Excellent location with hotel walkable to centre of town, and also on metro to Messe. Excellent service. Rooms of a good standard but small bathroom.

I really liked the location of this hotel. It is a short taxi ride from both the airport and Messe, and is just a five minute walk to the Old Town. Rooms are also quite a bit larger than most you find in Germany. You won't be disappointed with this hotel!

Good modern hotel, clean, stylish with polite staff. Can't think of a negative comment. Would definitely recommend.

A very well located hotel, an affordable taxi ride from the airport - about 10 minutes. It is in a beautiful , quiet location by a park in spite of being about 5-10 minutes walk from the Altstadt and city centre. The sauna was great and the rooms very comfortable and of a good size. The breakfast was a bit pricey but the choice was very good.

An exceptional hotel, a walk across the park to the Old town and riverside, very clean and friendly, this is not only the best hotels I have stayed in in Dusseldorf but one of the nicest I have stayed in anywhere.

Lovely hotel, the staff were very helpful and freindly, it is very well situated for the Altstadt. We visited Dusseldorf to see the Christmas markrets which were within easy walking distance(about 10min), underground and trams are only just around the corner so that is another good alternative, would recomend to others.

This is a very modern, clean, comfortable hotel. It is situated on the edge of a park 5 mins from the river, 10 mins to old town where you will find the action. Underground station just around the corner.

My wife and I stayed there while visiting Anuga, this is a fine hotel with execellent staff, food and within in my opinion the perfect distance from all sites. Train station, Old Town (walking distance/€5 taxi) and Airport.

A modern and very well positioned Hotel on the edge of a large Park with short walking distance to the Old Town. - Well laid out rooms - Good service and friendly staff - Fantastic breakfast but on the pricy side - Bike hire if you wish to discover Dusseldorf I have stayed there twice now and will be back again soon.

Conveniently located with tasty food and close to amenities

Beside the gardens and a short walk to the town centre. Taxis always available. Well serviced.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Melia Dusselfdorf. The location was great and the service was friendly and helpful.

We loved the Melia in Dusseldorf...they upgraded our room free of charge and were lovely about everything. The hotel is right next to a beautiful park and a very short (and cool) walk to the old town. We would very much stay here again.

We stayed two nights at the Melia in Dusseldorf in November, 2010. The hotel is new, clean, comfortable and ideally located for leisure, business or shopping. Modernes Hotel an zentraler Lage. Super Frühstück, grosse Auswahl und alles sehr frisch. Zimmer haben eine komfortable Grösse und alles ist sehr sauber. Eigene Tiefgarage. Hat auch wenige kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel.

Un très bel hôtel contemporain en bordure du plus vieux parc de la ville et à quelques centaines de mètres du centre-ville

Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt til med kun en tur rundt hjørnet over vegen til t-banen/undergrunnen. Fint og rolig område, og hotellet hadde mye bedre standard enn det som kom frem på bildene. De grande qualité à tous points de vue, bien placé dans la ville, il n'y a aucune hésitation à avoir... Bravo

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön und das Zimmer entsprach genau den gezeigten Bildern im Internet und war sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist zwar recht teuer, dafür erhält man aber Gutscheine für das Restaurant und die Bar beim Check-In. Bademäntel erhält man gegen Anfrage und das Personal ist zuvorkommend. Tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Hotelservice war sehr gut, Schönes Zimmer und schmckendes Essen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Nice and clean rooms with very good bed and pillows. Good breakfast. Excellent connection to exhibition grounds and still within walking distance from Altstadt.

Ich bin überrascht in allem . Frühstück büffet übertrifft alle erwartungen, viel angebot aber die gestalung ist besonders hervor zu heben.Die Lage das Hotel ist für die jenigen die gerne zu fuss zum Rhein -uffer, oder zur altstadt zur königs allee gehen wollen ist ideal. Personal kompetent, hilfsbereit und freundlich... wunderschön am Park gelegen... auch schön, für Familien mit Kleinkindern... denn der Park ist sehr gepflegt, ebenso der große Spielplatz... Trotz der Nähe zum Einkaufscentrum und der Altstadt sehr ruhig... es lohnt sich auch, einmal in die andere Richtung zu laufen... etwas Abseits in einer Ladenstraße […] gab es wunderbare kleine Restaurants und Cafe´s... mit z. T. wunderschönen Hinterhöfen... sehr gemütlich, um abends in Ruhe zu Essen...
