fact that the management had been feeding a precious stray dog who had sort of taken up residence at the hotel. They did not know where the dog belonged, […] but did not choose to ignore it. They fed it and my husband and I actually found a place for the dog before we left (after a 5 day stay). The mattress spring came through hurt my back to hard and the coffee taste bad and the tub tile was broke and had mildew in it

Hotel is clean, large rooms very comfortable.

Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. The rooms are nicely furnished with microwave and refrigerator. My kids had a great time in the pool.

Stayed here for one night only. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Well worth the price. This hotel is in new condition.

Staff was helpful. The rooms were up to date. Flat screen tv in our two rooms. Breakfast over by 9am, we usually don't do breakfast at the hotel anyway. A large Walmart is just down the street as well as some other shopping and places to eat. Good hotel for the price.

The hotel has been renovated or under new management. It had a 32" flat screen/ cable TV, large room size fridge, microwave, ceiling fan, hair dryer with motion detector night light. Pequeño, bien situado entre zonas comerciales, adecuado para dormir pero el desayuno escaso. Cuando mucho 2 estrellas pero económico .

Hotel limpio, comodo y ubicado cerca de las compras de Mercedes, se recomienda

Un poco retirado de McAllen pero cerca de otros centros comerciales que posiblemente pueda uno conseguir lo mismo más barato. Fácil reserva y a buen precio. Desayuno muy bueno.

el hotel habitaciones muy amplias y exelente limpieza, recomendable para familias cerca 100m la waltmark, el oulete de mercedes cerca en carro, pero la plaza mall retirado. recomedable automovil.

Muy buen hotel para llegar a dormir un rato y seguir comprando. Muy económico y acorde a las necesidades para ir de compras. Muy limpio, comodo y agradable, de facil acceso. Llegaré nuevamente en mi próximo viaje.

Recomiendo que agreguen botellas de agua en el cuarto. Las instalaciones y precio muy buenos.
