Hotel was nice. Clean. Customer service could be much better. Waited at the desk for a while for help and was not very friendly. Requested a wake up call, and did not receive. Breakfast food was old and stale. the small ironing boards are kind of a joke...not only are they hard to use with bigger shirts and longer pants, there is no good spot to use […] them. The only problem we had was too much chlorine in the air and the restaraunt wasn't open during our stay

This Ramada is very run down. They are doing updates, but it will take a lot to make it seem up-to-date. We found a bed-bug in our room. The staff was very helpful and moved us right away. No ice bucket. no wash rag. nasty, dirty bathroom floor. floor length mirror in the room hadn't been cleaned for a long time, looked like glob of snot on it. ice machine on our floor didn't work. when I tried to tell the lobby rep in the morning she didn't seem very interested. Won't ever be back.

The staff was great and the common area was ok. The pool was cold and there were band aids on the bottom so we got out. It was advertised that they offered a free shuttle within 3 miles but that program was cancelled. The bed was comfy but I had to ask for a comforter. The room was in serious need of updating. My husband and I stay at the Ramada Inn in Dayton 4 to 5 times a year as our "relax and get away date" we are truely pleased to say the cleanliness, staff and quality of service have always been right on the mark! They have a nice pool and spa that is great to relax in and very well maintaned. We were attending a show at Schuster Center and an exhibition at Dayton Art Institute. This place was great for getting to meals and places.

Tub filled with rust. Had to wait 1/2 hr for towels at the pool. Lamps were broken. Not worth the money that we paid.

great rate for the hotel,nice and clean pool area cold and contenential breakfast during the holidays should be later over at 9am bahumbug

Hot water took 20 minutes to heat up!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed quite comfortable. Unfortunately, the room smelled strongly of mildew, like maybe a dirty mop was used... Computer problems made for an inefficient check-in, but it wasn't anyone's fault. The restaurant isn't always open in the evenings, only on certain days. So, I had to order a pizza. The hotel is located in a less desirable area. The desk staff was helpful and polite. The first room I was sent to smelled moldy and musty. I walked back to the front desk and asked for a different room. The second room was sufficient but still not worth what a paid for one night.

We arrived and the room was clean and neat. Everything we had asked for, including an extra bed was brought without hesitation. The people were friendly and very quick in response, even for extra towels and pillows. This was the worst possible service ever. We had 2 bath towels upon check in. No washcloths and only 1 hand towel. We stayed two nights and when we returned the second night to sleep they never returned to tidy things up. We never recieved any more towels or washcloths. I called the front desk and asked politely for three towels. I waited until 3 A.M. […] and still no towels. Some of the things we DID NOT like about this hotel. For our room there was no elevator so we had to drag our luggage up in flights of stairs. Our first room had no AC and had to call twice about that. Then we were moved to a different room. We had no maid service. We had the do not distrub sign on but it was off by 11:00 AM. There was no information […] in the room about the hotel and surrounding area and we ask at the front desk and they could not help us. They did find a resturant for us by using Google. The ice machine was very hard to find. We asked the maintance man who was fixing the AC. No resturant but it said it had a resturant. I would not stay in this hotel again. Thanks もっと読む

Check -in. fine. Got to room at 10:30 p.m. Room very hot, turned air on and left for 1 1/2 hour. Came back, room hotter. Called front desk only to be told, no maintenance man on duty would check tomorrow, I asked could we have another room. Did receive another room and it was fine, except the location was right in front of indoor pool where the hotel […] was filled with teenage kids for a tournament of some sort. Very noisy. Room had extreme mold on shower curtain and ironing board had no pad under cover. I asked for both to be replaced and they were. There was a toothbrush from a previous guest found under the foot stool when it was moved over. The hotel is an old property but staff was attentive and did correct the problems we experienced. The area of town where the hotel is located is directly off the interstate which is convenient but the neighborhood is questionable, with adult entertainment establishments literally a few yards away. However, we did feel safe at this location and the pool area was very nice for the kids to swim. We visit Dayton frequently and will problaby will not stay here again if we can get the hotel we normally stay at. もっと読む

very poor breakfast. We ate at the airport on the final day at Max and Erma's and was cheap and delicious.
