今回は家族4人で6泊しました。ベーシックなスタジオタイプの部屋でしたが、狭さを感じることはありませんでした。ホテルのサービスには不満がありませんでした。繁華街からは距離がありますので、外出にはタクシーが必要ですが、すぐ外で格安のタクシー業者が常に待機しているので、まったく問題なし。中国の春節の時期にも関わらず日中のホテル内は非常に静か。子供たちも十分にプールで遊ぶことができました。ショッピングやナイトライフなどについては、残念ながら不向きなホテルです。

お正月に滞在しました。部屋は広いですが、バスタブがなくシャワーのみでした。お湯の温度はあまりよくありません。（一斉に使うと、温度があがらない？）朝食のメニューも一通りあるほうだと思います。ビーチはすぐ目の前で、繁華街もすべて徒歩圏内なので、立地としては良いと思います。

ホテル自体は全く問題なく、非常に快適でした。料金もリーズナブルだと思いますし、長期滞在やゆっくりするならオススメです。ただ、いろいろな観光地などには少し遠く、1日に２，３箇所回るとしんどいです。・カロン・カタに行くなら、観光は1箇所くらいで秋良したほうが疲れません。プーケットタウンも以外と渋滞する為、半日以上かかると思っていた方がいいです。

Very Gorgeos Hotel and satisfied with everything in consideration of price. It must be a bit expensive as a regular stay for bussiness, but it must be very nice for private holiday. One thing my regret was by bussiness trip.

"人里離れた静けさ"
まず、周辺に何もありません。ホテル前に、お土産屋さんが数件だけです。マッサージは、ホテル前の道を直進し、左折したところにあります。タイマッサージ・オイルマッサージとも、１時間300Bです。とてもいいです！！食事はホテルでしました。それほど高くないと思います。味もまあまあです。周辺に何もないので、それがいいか？悪いか？です。ビーチまでは、歩いて５分。とても静かですが、のんびりして泳げますHotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

Stayed in the swissotel for a week and a half in March 2013 and generally found it a most pleasant experience. Main gripe was that we were given a much smaller room than expected so had to ask for the bigger room (which was pictured on the website) which we were duly given. As we did not have children with us we spent most of the time on Kamala Beach […] which had the perfect balance of restaurants and bars etc whilst not being too busy. I found it incredibly unusual that when checking in and having already paid in full online that I had to pay more cash upfront for each day that I was there in order to cover for in Hotel purchases. I don't have a credit card however had 2 debit cards that are not accepted. Having stayed at other Swissotel properties, this one is not of the same standard. Though the service was good, that unique quality I found in the warmth of the staff was present, though lacking a surprising percentage of the time. "If you're after a quiet place to stay.."
Swissotel at Kamala Beach is a great place to stay. The front office staff are always ready to help with a smile. It is a little out of the way from the Patong and the Phuket town centre but taxis are always readily available to take you there. Very good Hotel, great service, very clean, good food and great clientele, fantastic location. The only negative was the power went out at night for quite a few hours, the hotels generator power does not extend to the room therefore was left in absolute darkness. This was the second time we'd brought the kids here but we also stayed at the Katathani and Horizon at Karon. For a family, this place really stands apart. The rooms are lovely (big 2brm plus kitchen/living with 3 LCD TVs) which are tough to find in Phuket plus rates were lower than we paid elsewhere for the normal 'all-crammed-in-one-room' deal. Also, […] best hotel breakfast ever, kids loved the pool and slides and top-notch restaurant with varied menu that caters brilliantly for kids with pricing that's only mildly extortionate. People are absoutely lovely which is probably helped by the fact that it's not a huge resort, good beach 5mins walk away, Patong is 5min/400baht in a tuk-tuk, great massage & tailors just out front. We experienced a tsunami evacuation during our stay and the staff were exceptional. Even the general manager was hands on. Took care of us with food, water and towels while up the hill. The staff were the friendliest we have ever met. Loved our children. This is a great family hotel. Ideal for families with a great kids club and water slide that kept them occupied for long periods. Shops near to the hotel were useful to buy bits and bobs as well as local trips. Spa in hotel was great and gave a discount before 11am. Whilst breakfast was pricey - about 400 bht each the lunches and evening meal were reasonable and varied though. Patong […] was nearby for the odd trip and Kamala beach is a short walk from the hotel with an underpass for safe crossing of the beach road.
