Goof location, friendly staffs and vakuable for money. The staffs of the hotel are very nice and friendly. Location is good, near the west station just walk around 5 minutes and also near the city center. I would recommend this hotel for visit Interlaken.

This is a very beautiful family run bed & breakfast place. I stayed with my wife for just a night. Our room was right at the top with the slanted ceiling! The owners - both Father & Son are warm & joyful. I will definitely stay here for longer duration next time i visit interlaken

Jean-Louis and his son Christopher made our stay in their hotel a very comfortable and enjoyable one! The hotel is a short walk from the train station, and located in a quiet area looking directly towards the mountains. Our room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel, and right away we felt "at home". They provided us with lots of information […] about the area, and couldn't have been happier about our choice to stay there. We chose to spend our evenings relaxing in the hotel after a full day of activities, and wouldn't have done it any differently. The hotel has several areas to lounge, and we felt like part of their family after chatting with Christopher in the evenings and meeting his family, and being greeted by Jean-Louis each morning at breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, with lots to eat and choose from, and Jean-Louis always had something to make us laugh. If you're looking for a relaxed stay where you feel like a welcomed guest in someone's home, this is a great choice! The Rössli was the perfect balance between an intimate and cozy stay in the Alps, and the pleasure of feeling as if you never left home. We highly recommend it! もっと読む

ok to start i arrived on friday two hours later than i planned due to missing a boat in Evian,so it was a bonus to discover that the train stops at interlaken west.The hotel is 350 meters from interlaken west,in reception i was greeted by michael who is an information tour de force,in fact i had to tell him to take a breather as he was giving me the […] full works. He was happy to tell all about the hotel ,interlaken and the excursions which they arehppy to arrange. The general ambience of the hotel is a cosy ambience with breakfast room,library/study,lounge and free tea or coffee kitchen. My room i had seen previously on their own website so i knew as a single traveller it was small but i was on a budget. It has a slopingroof and i am 6 ft so i bumped my head untill i got used to it. It also has a small window and the main light is dim,too dim. However the real bonus of room 34 is when you sit on the bed and look out the window. the view of the jungfau,monch and eiger. That has got to be one of the greatest views in world tourism !!! I shared a bathroom/toilet and their are two right opposite both immaculately clean and with new fittings in fact better than my own home. Breakfast is continental style with cereals ,toast,croisants,ham,cheese,jams,honey,orange juice and finaly cafe served by papa admirat and his ever present 'voila'. Papa admirat is a real showman and genuine with it. The dark haire girl on reception whose name i cant recall is also very friendly and a credit to the hotel. Their is an italian restuarant next door,a bank opposite,a takeaway opposite, a great bar at the end with a youngish crowd and a top billiard and pool bar a block away. As a guest of the hotel you get the guest card which entitles you to free travel within Interlaken. It would be easy to becynical towards a family run hotel as they have a vested stake in the place but i didnt get a sense of that, yes they know they are on to a winner but they also know that their business is reliant もっと読む

While the rooms are by no means 5 star quality, they are comfortable, clean, and quiet. However, after going through both Switzerland and staying at a variety of hotels and B&Bs, and 5-star hotels in the Greek Islands, this blew the others out of the water in customer service. It's Switzerland for God's sake - it's safe and the air is cleaner than anywhere, so sleep with your window open and enjoy the view of the Jungfrau! The family who runs the B&B made it feel like a home and were better than any concierge at any future hotels - booking a variety of tickets, offering advice on where to go/not go, and even offering free breakfast daily. They also spoke a variety of languages (I heard German, English, and French for certain) so I never felt uncomfortable really only speaking English. I would absolutely come back! もっと読む

A bit small but clean and cozy.

Das Hotel liegt 400m vom Bahnhof Interlaken-West entfernt. In 10 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Am Abend ist die die Verbindung vom Bahnhof Interlaken Ost erschwert, entweder mit Bus oder Taxi erreichbar.

Hotel correcto. La situación está bien aunque no está en el centro de Interlaken. Limpio. Las habitaciones están bastante bien.
