初めてResidence Innを使わせていただきましたが、パーラメントヒルや繁華街に近くて便利なのに周辺の環境がよく快適に過ごせました。従業員もフレンドリーで、また美味しい朝食が付いているのが良かったですね。キッチンが付いているので、もう少し長い滞在だと少し自炊してもいいかなと思います。

最初に接客してくれたホテルの従業員がとても親切で いろいろと教えてくれた上、時間外なのに珈琲をセルフで 飲ませてくれたり対応がとてもよかった。 それからフランス訛りのきつい従業員がチェックインの 説明をしてくれたのだが、英語の発音が独特でとても わかりにくかったし、午後３時にチェックインできるという 約束だったのにできないかもしれないと言ってみたり、 ちょっと不親切だと思った。結果的には部屋が空いていてチェックインできたのだが。 部屋は広くて清潔で設備もよかったが、バスルームに 髪の毛が落ちていたり、掃除は完璧ではなかった。 ただ立地条件はすばらしいので評価できると思う。

快適なホテルでした。繁華街へのアクセスの良さで選んでみたのでしたが、サービス自体も良いホテルでした。従業員はフレンドリーで、ゆっくりくつろげるラウンジもあり、また、部屋にフリーの水のボトルとりんごが置いてあるのは嬉しく感じました。観光にビジネスに良い環境を持つホテルだと思います。

It's Motel type hotel to be middle level. I went by Car and stay 1st floor. It is a easy for me to go out & back even mid night. Since it's location is near famous market, I satisfy to stay totally. Laundry facility is available. Somehow there is some Japanese foods at inside restrant . But I did not eat even though I'm Japanese.

"Needs More Attention / Care"
Recently stayed one night for business and nneded something close to the airport. Everything was fine about the hotel. If you have had a long flight you may not want to be bothered with the additional effort to travel into Ottawa. I called up the shuttle at the airport from the information desk and it arrived relatively quickly. I should mention that the mattress on the bed was in need of replacement. We could feel the springs inside and the cover over the mattress had some kind of plastic composition on it. Too hot on the skin and uncomfortable! Spent two nights and woke up feeling unrested and sore.Glad to get home to our comfy bed. Breakfast wasn't too bad I guess for hotel […] food...but, both night stays were frustrating to get tea ,for no hot water. Just a caution. On the weekends, they don't start their shuttle to the hotel until 6:00AM. If your flight is early you still have to catch a cab.
