We stayed in a deluxe king suite, and the room was exactly matched to our needs: spacious, comfortable, and most importantly clean. The last night of our stay, our smoke alarm malfunctioned. Great overall stay on New year's eve/day. The interior is amazingly well designed,the rooms are clean and cozy. This hotel is very close to all the attractions and very convienent for us. IT was very clean quiet andwell kept. The breakfast was very good. Have always found Hamptons to be of a high standard and this was no exception. It's about a 30 minute walk from The Opry, Opry Mills mall and Gaylord Opryland. Everything was great. They allowed us to check in a little early. Room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service left a little to be desired due to the fact that it was raining. The shuttle took us to the Gaylord Opryland Hotel but we were going to the Grand Ole Opry and had to walk a long distance in the rain. Friendly staff met us when we arrived and gave us a map to downtown Nashville and suggestions on where to eat and visit. Hotel was decorated with the theme of country music and was very attractive.
