空港の近く。24時間空港へシャトルサービスがある。近くに多くのレストランがあり便利。飛行機が離着陸するたびに騒音がするが、それ以外は部屋に問題はなかった。

部屋は、設備やﾃｰﾌﾞﾙ、クローゼットなど全てが綺麗で、清潔に保たれていました。バスルームも掃除が行き届いていました。朝食は、生フルーツ・ヨーグルト類がなかったのが残念でしたが、おいしかったです。スタッフの人はとても親切でした。このクラスのホテルとしては、十分満足できる滞在でした。ただ一つ気になったのが、室内プールの水があまり綺麗でなかったことです。立地も良く、周りにレストランやお店があって、とても便利でした。ｸﾞﾚｰﾄｽﾓｰｷｰﾏｳﾝﾃﾝにも近かったです。

場所はいいのですが、、、 ホテル自体は古く、朝食もこんなもんかという感じ。 寝るだけなら、、、って感じでした。

This hotel staff are some of the friendliest people we have experienced. Our room was cleaned thoroughly each day, and the hospitality staff always had a smile and something nice to say. "Nice Hotel"
We had a room with 2 queen beds and sofa sleeper. Room was very nice, we were next to the elevator and I worried that it would be noisy...did not hear a sound all night. "A new tradition"
We came to Pigeon Forge for Thanksgiving this year. We usually always stay at The Inn at Christmas Place when in Pigeon Forge but we are going to be there in December and could not afford two stays so close together. That is how we ended up at Music Road Hotel. Staying at The Inn at Christmas Place has made it next to impossible for us to stay anywhere […] else and be satisfied. However, we were pleasantly surprised with Music Road Hotel. It was a beautiful place and very neat. The room was quiet and comfortable and most of all CLEAN! We enjoyed the indoor pool even though it wasn't heated as we were expecting....cold but fun. The breakfast was good, providing a large variety. "Front Desk needs work"
Asked for two things when made reservation. First that I was not near the elevator and extra pillow. My room was right beside the elevator and no extra pillows. Had to wait three hours before checking in finally at 5pm. I was told the first two times I checked that the room was being finished up to check back in an hour. Finally after the third hour […] they explained the maid had not updated the room. The hotel was very clean and I loved the view of the river eating breakfast. Breakfast was not the best, the food was not restocked as soon as it needed to be. It was convenient, room was ready before time, pool was cleaned each morning. Lots of kids and families stay here- so ideal also for single women as safe.
