Just stayed the one night but the room was very spacious even with a cotbed in and was very clean throughout. Bathroom was spacious and very clean, all the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to all.

Booked this hotel for myself and my partner as we were visiting my parents nearby..selected queen bed ( as opposed to twin beds) on hotels.com website. When we arrived in our room it had twin beds so rang reception and the young girl said that they had no rooms left with a double bed..she wasn't at all interested or apologetic, and when i asked how […] could we have chosen a double bed on the website if it wasn't actually available at the hotel..she just said she 'didn't know how hotels.com website works ?! Very clean and modern. Food was lovely. Great location. Plenty of free parking, which was nice. Service wasn't brilliant, but I put that down to a lack of staff as opposed to the actual staff themselves.

Very noisy, guests coming in late, slamming doors. We did not sleep very well, bed dipped in middle, sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on as springs digging in back. Breakfast freezing cold, scrambled eggs, coffee, no croissants left at 8am.

Receptions was quick and polite. Room was clean & adequate. The bar area was nice and well laid out, and the restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was good. Nothing to make this hotel stand out - but nothing to knock it for either. Overall pretty good, I would and will stay again.

Upon arrival after a lenthy journey it was evident the receptionist was not the most welcoming, that said the hotel itself is very nice and the bar, restauraunt and morning reception staff were polite and professional. Bed was very soft and as a couple we just kept falling in the middle. The room staff were very generous and accommodating with the room cleaned and replenished each day despite the fact we left the room late in the morning or afternoon on one day. The food was quite expensive but adequate.
