I arrived at 3.00am on a Friday night as was programmed and was told at the reception that I have to pay the total amount of fees for my stay at that moment. Fair enough. But then I was told that between 12 and 4am they only take cash! Could somebody explain!!! They told me that if I didn't have enough cash I could go to the cash point close to the […] hotel... Why on earth do I have to go to get some cash at 3am to pay if they have signed everywhere at the hotel (and also in hotels.com website!) indicating they accept cards! They had a very lame excuse (something like between these hours they always have problems to process card payments!)... I started thinking of many other reasons why they would prefer not to accept cards at that time and I refused to go to the cash point (young lady travelling on her own on her first trip to Mallorca going to a cash point at 3am, I don't think so!). Then they told me that I have to wait until 4am to do the check-in! Honestly... because the fact that I arrived at 3am and they do not accept cards at that time is MY problem... I asked why they wouldn't let me check-in and have my card charged the morning after, after all I was staying there!!!! they said no and made me wait until 4am... I have no idea if it was the first time of the guy at the reception trying to charge a credit card... but it was a chip and pin card and he was swiping it! it never worked and I offered to pay the first night on cash and told him that they can charge me the rest the day after (actually couple of hours later!) He accepted as he was doing me a favour! As if letting me go to the room after 4am wasn't enough... they called me at 9.30am asking me to go downstairs "to pay the difference as the card payments were now accepted"! I went downstairs, made the payment and was given a not-at-all honest apology "for the inconvenience" by the staff !!! Excellent location and a great value.

Havde et meget behageligt ophold. Venligt personale som gør en stor indsats for at gæsterne skal føle sig velkomne.

Bra läge-nära strand. Nära flygplats men inte mycket störning av flygbuller.

We had a nice long weekend with my girlfriend. The hotel looks like an old 3* hotel saved mainly by its excellent location, especially for those looking to go to the beach. The rooms are fine, quite simple, very thin walls though. Receptionists except the female afternoon one are nice and friendly.

Hotellet er har en super beliggenhed tæt ved lufthavnen og lige ned til en dejlig rolig og børnevenlig strand. 5 minutters gang til busstoppested til Palma med 15 minutters afgang. Værelserne er umoderne, men pæne og rene.
