ローマ中央駅から近く便利です。入口だけちょっとわかりずらいかもしれませんが、一度見つけられればセキュリティもしっかりしていますし、部屋も広いし、スタッフも親切なので安心して滞在できると思います。また、万が一道に迷っても、近くに大きな教会があるので、それを覚えておけば戻れると思います。コロッセオにしてもトレヴィにしてもアクセスも比較的よく観光の拠点にはオススメの場所です★

This isn't really a hotel, it is a guest house. What this means for you is that the check-in time has to be fixed in advance to some degree, and you might have a narrow window of time to check-in. good location, friendly staff even if not always present. don't speak foreign langage

located 5 min walk from termini station,(very comfortable) that means public transport at any given time, very nice neighborhood we had no problem walking there at the middle of the night. the room was very nice, very clean and the staff was very helpful, the only con was the room size (quite little) but not a real issue.

Very good place to stay for the price. Fairly easy to find if you look carefully for the name by the door. Helpful staff who are there for part of the time.There isn't a big sign with the hotel name on so just check in advance you know where you're going on a map, which street and so on.. Remember this is not a hotel so there isn't someone available […] all the time but this was not a problem for us. The Inn is on the 3rd floor on a residential block and was very quiet. Really lovely room which was new and very clean. Only slight problem was the hot water was a bit luke warm on a couple of the mornings whilst we were staying there. The area was ok for food but on the whole didn't feel Rome was great for foood in tourist areas maybe we were just unlucky. Very near to the Collesium and Forum, a short walk of 10 minutes and 20-30 minutes to get into the central area of Rome. Breakfast was ok nothing out of the ordinary but for this price and type of accomadation it isn't going to be amazing but fine for what it was. Normal stuff - cereal, toast, cold meat, cheese, yoghurt, scrambled egg, tea, coffee and orange juice. Very clean and comfortable. Would I recommend it? Yes. もっと読む

A group of 10 friends stayed here using 5 of the rooms, The lady in charge was great we arrived early & she allowed us access to the 3 rooms that were ready & we stored our bags in there until we returned later & then when we had to leave she let us leave our bags in a room until it was time to leave for the airport. It was a great hotel to stay. We loved Judy,the hotel receptionast,very kind and friendly! The rooms were big and very clean! We loved our stay!!

My girlfriend and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Merulana Inn Residence. From start to finish the hotel and its staff were excellent, and I would highly recommend a visit. Beautiful rooms, great service, brilliant location - what more to ask for. 5 stars from us.

Small room but very clean and modern and within walking distance to the Termini Railway Station. Quiet and has a window in a bathroom. Limited choice of TV channels. Good B&B on the third floor. Hotel is a short walk from Termini train station. Judy, the manager, is very friendly and helpful. Property is clean and beyond modern, breakfast is great (meats, cheeses, pastries, coffee, tea, bread, yogurt, fruit). We really enjoyed our stay at Merulana! The location is great - walking distance to many sites, and close to the central train/bus station for those destinations that aren't nearby. My husband and daughter want to add that there are lots of automatic fancy gadgets in the room that make the stay comfortable (ie you can close the window shades with the […] push of a bedside button, etc). Staff is extremely nice and helpful. We found great non-touristy restaurants nearby by looking at travel websites. It's more of a B&B than a hotel - the staff is not on site 24/7. We called in advance to let them know what time we were coming in (9 pm), so they had someone waiting to let us in. Otherwise they're only reliably there in the morning. After a long day walking around the streets of Rome, our private little setting was waiting for us. Helpful staff, free use o the computer and a clean presence awaited us. We were impressed with the size of the room (large compoared to normal European hotels), the design, cleanlines, and breakfast. While the neigborhood is not too great, it is a short walk from the metro/bus station and has few nice little restaurants near by. Enjoy, it is a great value!

Great Location: Not only was it within walking distance of the Termini (main) station, but it was so central to the metro, the bus routes, and some of the tourist sites. Hotel was close to Rome Termini and Colosseum so very convenient location. Very nice, contemporary decor and finally a European hotel that doesn't clutter their TINY bathrooms with a worthless bidet! Only issue was that for most of the day no employees are on-site. We waited out on the street for someone to exit the building since no one answered at […] the buzzer. Then we couldn't get onto the hotel floor w/o being buzzed in. Luckily another guest was about to leave so they told us how it works: you have to arrive within a small 4 hour window to catch someone working. Not that big of a deal -- but important information to have! Plus we happened to arrive within that time frame and still no one was working. Overall it was a very nice place with a decent breakfast (and clean towels everyday - often a rare thing in Italy). They also provided a guest computer which was helpful. Vi bodde her i 4 dager. Helt OK for en billig penge i Roma. Nær de fleste severdigheter. Vi reiste med et lite barn, og da ble rommet litt lite for oss, og vår store norske barnevogn gikk ikke inn i heisen. men ellers god standard og svært hyggelig betjening. Enkel, men god frokost.

Hotellet som ligger på 3 sal har 7 værelser. Væreslerne er rene og forsynet med fladskærms TV. Pæne og nyere badeværelser med hårtører - alle instalationer var 100% iorden. Oli hyvä guesthouse. Oli siistiä ja kuntokin oli hyvä. Palvelu toimi hyvin ja laukutkin onnistui jättämään aulaan lähtöpäivänä vaikka huone luovutettiin. Merulana Inn Residence ligger endast 5 minuters gång från centralstationen Termini. Personalen är mycket hjälpsamma och rummen rena och romantiskt dekorerade. Rekommenderas speciellt för romantiska weekends då hotellet ligger mitt i centrum med närhet till allt.

조식당이 다소 협소하고, 엘리베이터도 작아서 단체가 숙박하여 활동하기에는 다소 불편하며, 또한 오후 1-2시가 넘으면 리셉션에 아무도 없다는 점이 가장 불편하다. 하지만 이런 점들이 문제되지 않는다면, 많은 일들을 적극적으로 도와준 리셉션의 줄리가 모두에게 즐겁고 아름다운 만남으로 기억될 것이다.

Rigtig godt Bed & Breakfast hotel. Fint værelse, ok morgenmad, super venlig betjening. Ligger tæt men ikke for tæt på Termini banegård med masser af restauranter i nærheden. Alle serværdigheder kan nåes til fods. Husk at angive ankomsttidspunkt hvis sen ankomst.

Super dejligt sted - meget centralt. Stor gæstfrihed af ejeren som er super hjælpsom. Alt er pænt og nydeligt - dejlig ikke at skulle gå i gennem en hotel reception, man føler at man er en del af Roms liv. Jeg kan varmt anbefale dette sted og vil gerne benytte det igen.

Zuerst waren wir erschrocken, wel wir das Hotel suchen mussten. An der angegebenen Adresse haben wir dann ein Schild gefunden, dass das Hotel im 3. Stock ist. Nicht eschrecken, es hat keine Lounge oder einen Empfang wie ein normales Hotel. Es ist einfach ein Stockwerk mit mehreren Zimmern. Auf der Etage waren wir dann vom Zimmern angenehm überrascht. […] Gross und sauber, auch klimatisiert. TV ist zwar im Zimmer, aber kein deutscher Sender zu empfangen. Frühstück wird in einem kleinen Raum mit 4 Tischen für jeweils 2 Personen eingenommen. Bietet aber alles was man benötigt. Toast, Wurst, Käse, Eier mit Speck, Kaffee, Milch, Orangensaft, süsse Stücke usw., alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Wenige Gehminuten zum zentralen Bahnhof, rundherum verschiedene Pizzerias und Cafeterias. Erstklassig für eine Städtereise. Det lilla mysiga hotellet ligger i perfekt läge för Romresenären, 5 min gångavstånd till buss/tågterminalen. Rummen är ganska små men bra och fräscha. Bra och trevligt bemötande, hjälpsam personal. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Ett mycket trevligt, fräscht och billigt alternativ. Låg i ett bostadshus och var inte stort det var bara sju rum. Det var nära från flygbussen tog ca 5 min att gå. Nackdelen var att en anställd inte kunde någon engelska alls men teckenspråket går ju bra också. Kan mycket väl tänka mig att bo där igen.

호텔 직원이 매우 친절했고, 객실의 청결도 또한 매우 만족입니다. 객실의 넓이도 둘이서 사용하기에 적당했고, 역에서 찾아가기도 수월했습니다. 여러가지 면에서 강력 추천하고 싶습니다. 가방을 보관해주기도 하는데 우리가 체크아웃을 한 상태에서도 화장실 사용이나 쉴수 있는 장소도 제공하여 주는 등의 친절을 베풀어 주었습니다.
