The hotel is nice; clean, well decorated, good location. But it felt a little soul-less, like everyone had left the previous day leaving only a skeleton staff and no guests. Pleasant enough place to stay. Staff was very nice and the free breakfast was excellent.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff are informative, efficient, helpful, friendly. Air conditioning and WiFi worked great. TV had lots of channels. Fantastic boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. They offer free breakfast, free internet... but would not recommend for business travelers. I would definitely return for vacation.

It's worth it. But I would not stay in the standart rooms. I would get a better one for a little bit more. The breakfast it's perfect. The staff is great.

Gorgeous little hotel, friendly multi-lingual staff, very clean and nice rooms, and great breakfasts.

In general, the hotel was fine. Not great but ok. Clean, big rooms and comfortable beds. It was a bit cold in the rooms and the breakfast was simple but ok. A detail that we dislike is that the receptionist was not so nice. Except the day that we arrived, when he was really helpful, the rest of our stay he was chatting on skype permanently. I liked everything about this hotel. The staff was superb, the location was great and the rooms were large with jacuzzi tubes. Even breakfast was individually ordered. The went the extra mile in every regard.

It's a great hotel. My only complaint was the lack of descriptions of the rooms. As far as I could tell, all rooms had identical descriptions aside from the title "junior" "executive" or whatever. I traveled all over Argentina and must say that Vain's included breakfast has no match. What I loved the most was sitting in their little dinning area and getting offered good coffee at no charge. I really liked this hotel. Best one I stayed in Buenos Aires and I stayed in four hotels. Great breakfast, really nice staff rooms are really clean and modern.

The Staff was extremely friendly and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was fabulous and the location was perfect. The room was very nice and clean and the Shower was really great.

The staff at the Vain Boutique Hotel was superb. Everyone was exceptionally kind and helpful. The Soho neighborhood is replete with numerous fine restaurants and shops and presented as a reasonable point of departure for other locations around the city. Estive com meu marido e dois filhos, 6 e 10 anos e fomos muito bem atendidos. O hotel é realmente um charme e não tem erro. Café da manhã maravilhoso e atendimento nota 10. Cama confortável, quarto silencioso e banho excelente! Ótima localização! Adoramos e voltaremos com certeza!

Escogi un cuarto para 2 personas, el cuarto es pequeno pero muy acojedor, tiene acabados modernos y me gusto mucho. EScogi el hotel por que ocupaba acceso a internet en el cuarto, y debo decir q estuvo muy bien la conexion fue rapida mas de 2mb. Lo recomiendo, el desayuno muy bueno tambien

O quarto atende, mas é bem pequeno, o que faz a segunda mala um obstáculo constante. No final da semana havia uma fina camada de pó sobre os móveis, indicando que a limpeza se limitava àquela arrumação básica. O atendimento da equipe é excelente, muito atenciosa.

O conforto do hotel é muito bom e a localização também já que fica perto dos melhores restaurantes de Buenos Aires. O atendimento também é excelente, pois as funcionárias são muito atenciosas. A única crítica que tenho a fazer se refere a limpeza do quarto que achei muito superficial. recentemente me hospedei no Vain. Apesar de não estar no miolinho de Palermo Soho, eu mais do que recomendo este hotel. Primeiro por não fazer parte do que eu chamo de hotel-boutique de araque (os caras colocam uma outra poltrona assinada, uns lustres modernosos e voilá, já tascam a alcunha hotel-boutique pra pegar trouxas). A decoração é de ótimo bom […] gosto, mas a estrutura do prédio não deixa a desejar, ao contrário de outros locais em que já fiquei (não é incomum você encontrar quartos mofados, pois muitas vezes os proprietários deste hotéis-boutique não fazem as devidas reformas nos casarões antigos adaptados). O café da manhã é divino: tudo fresco, feito lá mesmo, um primor (a geléia de laranja e gengibre é imperdível), café Nespresso, ovos variados, tostados feitos com pão caseiro. Mas o atendimento das meninas é insuperável. Simpáticas e muito competentes, elas te deixam em casa e são muito atenciosas. Fiquei dois dias lá e na manhã do último dia era meu aniversário. Pois elas me surpreenderam no café da manhã com dois graciosos cupcakes (feitos por elas) e a plaquinha de feliz aniversário (em português). Great Hotel. It was a few blocks from all the hipsters shops in Palermo. Great breakfast! Very helpful staff . Definitely I would recomend!

Algumas informações desencontradas causaram estranheza no check-in. Em primeiro lugar a localização dos quartos não é clara, o que em nosso caso causou problemas porque minha esposa não se sente bem em estar ao nível térreo. Para completar havia refluxo de água no banheiro. Mudamos duas vezes de quarto até acharmos um mais coerente com o que desejávamos. […] Em segundo lugar o site do hoteis.com dava como opção a de fumante. Não há opção de fumantes no hotel, até mesmo por ser haver lei contrária!!! De positivo o café da manhã e a cordialidade do atendimento. Há conforto nas instalações do quarto. Adorei o Vain. As pessoas são muito atenciosas e prestativas. O serviço é muito bom e o café da manhã também. Muito bem localizado, próximo ao metrô e a vários bares e restaurantes. A decoração é de muito bom gosto e tudo é muito caprichado. Ótimo custo benefício. Recomendo.
