We stayed here for a week and we liked the sun, the island and the hotel. We stayed in half board for 4 days and hired a car for sightseeing. We could decide to take "all inclusive" for the last couple of days and we did so! We enjoyed the meals, the nice swimming pool, and the environment. i would highly recommend a stay in hotel costa calero. although it can accomodate up to 700 guest' s due to the layout of the hotel and it's separated area's for sunbathing etc we couldn't get over how quiet and relaxed the whole experience was. Das Hotel befindet sich ca. 2 km von Puerto del Carmen. Täglich ab 10:00 verkehrt ein Shuttle Bus nach Puerto del Carmen (war bei uns immer pünktlich). Ca. 3 Gehminuten vom Hotel liegt ein Hafen wo man gemütlich eines der vielen Restaurants aufsuchen, spazieren oder etwas einkaufen kann. Das Hotel selbst wurde 2003 oder 2004 erbaut und bringt einen […] dementsprechenden Standard mit sich. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Aufenthalt ist auch geeignet mit einem Kleinkind. Vorwiegend hat es englische und deutsche paare ab ca. 40 Jahren aufwärts.Es ist dementsprechend ruhig und erholsam - also kein Partyhotel. Das Essen war in Ordnung - halt wie in der ganzen Region etwas "englisch" angehaucht. Die Zimmer haben Klimaanlagen, sind gepflegt und werden täglich gereinigt. Die Organisation funktioniert einwandfrei - bei uns stand beispielsweise das Kinderbett bereits im Zimmer. Vom Hotel aus können diverse Ausflüge gebucht werden. Zudem besitzt das Hotel einen SPA. Bei einem Standardaufenthalt bekommt man die Berechtigung, diesen einmal ohne Aufpreis zu besuchen (Voucher). Da wir im November verreisten und das Wetter im Vergleich zu den Vorjahren "schlecht" war (25-30°) konnten wir die Poollandschaft nicht wirklich benutzen. Es war einfach etwas zu kühl. Aber diese präsentiert sich so wie man diese auch von den Bildern kennt > wirklich hübsch. Unsere Erfahrung in den 12 Tagen ist wirklich positiv. Fuimos a este hotel por los comentarios positivos, nos garantizaron que disponian de buenas instalaciones deportivas, y que el buffet era de buena calidad. Pero al llegar nos dimos cuenta de que no era así, voy al gimnasio todos los días, y lo que ellos llaman gimnasio no es mas que una sala con 3 maquinas que no funcionan, puse una queja, y tengo que […] reconocer que nos atendieron muy bien y nos permitieron usar el gimnasio del centro de Spa durante toda la estancia, aunque este tampoco es nada del otro mundo, al menos la bici funciona y la cinta tambien. La dirección del hotel se tomó muchas molestias y fueron muy amables, pero el hotel no cubrío nuestras espectativas. Se supone que es un hotel nuevo, pero no esta bien cuidado. Las piscinas y la zona de jardines y tumbonas es lo unico que esta muy bien, pero las habitaciones y la zona de restaurantes no son nada del otro mundo. Esta viejo, mal decorado y mal cuidado. Fuimos con todo incluido, el desayuno buffet muy bien y muy completo, aunque la fruta no estaba en condiciones, el resto de comidas un desastre¡¡¡¡, durante el día solo dispones de el snack bar de la piscina donde lo unico que puedes comer son ensaladas y sandwiches, no tenian ni una pieza de fruta, y si querias un zumo natural tenias que pagarlo, por otro lado el cafe que te ponen no es ni de cafetera normal, te lo ponen de estos de maquina como las de las oficinas, y si te tomabas dos te dejaba el estomago fatal todo el día. El almuerzo-comida era terrible, frituras de baja calidad, ingredientes para ensaladas simplonas, pasta y arroz, y el pescado y la carne del día que solian ser incomibles, los postres se basaban el fruta pasada, yogurt caliente, pastelitos congelados, y helados de muy baja calidad, es decir, ni un buen pescado para comer a la plancha, ni unas buenas verduras hervidas, nada que te permita comer bien y sano.
