We celebrated our first Mother's Day with our 6 month old and had a great time. Our baby girl went swimming for the first time in the salt water pool and had a blast! We will definately return again!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. We were greeted at the door and offered valet parking and assistance with our bags. Having read some of the other reviews we were a little worried about the parking. The one lady must not know what 100 to 150 yards really is. Our sheets had stains on them, similar to feces stains. Under the bed was candy wrappers and other random items. Wasn't to impressed with cleanliness.

We spent one night in the hotel... bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was very roomy for 1 or 2 people. only downfall for this place is the distance from the parking ramp to the elevator to get up to your room. literally 100-150 yard walk every time you want to come and go. for a long stay it would get annoying as all get out.

We booked a room through expedia and they man told us it was a jacuzzi suite. Then we got there and there was only 1 jacuzzi room and it was taken. Plus the sheets and blankets were very nice but the mattress was very hard.

The Good: Extremely Clean room. The bed and pillows were amazing. Definatly better than typical hotels. The bathroom is one of the largest I have seen and the huge glass wall shower with the double showerhead was awesome. A couple things I did not like. The in room movies were way overpriced, as well as the avaiable in room beverages or snacks in the […] refrigerator. The pool area was poorly thought out. No tables at all, maybe 5 loung chairs at one end and 4 sitting chairs by the very smalll whirlpool. There doesnt appear to be room service avaiable which is disappointing for a hotel that has so many other things going for it. We spent a week at the Westin Edina Galleria. Normally this hotel would be too expensive for a personal trip, but they offered great rates during this slow business time - aobut 1/3 of rack. Free covered parking in the Galleria ramp was nice for winter. The Westin was very comfortable and accommodating, the area had lots of restaurants, a movie theatre and shopping. Simple to get on freeway to head downtown and covered parking during the snowstorm.

We really enjoyed it! Very nice room with an amazing shower and comfortable bed. Just wish they had a bit more affordable room service. Really? A five dollar delivery charge on top of pricey food & automatically included tip. We opted to leave the hotel for meals.

Our stay at the Westin was amazing! I would definitely stay at this location again. The location is perfect; there are so many restaurants and stores nearby. The Mall of America was pretty close as well, and if you want shopping in a slower paced environment, the Southdale Shopping Center is right across the street! Also, the staff was the most helpful […] I have come across. I wanted to visit a store, and when I called the concierge, he looked up the hours and location for me! It seemed like I could have called them for anything. They also had an extensive list of amenities we could request, in case we wanted a fridge for our food or in case we forgot something. Our hotel room was very clean and well kept, it had a very modern look, a nice bathroom, and the curtains kept out light very well. My only warning is that the walls are a little thin, as in most hotels. We did not hear others in their room, but when people would come and go we would hear their door slam shut.
