I stayed here with 11 friends and family for my hen weekend over Easter and it was just brilliant. The rooms are immaculate (we had 4 one bedroom suites) and the kitchen was really handy for making snacks and chilling our wine! Taxis into the centre of town were around £5 each time and the hotel is right next to the Albert dock so we went for a leisurly […] stroll to get a bit of fresh air and do some shopping. You're still in the middle of things but it's much quieter than a city centre usually is. The hotel car park is small but there's a big one right next door which is the same price if you ask the hotel staff for a discount voucher (25% off makes the car park £7.50 per night). Amazing suites, huge comfortable bed, could actually live there given half a chance.

For the price it delivered far more than we way expected. Great location, great room and an awsome audio/visual media system - great choice of albums across loads of different musical categories. Me and my Husband booked at the Staybridge Suites because of the reviews it had. I can definatly say it was spotless though out and the rooms were also. What i liked most was the kitchen area where you had all you needed if you did want to cook for yourselfs not just a cup and kettle in the room. The location was spot on right on the Albert Dock. Eating […] out was great had the best steak i've ever tasted. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. The hot food was sausages,beans and scrambled eggs. It was kept warm, so when you came down for breakfast you had no idea how long it had been there, one of the staff came on occasion and stirred the beans and scambled egg. I chose this hotel based on its location - really close to the ACC Convention Centre (literally only 50 metres from the ACC to the back entrance of Staybridge !!) and on previous reviews - and I was not disappointed. The shower (always important!!) was lovely and the interior of the room in general in very good, virtually new condition. The only issue - and I must admit this was rather shocking to me - was when I discovered yellow stains on the toilet seat after checking into my room!! Now, everything else seemed very clean and hygienic - so I do not know what was going on there. I immediately called reception and within minutes someone came up to inspect and rectify the situation. Apart from this, slightly disconcerting incident, I had a very pleasant stay and a great night's sleep. I chose this hotel for myself and my partner for his birthday. We were watching question of sport and the empire theatre. cost approx 6.00 for a taxi but found it to be only approx 20 min walk into centre. Plenty of lovely places to eat and drink nearby. The room was amazing, it had a great view and contained everything for a comfortable enjoyable stay. Staff were great and let us have a late check out as the start of the marathon was delayed and the hubby wasn't feeling too good and we didn't have to pay. Would love to stay again but this time for shopping and sightseeing.

Stayed here for my husbands 30th in a one bedroom apartment, The room is really spacious and just a little nicer than a hotel room... With Liverpool hotels being quite pricey anyway this was def worth the money!!! def recommend!!!

we arrived at the hotel early but no problems booking in the staff were realy helpfull, the room was beautiful and the bed was so comfy and we had a double shower in our room the kitchen had all you need found the hob hard to use and you need this to make a brew. Situated in Albert Dock which was an ideal location for our night at the Echo Arena to see Jools Holland. Apartment was comfortable and clean when we arrived on Friday afternoon, and reception staff helpful and pleasant letting us check in early. Couple of gripes:- Microwave had a donot use sticker on it, we reported this but it wasn't fixed during […] our stay . Room not cleaned, bed not made and no replacement towels, when we questioned this reception advised that this service wasn't provided at weekends unless you specifically asked, however there was no information telling you this. Breakfast was included in the price but was very basic -hot breakfast was scrambled egg sausage and beans- very little fruit and not enough space to accomodate guests some of whom had to sit in reception to eat. Also tables weren't cleared by staff and guests were expected to clear their dishes scraping uneaten food into plastic containers( yuk this wasn't a pleasant sight) Would also benefit from a bar service もっと読む

We stayed at this hotel because we were specatating (and one of our party was competing in) the liverpool triathlon. and as it turned out we could not have been closer to the event, so the location was better even than we had dreamed. Because the triahlon ran along the road outside the hotel the road was closed so staff were pretty liberal about check […] out time, meaning we could return and shower and relax before the long drive home. It is unfortunate our booking through expedia was not 100% accurate so that one of our party who required a bath rather than shower was not booked in properly, and the room we originally moved into (with no bath) had a leaky toilet, but the room was changed with no problem and we were happy with the outcome. Comfortable hotel. Staff helpful. Would stay there again. Noise from nearby bars early in morning which could be heard with window open. Best to get a room on upper floors on the side of the hotel furthest away from Albert Dock.

Where do I start? Everything was wonderful, comfortable beds, great food, location perfect, friendly helpful staff. Will be staying here again and again, bringing more people with us. Try it, you'll like it - Honest!

clean friendly staff central to city of Liverpool

Stupid elevator system where you had to insert cards when going up to room but didn't work at all well , lots of people complaining about it. Also, rooms not cleaned at the weekend which is not acceptable.

Hi, I stayed @ Staybridge Suites Liverpool for 2 nights. Everything about this hotel, location, services, free breakfast was perfect. I was very happy with my stay and I would definitely recommend this to others

we had al weekend stay at the hotel, it is the best wheelchair accessible hotel we have stayed in. hotel staff were extremely helpful, especially when my duaghter fell ill and had to be hospitalised. we will definitely go back again

I would recommend this hotel to a friend. Lovely room with king size bed, an excellent choice at breakfast and close to Albert Dock and Liverpool One.

The suite was very comfortable for the price with a large bed and good large shower. Staff were very helpful with plenty of advice for surounding restaurants. Can get noisy outside at the weekends with concert crowds, etc... and rooms where very warm, but this didn't get in the way of a very enjoyable business stay. Restaurants in the surounding area […] were pretty poor, so for good food I would venture further into the city. I dont think this hotel deserves a 4 star rating, although the rooms were large and i have no complaints regarding cleanliness, it was fairly basic and did not offer the luxuries of other 4 star hotels i have stayed in previously. No room service, no mini bar, not even a hotel bar, basic breakfast. Not a bad experience but nothing special.

Stayed at the Staybridge Suites Liverpool the quality and service was excellent. Great idea and right next to the echo arena that we went to that night. Breakfast next morning was self service and was also excellent and we did not got down to it to 9 am. Everything perfect would defiantly stay again

Five minute walk to Liverpool one so handy for our Christmas shopping. We arrived later so had to park next door in the arena car park but was quite cheap for our stay we paid 7.50 with the discount ticket from the hotel. And you can go through the back Door from the carpark very convenient . We could see the big wheel out of our window. And if you […] where going to the arena it's the perfect place to stay !! Fantastic hotel, modern & comfortable - ideal for a city break. The breakfast was very nice, with a good selection of items. The Albert Dock area is very interesting with a lot of nice bars & restaurants - we ate and drank in Circo on the Friday night, which was fun. Overall a great location, we spent a bit more than we intended on accommodation, however […] the rate was one of the cheapest available in Liverpool at a decent property that weekend ( I think because Liverpool were playing Chelsea at home on the Sunday). It was definitely worth it! Please note that the suites look further away from the Liverpool One shopping area on the map than they actually are, Liverpool city centre is really quite compact and it was about 5-7 minutes walk to the shops. We didn't use the kitchen, however it was fully fitted with everything you would need to cook a proper meal. The 'hub' shop in the hotel was very handy, however the cost of items is a lot more expensive than in the supermarket (I expected this as it was within the hotel). We arrived at 12pm on the Friday and we were checked in without any delay and got into our room early, which was great! I would definitely recommend and think this property deserves a 4* SC rating. One thing I would say is that there is no bath in the studio suites in case you like a bath, plus you need to take your own shower gel, there was no complimentary bottle in the room as you sometimes find. We had a wonderful weekend. The hotel was in a prime position on Albert Dock, close to the Arena and Liverpool One shopping centre. The staff were brilliant and the breakfast was relaxed and with lots of choice. Overall we had a great weekend.

Couldn`t be closer to car park, at very reasonable rates, and the Echo Arena. Also very convenient for Liverpool One shopping centre.

Hotel just beside Albert Docks, accross the road you are in centre of city.

Great sized room, lovely big comfy bed and the little kitchen was a great bonus. Nice and quiet in the room. Located just next door to Albert Dock, and very convenient for all the attractions. We had a great stay and would definitely come back. Only minor gripe was that the scrambled eggs at breakfast were cold!
