場所はいいのですが、、、 ホテル自体は古く、朝食もこんなもんかという感じ。 寝るだけなら、、、って感じでした。

周辺では最大のショー、ディキシースタンピードの目の前に位置するモーテル。部屋にはモーテルにしては珍しくベランダが付いている。まわりはレストランが多いし便利。０時までやっている室内温水プールには熱い位のジャクージも付いていて、旅の疲れを癒してくれた。無料の朝食では調理された料理がいくつかあって、大サービスといったところ。家族連れでほぼ満室状態だった。ドリーパートンの遊園地ドリーウッドまでは車で１０分。

Great - not far from my business location. Quiet Rooms! Good breakfast menu. Confortable beds. Not much more you could ask for in a good hotel. And also, the room rates were very reasonable.

"Very clean and nice- great breakfast"
We loved it and would stay again. We didn't want to be in the middle of the pigeon force chaos and such. It was quiet and clean. Loved it.

The hotel was great and the room was very nice. Our only complaint would be regarding the pillows. They were very bad. I had a sore neck the whole time we were there. Our stay was great! Right next door to Bass Pro and located in between Sevierville and Knoxville! Hotel was clean and well maintained. Bedding was amazing and I will be ordering their bedding! Breakfast was good. Our stay was great Thanks Holiday Inn!

Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff was very courteous, beds were extremely comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows and most of all was very clean. The continental breakfast was the best we have ever had with bicsuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, cereal, french toast, hot fresh pancakes, bagles, muffins, coffee, juice,hot sweet cinnamon rolls, yogurt, […] etc... "Holiday Inn Express - Sevierville"
Great hotel! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It's clean, convenient(easy to get to - right off I40), quiet, and just has it all! Great location - only a few minutes from Pigeon Forge! Wonderful!
"Wonderful Stay"
This hotel exceeded our expectations - great location - across the road was a wonderful Christmas Light Show. Walk to Bass Pro - easy access to interstate. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was best for any hotel - not very many hotels serve hot scrambled eggs with sausage and gravy biscuits, sausage, pancakes. Just a great stay - can't say enough […] about this hotel and the desk personnel was wonderful even when we showed up a day early and they were able to accommodate us. Our stay was great. Stayed two nites, great location away from lots of the traffic in the area, if you like Bass Pro just a stroll next door, breakfast was wonderful lots of choices even hot food was offered, fresh and tasty, will stay again. clean and fresh room.

This hotel is equal to staying in a Marriott or Hilton. It is beautiful, clean, quiet and the beds extremely comfortable. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Do not stay in an odd numbered room. The noise from the interstate rattles the windows. Other than the noise everything was good. Only one elevator though.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Kodak, TN. It was very quiet and clean. Room we stayed in looks just like the one in the picture. Hotel is next door to Bass Pro Shops and very close to a lot of restaurants (walking distance). Breakfast was ok. Had hot waffles, muffins, bagels, bananas. My wife and I have stayed here several times and each stay has been perfect! We got in late on this visit and the guy at the counter actually went to the breakfast area and put on a fresh pot of coffee for us. Clean, looks new, has drinks and snacks at check in counter for sale, friendly staff, on and on and on! This place is great!

"Holiday Inn Express Kodak, TN"
This was close to the Sevierville Event Center. The area was nice but busy. Hotel staff was extremely hospitable. Only complaint was shower head in bathroom and lumpy pillows.
Everything was great except they need to clean their air and heating units. They were extremely dirty and we woke up stuffed up with sore throats every morning.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and a very good express breakfast. Would stay in this hotel again. Two restaurants ( The Chop House and Uncle Bobs ) within walking distance and across the highway was a McDonalds and a Cracker Barrel. A Bass Pro Shop was in the same parking lot area.

We stayed there for two nights. After the first night, as we were leaving the room in the morning, we happened to see the housekeeper assigned to our room. She was surprised to see us not checking out because she was told we had already checked out. She asked us if we wanted to have our room made up, and I said, "Yes." When we returned in the evening, […] we discovered that the same bed sheets remained. The housekeeper only fluffed and tucked in the sheets. "holiday inn & express kodak,tn"
Things looked good until we nedded to take showers black mold covered the shower curtain, no dout that this is not being cleaned. Then when i advised the hoterl desk the next morning all i got was i;m sorry. Not good enough should try to work with customer when these things happen.
Very clean and up to date. Maintained very well. The pool was a little cold and there was no Jaccuzi
"Holiday Inn Express in Kodak TN"
We spent one night here and found everything was very clean,staff was very pleasant, great breakfast. Only one complaint. The "heated Pool" was only 72 degrees, 2 degrees above room temperature. So, technically it was heated. However for us old folks it was a little too cold. We love to swim and picked this place because it had the indoor pool.

We went on Labor day weekend and got to check in early! Our room was beautiful and very clean. Complimentary breakfast is always nice seating was limited due to busy weekend. All hotel staff was extremely nice. Right next to Bass Pro Shop! No complaints. I will definately stay again.

This hotel will live up to the great reviews that I know that is getting. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast too. Great locations for all the activities you have planned for Dollywood, Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. "Right off the Interstate"
The front desk person told us about places to eat and specifically said they had new staff in housekeeping, so let her know if anything is unsatisfactory and she will make sure it got taken care of. The hotel is next to the Bass Pro shop and a few stores, but right next to the interstate for getting around easier. This is a new hotel and very comfortable. Housekeeping could do a better job. If they do not improve, this hotel will look "run down" before its time. Housekeeping did not mop bathroom floor or replace toilet tissue during our stay.
