Lovely staff... Quiet room good bed great service Heating didn't work and that's why room is budget Given extra blankets and apologies. My reason for not recommending is only the lions Lions in cages I don't like... In a restaurant as entertainment Is really bad taste.

The room was clean and comfortable, if a little dark. The restaurant was nice, not too sure about the lions in the cage though....and the garden was lovely. My only complaint is that the hotel booked us a trip to the water gardens area of the city wich cost £1000 pesos, which is quite a lot. The reception told us that it would be 5 or 6 hours, so all […] day and that we would be picked up at 8.45am. On the day of the trip the car did not arrive until 9.45am and the driver told us he had only been told 10 minutes before and it was all over in 2 hours!! We could have got a taxi and stayed all day and had a longer boat trip for less money. When I mentioned it to reception they were not very helpful or sorry, so my advice onlt use this hotel for a room. The location was ok too, next to the park which was lovely, and the area of Condesa is near by which is nice and the Centro Historical is easily accessed via the tube which is only a short walk away. On our last night we had a meal in the restaurant, which was ok, but after we paid, only leaving a small tip as the service was not amazing and one staff member spent the entire time watching a Mexican soap opera!! The water thought it was ok to follow us out of the restaurant and ask for more! This staff at Park Villa were exceptionally friendly and helpful (also, their English was so much better than our awful Spanish, which we were very grateful for). Friendly service and clean rooms close to Palenque park but the two CAGED LIONS in the restaurant courtyard tainted my experience. We went to Mexico City to attend a wedding and to visit relatives. We decided to stay at Hotel Park Villa because it was very close to where the wedding was going to take place and it was cheaper than Green Park Hotel, which is on the same property and I guess the same owners. We arrived late (around 11pm) and the airport taxi had a little problem finding […] the hotel because the main gate was closed; there was a sign with an address but we just didn’t know how to get to it. (Park Villa Hotel is located right behind Green Park Hotel and once the main gate is closed, you need to drive through the entrance of Green Park Hotel to get to it). We had no problem checking-in late. The next day we mainly spent it with our relatives so we didn't get to see the surrounding neighborhood, but it looked peaceful. Our "Guadalajara" room was very comfortable and clean. I personally didn't care too much for the Jacuzzi; I would have preferred a regular bathroom instead. Right down the street there is a taxi service stand and their prices are very reasonable. We briefly visited the hotel restaurant and they were very welcoming. The prices for breakfast seem reasonable, but we didn’t get a chance to eat there. We received very good services from the people there. la iluminacion de la habitacion muy deficiente , la entrada al hotel muy confusa ya que cierran la puerta principal despeus de las 8pm tienes que entrar por la parte de atras, y el precio no los vale, lamentablemente lo tengo que decir.
