日本語も通じて、親切丁寧でとても良かったです。

なぜか落ち着くホテルです。客室からの景色も素晴らしく、周りの環境を含めて、ホッとします。 ６年前から、ゆっくりするときに宿泊しています。

We stayed here for 3 days to see some of the sights of Seoul before flying home in 2 delux double rooms for a family of 5 because of its location and cost. Bear in mind that the price reflects the fact that all that you get is the room but still a very fair price. Nice entrance, foyer, restaurant all very nice and worthy of 4 stars. The rooms were spacious […] enough and furnished to a standard you would expect, bathroom was a little dated but had full size bath in it, not the usual Korean mini bath. I had read previous reviews about being expensive for extras but normal hotel charges for mini bars, there is a charge for internet but it is possible to pick up wireless signals but can be weak and intermitant. 20,000 won for breakfast but buffet with very good selection from cereal and fruit through to kimchi and more than enough to fill you up - also children eat for free. It is more of a businessmans type of hotel with regards to facilities etc but it a good location with a huge selection of shops in easy walking distance for eating out and even a local shop round the corner for snacks. We found it a good location to use as a base to see Seoul, a 45 min drive from the Seoul grand park, 10 mins from lotte world and 30 mins or so from the insa-dong area, there are subway locations a few mins walk away. Good service from the hotel staff and friendly but i don't think they have a lot of children through the doors but still friendly and helpful. My travel was not bad. In fack, I have a wide mind. haha That means there were a few problems. First, my room was not clean. I saw two hairs there. the one was woman's long hair and another was someons's body hair. You know a curly hair like pubic or somewhere in a body. Second problem was too hot. I wanted to turn on an air conditioner, but I couldn't.. […] And there was a no window that could be opend in my room. They don't offer an air conditioner in winter, but a heater. very nice international hotel with english smiling speaker located close to the airbus bus stop far from the nearest subway station nice restaurants and walking area behind the hotel there is a popular disco underneath the hotel so get ready to feel the bass vibration inside your bedroom friday and saturday night !
