場所はいいのですが、、、 ホテル自体は古く、朝食もこんなもんかという感じ。 寝るだけなら、、、って感じでした。

周辺では最大のショー、ディキシースタンピードの目の前に位置するモーテル。部屋にはモーテルにしては珍しくベランダが付いている。まわりはレストランが多いし便利。０時までやっている室内温水プールには熱い位のジャクージも付いていて、旅の疲れを癒してくれた。無料の朝食では調理された料理がいくつかあって、大サービスといったところ。家族連れでほぼ満室状態だった。ドリーパートンの遊園地ドリーウッドまでは車で１０分。

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly and eager to help.
"comfort and no wifi"
we had a great stay and the people were very customer aservice oriented, the room and facilities were great. the only problemwas there was no internet in the room, and the desk operator could help us in getting in the internet,
"Fairfield Inn in Kodak"
This hotel was located perfectly to visit Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg without being in the thick of it. The hotel was within walking distance of 3 restaurants, an ice cream shop, a fudge place, an Outdoor World & several little unique shops to check out. Beautiful sights. our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was very clean and quiet. when we return to this area we will stay here. do not lose the friendly and quiet atmosphere here. again we say that our stay was great, thanks for all you do to make people fill at home.

Great location next to Outdoor World and a small, multi-level strip mall. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was good. The coffee maker in the room was very dusty.
"concreate block beds"
everything great except the bed,a cross between sleeping on a slab of concreate or a sheet of plywood either would have been more comfortable than those beds,never had this problem w mariot before

The hotel was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were spotless and well decorated. The breakfast was outstanding. We will happily reserve rooms here when we return.

A great hotel which is close to the surrounding ammenities. Close to Bass Pro Shop, and other great stores. Restaraunts are within walking distance. Hotel rates were very reasonable for the location. Within driving range of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville attractions. Overall a great hotel.
"East Tenn charm / Service"
Great stay - staff really friendly & proffesional Great breakfast - so many choices.. Great location only bad thing: indoor pool was to cold to swim in even though it was 70 degrees outside.

In a great location, just off I-40, across from the Bass Pro Shop. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The clerks were very courteous. Chop House Restaurant across from hotel is a great place to dine. If you want something different, take Hwy 66 into Pigeon Forge and you'll find another 50 or so restaurants.

I thought there would be a frig & microwave in the room? I did not make the desk aware of this as I liked the location of the room.

"The hotel in Kodak TN"
The Inn is very nice and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again. The pool is small for the size of the Inn, however there was never a problem using it. The location needs a few more places to eat close by.
"great hotel"
Found a great deal at the last minute online. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was great with lots of choices, staff was friendly and location was perfect. The only thing we saw as a down side was the size of the pool, the hot tub being outside and the size of the room we were in. Would for sure stay here another time though.

The hotel was very up to date and the staff seemed genuinly friendly. The price was great for the room and the location was the best part. We could walk to stores and restaurants, but the hotel was not in a congested area. If the rooms included a fridge and/or microwave I would have given it a higher rating. "NEEDS IMPROVEMENT"
I was disappointed when I checked in the hotel. I paid with a debit card and was told that I needed a second credit card or $50 deposit just in case I smoked in the room. This information was not revealed on the web site. My husband and I do not smoke and needing additional payment is ridiculous. I would not have booked with this hotel if I had known […] that. On short notice, I booked this room with only one day to spare. Not ever staying there before, I was not sure of what to expect. This hotel EXCEEDED everything I ever look for in a place to stay. More than comfortable beds, pillows, and well accombodated bathroom facitilies. Next morning, breakfast assortment exceptional. AAA+ service by far!!

"Great Weekend!"
We travel alot and have stayed at numerous hotels and this one by far stands out among the top. For the price the rooms were excellent and the staff is what made the entire trip so enjoyable. I went for a birthday weekend and we were treated so kindly with greetings and accomodations that I have already recommended it to lots of my friends.

This was a very nice and very clean hotel!!! We were very satisified.

I picked this hotel because of the location. We were in town going to a race an hour from Kodak, so we planned on being in the hotel a lot. The room was very small! I was very disappointed. The pool also was very small and the pictures online are a little misleading. Now on to the breakfast area...Line was huge 20 mins after opening. Hot breakfast sandwiches […] advertised are actually "hot" after you cook them in the microwave. "Excellent hotel with friendly superb staff!!"
This hotel was exellent. It was right next to a Bass Pro Shop which my husband thought was wonderful. The hotel was clean and well kept. The hotel staff was very helpful about local events. The breakfast bar was great with make your own waffles, muffins, bagels, fruit, etc. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Only 9 months old. This hotel is immaculately cleaned. Rooms are way above average. Great indoor pool and outdoor hot tub open 24 hours. Right off I-40 exit 407. 30 minutes to Dollywood. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Really great hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Gorgeous decor. Can't wait to come back.
