SUrroundings are awful. Taxi who supposed to pick me up at 23h30 did not turn up, I had to call a several times. FOrutnately, after several phone calls, he came ! Cleaniless and overall status is just average.

Poor hygiene, bad neighborhood.

Its a good hotel the night before you need to go to the airport. Not alot to do around the hotel, and its quite expencive to go in to Delhi. This hotel has nothing except a close location to Delhi Airport. I'll not recommend this hotel to any one. You can find some good options close to this location. All you have to you to pay a little extra.

After having stayed at the same old hotel for many years despite its decline, it was time to branch out and find a new place that was more modern, clean, and willing to cater to its guests. Although all of the hotels in the Airport Zone fall into the same less than desirable neighborhood due mainly because of noise, this property is well maintained, the room was spotless from top to bottom, decor was tasteful and conservative, and it only took minutes to reach from the arrivals hall at the airport by taxi. I had a prepaid hotel room and extreme difficulty for the check out clerk to accept my prepaid status. When I asked for a city cab, the staff provided me with the hotel limo at an inflated cost. The people are not friendly.

There is ONLY one reason to stay here - convenience of location. If you need a few hours to take a nap between flights, then this works - if you can ignore the smell in the room! The only way I could overcome the smell was to have the AC turned full on! The staff is helpful - though knowing Hindi will take you a long way. Hotel was quite nice including the service. Convinient for transit as its close to both domestic & International airport, also the hotel provides pickup and dropoff service to airport. Hotel was quite clean and food was good. Though the rates are bit high. Otherwise no complaints.

If you are transferring in Delhi and need a place to spend the nice, this place is a heck of a bargin. Hotels in Delhi are very expensive and this place is much, much cheaper than you will get at any of the large brands. Our last night in India, at the Saptagiri hotel, was the worst in a month long trip. We had booked a club room with 2 transfers. We emailed the hotel with our arrival details and received their reply to confirm pickup. We were delayed by nearly three hours, arriving after midnight, to find no-one to pick us up. We were not put in a club room but were too tired to delay going to sleep even longer and decided that trying to get the room we booked was not worth the hassle. The room was small but OK for the few hours we would be in it. The AC took several hours to cool the room to a acceptable temperature. I prevailed eventually, but I wasn't happy with the whole communication mix up. Anyway, the hotel's pickup and drop off rates are 4x expensive. My recommendation is just get a prepaid cab or a radio taxi to and from the airport, and avoid this hassle entirely. Delhi taxis are noted for their dirty tricks, so stick with radio taxis. Chose this hotel as it was close to the airport and the reviews were ok. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I had no window in my room, the bathroom was old and tired and breakfast was best left. The transfer to and from the airport was convenient but that was the bets part of staying at this hotel.

I had a 14-hour break between arriving in Delhi from SFO at 1 am and departing at 3 pm, so wanted a hotel near the airport. To be fair I may have just been unlucky, but i did not have a nice experience at this hotel. The main reason is because when booking I paid extra for the two way airport transfer. When I got to the airport there was no one there to pick me up. This was annoying but mistakes happen. When I got to the hotel I found some of the desk staff dismissive […] to the problem. When some friendly staff did call the manager, he did not come down for so long that I finally just left. I paid an extra 25 dollars (I think) for half a service. Got no refund, but even worse no apology. My second issue was the construction. They had a workman drilling and hammering in the hotel at 8 am. After a long day of travel the day before this was not pleasing to say the least. Overall the rooms are suitably clean however very mediocre. While this is often the case, this hotel truly looks much nicer in the photos than in reality. The beds are quite small (I am 6ft). The location is not the nicest, but that is not a surprise, It is conveniently located to the airport for one stay overs for those passing through Delhi. Our key importance when choosing was proximity to airport and overall deal. By auto rickshaw the travelling time was about 7-8 minutes. For the amount we paid, I'd say it was good. We needed to use the phone to make an out of state call and that was quite costly. The hotel provides a good taxi service for day tours in Delhi - good if you just have a couple of hours or a day changeover between two flights. Unfortunately the driver brings you also to a huge shopping place for handcrafts etc. where staff puts a lot of pressure on you not to leave with empty hands...

I initially booked in for a night as I had an early morning flight the following morning. This was as soon as the volcanic ash cloud hit and so when I got to the airport, I was not flying anywhere. This hotel is worse than a shady motel in some horror movie. The photos they show are probably not even of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was clean and the a/c worked like a charm.The club room that i was in was sparse,never saw the coffee or tea maker.only the small fridge with a few soft drinks,and they were not cold. I have stayed in many hotels in India, from cheap to five star. I was hopeful but not optimistic that Saptagiri would be very clean and modern. The hotel and the room exceeded my expectations. The fare was very reasonable for Delhi, and the room was absolutely spotless. El hotel está localizado en un sector bastante sucio y con mucho trafico y ruido. La habitación que me correspondió no tenía ventana, ni internet, y una silla de la habitación estaba rota. la foto que aparece en Hoteles.com no corresponde a la foto real del hotel.

Wir sind um 2 Uhr in der Nacht angekommen und um 8 Uhr morgens wieder gegangen. Für einen solch kurzen Aufenthalt war das Hotel Saptagiri völlig in Ordnung. Das Zimmer was überraschend sauber und komfortabel. Das Hotel ist nur gerade etwa 15 Minuten vom Airport entfernt, was uns 200 Rupie gekostet hat also 4 Franken. Über dem Bett gibt es an der Decke eine Doppeldecke mit indirektem Licht. Da lief am Morgen tatsächlich eine Ratte drüber, was mich leicht schockiert hat. Das Frühstück ist sehr, sehr einfach und es gibt nur indisches Frühstück, was gerade am ersten Tag in Indien doch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Uitstekend hotel dichtbij het vliegveld. Zeer comfortabele schone kamers met dito matrassen. Goed geïsoleerd tegen geluiden van buitenaf. Prima restaurant.

인도 델리에 처음 방문할 기회가 있어 공항에서 가까운 호텔을 찾던중 샤프타기리 호텔이 공항픽업 써비스까지 포함된 상품이 있어 이용하였습니다. 호텔 수준은 국내 장급수준에 채 미치지 못하고 인터넷부분도 제대로 써비스를 하지 못하고 있었습니다. 아침식사도 토스트에 찐계란 정도 어쩌면 더 기대를 한 저에게 문제가 있을 수도 있겠네요. 단지 델리를 거쳐 다른 곳으로 가기 위한 하루밤의 숙박은 모르지만 더 이상의 숙박은 좀 권하기가 어려운 수준의 호텔이었습니다.

Good standard compared to other accomodations in India. Helpful staff and good food in the restaurant. Only 10 minutes with taxi to the airport, so perfect for one night between flights.

Très bon hotel,mais loin des points d'intérêts de delhy Par contre très bien situé par raport à l'aéroport India Gabdi (5 minute en taxi)
