Best hotel we've stayed at in a while!

Loved this hotel. It was conveniently located right off the freeway and close to the surrounding attractions. The hot continental breakfast was great! Very clean and the facility was new. Wonderful stay overall.

This Best Western is new and very clean. The staff was very friendly. We arrived late and was offered an upgrade on our room. Our room was beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. The room had a nice flat screen tv, mini fridge, and microwave. We were over satisfied and we got a great deal through hotels.com.

Somewhat far away from the downtown area. A quiet room in spite of being next to the interstate highway. We enjoyed our stay.

Room & hotel were nice & clean, breakfast was decent, not great, no restaurants near hotel & called hotel for directions and they could not provide them

While attending a 5-day seminar in Seguin, I chose to stay at this Best Western (a 15-minute drive on I-10). It appears to be a new property--well-maintained, friendly staff, and good breakfast selection. Its high ratings are well-deserved. I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The rooms were very big, with a microwave/refrig., and smelled great. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and friendly staff. The only issue we had was it was out of town a little more than we thought and there weren't any restaurants in the neighborhood. We had to drive a little way to get anywhere, but would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel for a family function. The bedroom and bathroom were clean.Bed was comfortable. It had free internet which worked well. The room smelled strange when I first walked in but I opened the window for the day and the smell disappeared and was fine. The free breakfast was cold cereal, bagels,bread, oatmeal, waffles that you can make […] from the batter, some muffins ,danish and little sausage or beef sliders( couldn't tell which one),Coffee and tea. There is free coffee in the lobby at all times.For me it was fine. The hotel is located about 30 minutes from downtown San Antonio where the Alamo and River walk is located. There are really no restaurants nearby except for a Chili's restaurant. You can get Papa John's ordered to your room if you want. There is a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. There are some vending machines for snacks and drinks on the main and 3rd floor. There is a small pool and a jacuzzi but I didn't use them. Some noise from the highway, but overall, a good value for the money. I would stay there again.

The hotel was very easy to get to off of I-10.... Nice and Clean.... Nice Staff.... Breakfast needs help.... Not very good....

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was in a convenient location for our trip. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The hot tub was excellent also.

Hotel was well maintained and clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was OK. The only thing I didnt like was how far from downtown it is. Otherwise, I would recomend thiss hotel with high regards.

The room was clean, roomy, and I enjoyed it, except for the kids running up and down the hall way, my suggestion would be for people with 2 or more kids, to put them onthe 1st floor. Cambiar el desayuno dado que diario era el mismo menú y fastidiba diario lo mismo. y la aberca se veía sucia.

Todo estuvo muy bien: la atención, los servicios en general, la limpieza y aseo de los cuartos. El desayuno es muy simple, pero hay que considerar que las tarifas son bastante accesibles. EN TERMINOS GENERALES BUENO, PODRIAN TRABAJAR UN POCO EN DARLE MEJOR PRESENTACION AL AREA EXTERIOR, AL ESTACIONAMIENTO, FACHADA DE INGRESO, ETC, Y EL DESAYUNO NO SIRVE; SIN EMBARGO COSTO BENFICIO ACEPTABLE.
