息子家族がucrの家族寮に住んでいますので会いに行きました。２キロ位の所で便利でした。朝食も付いていましたのでたすかりました。近くに色々な店もあり、贅沢しなければ充分です。観光地ではないので．．． また機会があれば利用したいです。

建物、部屋の雰囲気もとても良く、清潔でした。周りの環境も整っていて生活面でも便利でした。短期滞在でしたが申し分無いホテルだと思います。また機会があれば系列ホテルも利用してみたいです。

快適な滞在。 車移動ならロケーションも問題なし。 唯一の難点は高速道路側の部屋だと遅くまで車の音が聞こえてややうるさい(部屋に耳栓が備え付けてあった)が、気にしない人なら問題なし。

"Too loud"
Loud music from 7 to midnight from the conference room on the first floor could be heard in my room on the third floor. Cheaply built but new. I would not stay there again and front desk personnel were unresponsive to my request for a room change. Do not stay at this place.

I really enjoyed staying here at 4 points...the only problem was the breakfast buffett... They didnt seem to keep up with all the people who were there for breakfast...They ran out of everything...I had to ask several times for something to be refilled or replenished....but other than that...Had a fantastic stay....
Nice hotel and room, location was convenient, however,the street noise was at a level that was annoying and I would go somewhere else for a better nights sleep.
"Friendly Staff"
The Staff was very friendly and accommodating of a very late night arrival. Room was clean with a fresh urban look, beds were very comfortable, and the pool was open round the clock.

My friends and I needed a reasonable place to stay at after partying it up at Beyond Wonderland located at the NOS Center. This hotel was only 20 mins. away and perfect! One of the most pleasant stays I have had in Cali by far! The accommodations were as promised, the staff was extremely courteous and my German Shepherd was happily received (for a small fee, of course). I will definitely be visiting this Hotel for many visits to come.

"Always good!"
Stayed here with my family at least 4 times. The room, location and quality for the price is unbeatable!! For those that have families and are Tech savvy this hotel works perfect with plenty of space in the rooms and lots of plugs for charging your business equipment!

My husband and I have stayed here before, conveniently right off of the expressway & near restaurants...our family lives close by in Fontana. Great renovated rooms.
"Hotel Has Been Updated & Great Condition"
The staff service was very good and the room was very clean. The location provided easy access to shopping and sporting events. --several of the other hotels we have stayed at in neighboring area have been over filled with young adults that have been very noisy through the day and night. This hotel was very quiet. We would definitely stay again.

the four points in rancho cucamonga C.A is amoung the very best hotel in rancho cucamonga or nearby ontario most hotels in cucamonga or ontario charge more money and the rooms are much smaller and more cramped then the four points its high class supper clean and very comfortable iv stayed in at least 5 other hotels in thies citys and i was shocked to […] find the four points was cheeper and had biger rooms that gave me more open space and was just as comfortable if not more comfortable than the other hotels in thies citys if u r coming to ontario or rancho cucamonge this hotel reay cant be beat for it cleanness comfortable and its price i will not not stay anywhere elss from now on and i recommend the four points to everyone もっと読む

Very thin walls. I could hear the upstairs guests as well as the ones next door. Lots of slamming doors late at night. I could hear someone next door at 6:30 am sliding open and close their bathroom door as well as their tv. It was so clear I peaked out my bathroom, thinking my husband turned ours on. "Great place at a great price!"
I had stayed the previous 2 nights at the Sheraton Four Points in Pleasanton, CA, and found this one to be newer, cleaner, more pleasant in every respect. For a hotel in the Ontario Airport area, but not at the airport, this will be my choice from now on!

Booked description did not match the hotel's policies. Had to pay extra. Houskeeping did not clean our room on the first day even though requested. Houskeeping did not pick up obvious trash or replenish ammenities as used. Had to call to get extra ammenities. Very nice hotel but the houskeeping dept. needs some work.

"Very Pleasant Stay"
New property in great area with a professional staff at a decent rate. I'd definitely stay there again. My room was immaculate! Frankly, I looked at a number of hotels and did not select the cheapest. This hotel had a bar which was one of my deciding factors. It turned out to be a great decision!

"Good Location & Value"
Check-in was friendly, quick and easy. There are plenty of dining and shopping opportunities close by (some within walking distance). The location is easy to find, just a short distance from I-15, yet the room was very quiet--no traffic noise. Ample free parking. An excellent accommodation for business or leisure.

"Very nice place to stay"
The rooms were well kept, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was great - very close to Victoria Gardens mall. The bar is pretty small but if you want some fun while staying there, just head to Victoria Gardens - 15+ bars and restaurants in one spot.
My only negative about this hotel is the bathroom door. Instead of the sliding barn type of door, I would prefer a regular door. But hotel was modern, clean and staff were very friendly.

Hotel was OK but, they claimed pet friendly and then added on $75 to the room rate for the pet. there was no mention of this fee on line.

the staff is the friendliest I have ever encountered. The room was spotless. It was perfect in every way, but one. The restaurant food in the hotel was the worst food ...EVER. Yes, it WAS THAT BAD.

If you need an early check in because your from out of town... TUFF, You can sit and wait. Staff was pretty friendly and tried to help where they can. Rooms were clean and maid service was great, very quiet if thats what your looking for. good price and a good location.

"Excellent Experience"
Wonderful room at a last minute deal. The front desk clerk (Kaci) was professional and extremely helpful. She knew where to find EVERYTHING in the neighborhood. I'm already planning my next visit to this hotel.

"MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE"
We stayed here and our 2 year old had a major allergic reaction to the linens(soaps used in linens) We had to check out after just 3 hours in the room to get him home to his medication for his allergies. The management said we would get a full refund. Now whenever we try to get a hold of the management, she avoids us, wont return calls and is just flakey. "Four points by Sheraton"
The hotels was a little out of the way but more than worth it. It was reasonably priced for the area and one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been to. Service was great, And stay was very comfortable.
"Maintenance is lacking."
Hard bed. Small towels that are clearly in need of replacement. Rear entrance to hotel does not work. Had to go through pool area to get to room. Limited menu and way over priced. $12.00 for a salad. I would not recommend staying here.
