ホテルの回り徒歩圏内に食べ物屋、カフェ、コンビ二、など揃っているし、地下鉄の駅も近く、大変便利な場所です。 ホテルの従業員の感じも良く(日本語はできませんが英語で対応してくれました)、特に問題はありませんでした。 部屋もそこそこ広く、バスタブはありません。遮音性は低く、TVをつけてないと隣の人のイビキが聞こえてきました。古さが気にならなければ値段に見あった良いホテルだと思います。

"出張には便利"
浦西で宿泊する際にはいつも利用している。出張には便利なホテル。ホテル設備は新しく、快適。 部屋の難点は、荷物収納スペースが小さい、靴ベラが置いてないといったところ。 ２Fのレストランはそれほどおいしくないが、ルームサービスは美味しい。ホテルで食事をする時には、いつもルームサービスを使っている。 ホテル近辺は、レストランやショッピングの場所が多く、歩きまわるにも最適。いろいろ付きまとわれることも少ない。Expedia ゲストの適正な口コミ
"腕時計を部屋で無くした、、、"
チェックアウト後、腕時計を部屋に忘れたのがわかり、10分もしないうちにタクシーから電話をして 探してもらったが、無いとの事？？？、現地の取引先の会社のスタッフに1時間以内に再度行って部屋に入って探したいと伝えたところ、既に掃除が終わって、腕時計は無かったと部屋には入れなかった、対応が怪しすぎる。 前日帰ってからそこにおいたのは確かで、きちんと探して欲しかったが、電話での対応も最悪だった。 また、部屋にDVDをお願いしたら、リモコンが無いDVDを持ってきて、使えなかったので、 フロントに電話を入れるが、返答も無く、翌日再度聞いたところそのDVD機はリモコンが無くなっており、他のDVD機はもう無い、、との話、ここでも対応は最悪。 ファシリティーやロケーションが良いので、誠意あるホテルの対応があ […] れば最高のホテルになるのに、残念でした。 もっと読むExpedia ゲストの適正な口コミ

上海に滞在するときは、いつもこのホテルを使っています。浦東・虹橋両空港からのリムジンバスが発着する上海城市航站楼の隣に位置しており、また上海市内を東西に走る地下鉄2号線静安寺駅の目の前とあって、非常に交通の便の良いところにあります。 部屋については、華美さはありませんが、シンプルモダンという感じで、十分な広さもあり清掃も行き届いていると思います。スタッフも細かい頼み事もきちんと対応してくれたりと、このホテルで嫌な思いをしたことはありません。 ただ、日本語が出来るスタッフはほぼ皆無だと思いますので、英語に自信がない場合は、少しだけ敷居が高いかも知れません。Expedia ゲストの適正な口コミ
"上海の完璧なホテル"
上海のSwissotelに４泊して素晴らしい滞在だった。エアポートからエアポートバスでCity Centerまで来るとホテルはすぐその角にある。エアポートの移動費がたったの２２人民元（約４USD)だ。最初は空港からMaglev/地下鉄に乗ろうと思ったのだが、バスの方が安くてもっと便利（地下鉄の乗り換えなし）だと分かった。Swissotelは、地下鉄２番線まで歩いて２～３分という申し分ないロケーションにある。Nanjing Roadショッピング街へ徒歩圏内。ホテルはかなり新しくてモダンだ。部屋も素敵な内装だ。バスルームにはウォークインシャワーやバスタブもあり広い。タオルは大きくてフワフワで真っ白だ。ベッドの寝心地も、少し固いが私はそれが好きなので、良かった。素敵なLCDテレビはCNN, BBC, […] HBOなどがある。スタッフはとても親切で、チェックインもチェックアウトも素早かった。コンシェルジュはタクシー運転手用に私の目的地（例えばATP マスターズのためのQi Zhongテニススタジアムなど）の道順を書いて助けてくれた。全体として、このホテルにすごく感心した。そして、次回の上海旅行も是非、又ここに泊まるだろう。 もっと読むHotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

This is a very good hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. Situated just in front of a metro station, so very convenient. A main shopping street also in front, which is a nice walk to People Square. Restaurants inside the hotel are really really good, lots of options for dinner or breakfast. Breakfast was overpriced but really good. Rooms are also great, lobby is awesome, staff friendly and able to speak fluent English, which is something quite of strange in China. This is an excellent hotel and I have stayed in it many times on business in Shanghai. My only complaint is the lounge. We often hold business meetings in the lounge and have lunch or snacks whiel we work. The food is terrible and the service haphazard (sometimes good sometimes not). Hotel very comfortable almost a delight. The experience was very good indeed, made particularly good by the really excellent staff who spoke very good English and whose attitude was exceptionally helpful. We had asked for an extra bed for our 16 y/o daughter. This was already in place on arrival. On check-in we were offered an upgrade to the executive […] floor. An extra 400 yuan per night gave us internet, free hot breakfast upstairs in the executive lounge. But also free access to food and drinks until 11pm. This was a worthwhile upgrade and I would do that again. The bedroom was very good although a little cosy with the extra bed and third adult. "One problem"

The registration area is a bit small. I had a standard room with a kind size bed. I found the room a bit small. It would have been perfect if it had just another 50 sq. ft. I checked in with my wife and they only gave me one key. When I asked for a second key, they then told me that they had run out for the day because it was an extremely busy day. […] Of the hundreds of travels I had done, I have never heard that before. Besides that, overall, the staff was extremely eager to help. Location is great. There is a very nice high end department store right behind the hotel with a nice supermarket and fast food area in the basement. The buddhist temple Jing An Temple is 3 minutes away. It's a very nice temple. Shanghai #1 Restaurant, which has a marvelous menu, is a 5 minute walk. Very easy to get to almost everywhere in the city in a cab ride.
