Near college where the state science Olympiad tournament was held. Very accomadating to the teenagers.

Great hotel, room, food everything was great.

Honestly, I had pretty low expectations for a Hampton Inn in Visalia. Our stay at this hotel was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nicely appointed and very clean. Lots of nice little touches--decent continental breakfast, plus coffee, tea, and fresh fruit available all day long.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!!!! I would stay there over and over and over!!!..

Very nice hotel. Room was beautiful with large bathroom. Liked the free wi-fi! Definitely would stay there again.

A great clean hotel for our family of 5.

the night front desk clerk, juan or jose'??? was so wonderful. he took the time to show me how to use those new card keys that simply tap, made fresh coffee and fresh cookies, and was so helpful with everything even though it was very late. i can't tell you how much i appreciated his going the extra mile, as the edison company had done a planned outage […] in our area, and we decided we could not bear the dark and the cold for 12 to 14 hours. that is why we checked in. the room, the breakfast and the service was first rate! we will choose hampton inns for our future needs for sure. もっと読む

Only had a one night stay on route to Monterey, very comfortable and easy to find off the highway, breakfast was included and had a varied selection. All in all good value for money

This was our first experience at a Hampton Inn. We will be seeking them out in the future. The room was wonderful with lots of little nice "extras". The breakfast was the best we have had in this type of setting. We couldn't have been more pleased. Well done Hampton Inn.

If you are looking for geat value, good service, brilliant breakfast and extremely comfortable rooms, then this is it. Location is a little hard to get to with one way street access, but once you have figured it out, no problems. Great pool and heated spa...

This hotel is very close to freeway. Hotel is very clean, facilities are good. They have good complimentary breakfast. Overall i am impressed with this hotel. rate is reasonable. I surely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sequoia national park.

The in-room accommodations are standard and very comfortable. I had no major complaints and felt very relaxed after a long day knowing that the hotel would be there with no hiccups. If you want to go to Sequoia, this is one of your best choices. The hotel is nice and the breaksfast buffet is included.

The place went beyond expectations. It is new and clean and being from Las Vegas, we know good from bad accommodations.

The room I had was very comfortable. I only have two things that I wished were different. The pillows were too big for me so I wasn't able to sleep comfortably. The room faced the freeway and even with the window closed and the A/C on, the sound of the freeway was very loud. Very plush by our standards with a good breakfast. We must have got a good deal because when we tried to book it for 2 days later on, it was out of our price range. To be really picky, the bathroom door hinge squeaked loudly.

Clean, comfortable and great staff. Would stay again in a hearbeat. The LCD TV in the room is a nice touch!

Keep in mind this is not the closest hotel to the Sequoia National Park. Count on about a half hour drive minimum just to get to the park entrance. Note on the hotel air conditioning (which you will probably be using as Visalia gets in the upper 90's in the summer)- when it's on, it's freezing, and when it's off it's uncomfortably warm and hard to breathe. […] I spoke to the management regarding this, and he said they are all like that and that's how they are made. It's not like most modern automobiles where you can set the temperature of the air that comes out of the vents to your desired level. So, if you set your room to 76 degrees, and it rises to 77 the a/c will come on and the room gets freezing cold until the air in the room drops back down to 76. I could not sleep both nights I was there. I was either too warm with the comforter on, or too cold with just the sheets on. This was not good because I was there to hike the many trails of the SNP and needed as much rest as I could get. The hotel did feel clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast offering was not bad, especially the fresh fruit. One last note regarding sleep: if you are a light sleeper you will suffer as the neighboring doors are very loud when they close and it seemed there were always people coming in or out at all hours. もっと読む

I was staying at Bass Lak/Yosemite area for a week and while returning to the LA area, I decided to book a hotel for a night so my family could visit Sequoia National Park for a day. I picked this hotel for one night during a trip to Yosemite and Sequoia. Had a nice and clean room with a lot of facilities. Would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

We used this hotel to stop in between LA and Sequoia NP. The location worked well and the trip into the parks the following morning was fine. The hotel was great and one of the best we used on our trip in terms of value for money. Decent rooms although the pool was a bit small. Good breakfast and coffee on tap.

Liked everything. Service, comfortable room, feather comforter / pillows, Continental Breakfast, quiet location. Amazing what a few extra dollars gets you.

We stopped there because it was very convenient, on our way to Sequoia Natonal Park. Positively surprised by he quality of the hotel, big, clean and comfortable room, nice and diversified breakfast, welcoming staff. Very short but perfect stay for one night !

Best Hampton Inn we have stayed at. Everything except the pillows were great. Good location with city events and resturants yet still close to the park.

Just spent one night. Did not avail myself of most of the amenities. The staff were friendly and courteous, it was a quiet, restful night, and the "serve yourself" breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of foods available. I will certainly use this hotel again.

We stayed only for a night on our way to sequoia. The staff is very friendly, despite being checking in late night. The front desk staff, came within 1 minute of calling, to look into a refrigerator issue, but it was only a outlet problem. Room itself is nice and clean. We found the space was bit congested. The staff remembered to keep the play pen […] in the room, for our 2 year old. Best part is the breakfast. Wide variety to choose from. The duration was from 6-10 AM that is never heard off. Brief stay in Visalia was made nicer at this fine Hampton Inn... Great room, good gym, free and powerful wi-fi, big breakfast, free local & USA Today newspapers. But, skip the small pool area... Friendly, helpful staff. A winner!

We stayed 2 nights at the Hampton Inn in Visalia whilst visiting the Sequoia national park. The Hotel was excellent value and convenient for the park. Visalia is a lovely town we ate in the Little Italy restaurant in the town - also very good.
